Workers are mean as hell. Got my order wrong twice and the girls refused to serve me cause they thought I was trying to get free food. Other customers stole my order off the counter and left and then workers refused to give me my order again. read more

I will never go back to this Wendy's again! Every time I have went there has been some kind of issue. Today I ordered a breakfast baconator at 10:15am and it literally looked like it had been sitting under a warmer since 6:00am. It was so dry the bun was hard as a rock and the cheese had changed colors. I was glad when this Wendy's first came in but it is a shame we can't eat there. I get why this place has a low rating, most people only stop and review a place like Wendy's when somethin goes wrong. In my experience this place is typical if not just slightly better than a usual Wendy's, fries are always hot food is filling, not too greasy they typically have any promotions Wendys does. Sometimes they get backed up with doordash orders + window orders (I've even witnessed some sort of doordash scam there , not their fault) and then food takes a second longer but not usually an issue. Staff are super kind and will not hesitate to replace a cold fry or nugget, at the rare time experiencing a delay one woman was overly apologetic and gave me and extra nugget, I wasn't upset after that. Also inside is super clean kiosk is feels high tech but isn't difficult to use. I understand the complaint of no one is standing there waiting to take my order (despite how there are 2 kiosks right there), but unfortunately the foot traffic of this location is mostly door dashers people on staff don't have time to wait for the one or two people who come in to order in person every 30 minutes, it always sucks to see someone who doesn't know how to use the machine try and figure it out but in those cases staff are super helpful and are there as soon as they can be. Solid place 4.5 out of 5 only because they need to bring back the 4 for 4 no more 4 for 7$ stuff haha. read more

Stopped by for a quick meal. Tried to get the attention of any of the three employees to no avail. Waited at the counter. Watched the woman at the drive-thru take care of two customers before one of the other two employees said hello to me. Waited some more. About 10 minutes after waiting, the woman who said, "Hello" to me, finally came over with a bag of food. I told her I hadn't ordered yet. She said, "You're not Door Dash?" I can't even begin to guess why a place of business I've never been to in my life would make such an assumption. I told her I just wanted to order some food. She said okay and walked away. I called her to my attention and asked if I could speak to the manager. The woman at the drive-thru who took orders from others, didn't greet me as a customer, and watched everything transpire was the manager. The manager asked how she could help. I told the manager I'd just like to order some food. The manager told me the previous employee, who walked away and was watching from a distance, could take my order. I started feeling like this was all a big prank and that I was being filmed on YouTube. I told the manager that I've been standing there for a while and that the employee had not taken my order yet. The manager told me that the employee just thought I was someone else. I answered, "Okay, I'd just like to order." The manager told me again that I can place my order with the employee. The employee continued to watch from afar and didn't return to the counter. It was obvious at this point that my business was not welcomed. I went to the McDonald's less than a minute away instead. I went inside, paid money, received my food, and walked away in the manner that I think should happen every time... you know, uneventful. I guess the lesson I learned is to just accept free food the next time. Why is doing the right thing in today's age always leaving me feeling so stupid? As the other reviews have stated, they have messed up 90% of orders I've placed, usually just a single item. Last time I decided not to post this review from a year ago, but saved the language: They got 1 item right and the rest incorrect. I ordered a Spicy Chicken meal with Coke, Single Cheese, 6 Spicy Nuggets and small chili. I received 2 value meal Chicken sandwiches, two 4 piece Chicken Nuggets and a Chili. I had to ask for the Coke that was sitting in front of the window and they forgot the fries. I'm not sure how you accomplish this as both the count and type of things were wrong, but obviously just right enough to let me know it wasn't someone else's order. This time: Consistently the worst Wendy's I've ever seen or heard of. Everytime I visit this Wendy's at least 1 of 3 things happens, 1. My order is wrong, 2. My food is weird, 3. I wait forever. Today, after being in line for 45 minutes, I got out of line, went to Subway inside Walmart, they made orders for 2 people in front of me, then made my 3 sandwiches. I left and drove by Wendy's with the people that were in front of me still in line. Longest fast food wait I've ever had...and it isn't surprising. this is literally the worst wendy's i've ever been to, i made an account just to post a review on this place. all of the workers are very rude teenagers who don't know how to run the place and i'm not sure how they are still open. my food was literally raw, walked up to the door and there was an employee outside smoking weed. the drive thru line is always a mile long, not sure why as this place is terrible, the dine in is always a mess and the coke freestyle machine is ALWAYS broken. ntm that if you eat inside its very loud because everyone is screaming at eachother in the kitchen. read more

