Great kids play area! This location is right by the highway. The drive thru can be very busy but they also have a great dining room. There is a play area surrounded by glass so kids can play and you can watch from the outside without hearing the loud noises. Great place for moms to take their kids and meet with a friend and talk. Ordered for a staff lunch meeting and was very happy! Placed the order on the app for the catered lunch. Ordered over the weekend, and all items arrived when they were supposed to earlier today. The delivery person was very friendly and professional. The hot food was hot and the fruit salad stayed cold. The proper number of place settings were delivered with the food. I was very hungry after leaving my hair appointment at Aveda on Thursday night (03 May 2018), so I hopped on in here real quick. I ordered the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich without cheese and got medium waffle fries on the side (no drink). The total was about $5. The chicken was SOoooo delicious especially because it had that spicy kick to it. It had tomatoes (or a tomato?) and lettuce inside. Just YUM!!! The fries were equally yummy - cooked well with a slight crunchiness on the edges. I got 2 sauces on the side and I'm not sure why because I didn't use them but I did try them. I only got them because I was asked if I wanted any sauces to go. I got the BBQ and Sriracha sauce which tasted fine. The chicken sandwich had so much flavour on it's own that there was no need for the sauce, in my opinion. Service was great. The staff member behind the counter (Stephanie) was helpful in helping me decide what to order. I asked a few questions but she still kept a smile on her face considering it was the end of the day (around 8:45pm) and I'm sure she was tired. Inside is huge. Lots of seating options. There seems to be a kids play area too but I only briefly glanced at it. I hardly eat fast food but this chicken sandwich was by far the best I've ever had compared to McDonalds and Wendy's. So fresh and so good and does not seem like fast food. I wouldn't be surprised if they used mostly natural ingredients. Told them what happened they said that lane was supposed to be closed yet they were letting people order in that lane so the cone should go before the order section in that lane. You can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The employees are mostly always the happiest people I've interacted with at a fast food restaurant and it's nice. Only a few times have I come across someone not friendly. This particular location is near the highway and can be very busy at any time of the day. They only have one drive thru. The drive thru can be long and you'll have to wait almost 15 minutes to order but other than that everything is great. The food is always fresh. The sweet tea is very sweet. The best! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy. Even the drive thru is amazing. It's always busy, but they have so many employees working and helping out, it goes by fast. I eat at this restaurant at least once a week on a regular basis. Usually I go through the drive-thru. The food is always good, but the problem is the service. The employees can definitely do better. It seems like almost every time that I go to this restaurant, my order gets messed up. I don't know if that's just an employee problem, or if they can't hear me on the drive through speakers, But this restaurant needs some serious help with that. I went today and I ordered a number 2 meal with a large fry and large sweet tea. I expected a regular Spicy Chicken Sandwich, But they gave me the Deluxe. I never asked for the Deluxe, They just assumed that's what I wanted and they charged me accordingly. The problem is there's a 70 cent difference between the regular and Deluxe sandwich. After they realized their mistake, they gave me the regular sandwich instead, but they didn't refund me the difference until I called them out on it. That's just pure laziness. Moral of the story, makes sure that you ask the customer at the speaker whether they want the regular or the Deluxe sandwich before you charge them for it or assume anything. read more

I ordered an 8 pc chicken nuggets. when I got home I was confused over what I did get. the waffle fries were correct (size & seasoning), I got the medium Sweet ice tea. what I didn't get were my chicken nuggets. I don't even know what it's called, but it looks like grilled pieces of chicken (a lot more than 8pcs!) with some unknown seasonings. And this isn't the first time. What I think might be happening is they're out of chicken nuggets, next batch not ready for 10-15 min, so to keep the line moving they arbitrarily pick out a substitute. I don't want a substitute!!! I was immediately behind about 10 cars and decided to be honest saying I pulled in seconds after they put out a cone to indicate end of line. It would have been customer-centric to take the order. My husband was waiting to order, so I was observing people. Dan, an Assistant Manager or Manager noticed that tables needed to be wiped down. He took one sanitary wipe from the container and wiped the top of the table then proceeded to wipe the seats of that booth, he then moved onto another table and used the same sanitary wipe to clean off the top of that table and seats. He never even turned the wipe over to give the illusion that he cared about the actual germs he was spreading around. It grossed me out so bad that we did not even order food!! The food is good, the wraps are tasty, the fried chicken sandwiches are good, but they could be more creative and maybe add a few more pickles for the price. Also, they do not sell a junior or slider type chicken sandwich, like the colonel does, not everyone wants a full sized large sandwich. The waffle fries need to be crispier and fully cooked. The biggest complaint is the long wait in the drive thru line, plan on minimum wait of 15 minutes (and that is on a good day) longer wait times if raining; the nearness to the mall probably has a lot to do with it. I've been a fan of their burgers ever since I tried their first one. They have some of the juiciest chicken burgers you can get in the price range and their chips are different from the regular potato chips you get elsewhere. They are fried fresh and are soft and well seasoned. Do try their grilled chicken burger and spicy chicken burger. The rush at their stores clearly shows the quality of food being served, the value for money and the loyalty of the customers. This is a really good Chick-Fil-A. The employees are friendly, and the food is cooked to standard. I've found they're quick about getting you through the drive-thru, and I've never had a negative experience at this location when it comes to food or service. this was my first time trying Chickfila it did not disappoint! i order the classic nuggets and fries. their nuggets weren't undercooked or burnt they were just right! they were crunchy as well and had sauce with it. the fries were astonishing. they had their own pattern which i think is great! it tasted amazing it wasn't too salty it was just ab the right amount for me. the employees were so nice there as well! i am looking forward to coming back! read more

Well it's chick fila so it's obviously amazing!!!! Order is right and fresh 99.9% of the time and I visit weekly!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff, delicious chicken and good milkshakes. There's no chick fil a close to me, so we either have to drive 30 mins up north to this location or drive south. The Strongsville location gets pretty crowded, but it is worth the wait! Can't go wrong with the nuggets or the chick fil a sandwich. Their Chick fil a sauce is a gift sent from heaven. Cookies and cream milkshake is delicious! Their chicken isn't chewy whatsoever and the waffle fries are terrific! read more