I ordered two meals. They somehow missed one of them. When I came around to pick my food up the young man working the drive through window apologized but wasn't sure how to fix the issue. He got the manager (middle aged woman with long hair) to address it. She was aggressive, rude and confrontational from the get go. She said she took my order (she didn't, it was a man's voice and the young man already apologized saying he was new and must've missed it) and that I did not order two meals. She insinuated I was lying and clearly did not believe me. She repeatedly said I only ordered one. She was laughing, rolling her eyes and shrugging it off. I have been a customer for years, mostly because they're the only store that isn't 30+ minutes away. But they have been pretty much terrible all that time. Today I ordered a medium biggie bag, a coke with no ice, and a chocolate frosty. I got to the window and made sure it was a chocolate frosty, but was told they only had the vanilla and thin mint flavors. I asked for the frosty to be taken off and the man at the window gave me a dirty look. Then he handed me my food. Then he handed me a drink that was FULL of ice. I reminded him that I had asked for no ice and he gave me another dirty look and gave me a drink that was about 90% full. I'm sitting here eating the food and the fries are dry and old the nuggets are lukewarm and I haven't even gotten to the sandwich yet but I'm pretty sure I'm going to be disappointed with that too. This Wendy's really needs to be closed down, because there is absolutely no courtesy from any of the workers I have dealt with over the past 8 years, they're rude they're very rarely get my order right, unless it's one item, and basically I have regret going there every single time I go there so I will not be going there anymore. read more

Horrible service! Tried to go at 6:30 PM on the way home from the airport. Only the drive-through is open with a line around the building. Not sure if it's a staffing issue, or ownership does not want to open up the lobby. But, it's definitely not "fast" food if you have to wait 30 minutes for it. read more

Lots of issues with this location. First off, on a cold October, night, it felt like there was no heat in the place. When I went to the fountain drink machine to serve myself, I was pleasantly surprised to see it was one of those advanced models that had a touch screen with lots of choices-including fruit flavors of Fanta. Guess what? ALL of the diet choices were grayed out-except for unsweet tea. Even plain old diet coke was out. Got the bacon pub burger. Although the burger was prepared fresh, it was burnt-as were the crispy onions on top. Pretty poor experience. Typical apathetic teen staff as well. Will not be back. read more

The girl working the drive through was extremely rude. Asked me to wait for a moment. I waited 5 minutes and heard nothing, so I asked if they'd forgotten about me. She sternly said no and that I needed to be patient. 3 more minutes go by and the car behind me shifts into park, and accidentally leaned on the horn. The girl working the drive through then came back furious and said she'd asked me twice already to wait. Worst experience i have ever had went in to get two 5$ biggie bags as i pulled up i was asked to wait. I waited only for the girl to come back and tell me that i can only order chicken nuggets and fries. Huge disappointment was definitely looking forward to a burger. All an all i was starving so i said fine ill order nuggets and fries. I pull up to the window where i was asked to wait again because she was by herself, but she was making everything fresh. I then asked would it be possible to add a frosty to which i was told thats out too. So wow awesome this experience sucks. Finally get my food that i waited a good ten mins for only to get home and have cold old fries and my food thrown in the bag to the point it dumped out of the containers. This location used to be pretty good. Lately their service is really bad. We ordered 2 chocolate frosty chinos and had to pull forward and wait over 15 minutes. Just today we ordered one of their pretzel chicken sandwich with no bacon or onions, grilled. Got it with everything. Kind of figured she knew it was wrong when she through it at us out the window. Horrible horrible service! They never get the order right. They need a do over with the whole staff and management at this location! I've had a few bad experiences here. They make me not want to eat at any Wendy's ever! I went through the drive through and ordered and paid . I proceeded to drive to the second window to pick up my food and the woman at the first window who I just paid yelled out the window " you're going to pass the pay window without paying"?! Mind you I just handed her a $20 bill not one minute ago! The woman proceeds to run to the second window to question me about if I paid ! I was flabbergasted to say the least! I literally just stared at her with confusion at the sheer stupidity emanating from her face. She finally snapped back into this reality and realized I was just at her window and paid her. She finally said "oh yeah you did pay , never mind that explains it"! That Explains what?? That Wendy's is being run by idiots?!? I made the horrible mistake of going back today , but I placed an order online to pick up. I got in the Wendy's driveway and parked , about 5 min later I got a notice on my phone that my order is ready . My husband went in and immediately was met with annoyance at the counter , by Frank. He told Frank he placed an online order and they sent a notification to the phone that the order was ready. Frank proceeded to roll his eyes as if he was being bothered by that. Not to mention the food wasn't even started. My husband proceeded to grab the drinks for the meals while he waited. I was on the phone with him the whole time so I could hear everything. It was at least 7 or 8 min that went by and I asked my husband what was going on . My husband told me he's not sure but hopefully the food will be done soon. Frank obviously overheard him saying that to me ,and in a nasty tone told him your food has been sitting here. Not one time did he let him know that he had set his food there while he was waiting. My husband was disturbed to say the least about Franks horrible customer service and attitude. I told him to get the name of the manager on duty also . Linda was the manager on duty and Frank was the very rude cashier inside. Do not go here! These people at this Wendy's make Wendy's everywhere look terrible!! I hope a Wendy's corporate employee takes a look at this post and more importantly the way this Wendy's is losing them valuable customers!! I will also be contacting the corporate office about the Wendy's in Oberlin , to inform them of their many many failures! The work environment at Wendy's in Oberlin is very hostile. I don't work there but you can tell by being a customer. The older short manager was yelling at her employees to clean while there was a long line. It took me 20 minutes to get a large fry , people who ordered after me got their food too.
