I must express my satisfaction with the freshly prepared and hot food. Consequently, I returned for dinner and experienced a pleasant day. Priscilla refuses to give first responders their much deserved 50% discount for their food. We had went here for food about a month ago, received great service, and great food and our discount (prior military, wife is current firefighter). My wife goes in for lunch today and orders, Priscilla tried claiming they no longer do the discount. A simple internet search revealed the SAME person has refused this to other first responders (the people who are going to respond if God forbid they have a kitchen fire) she has done this MULTIPLE times. Our first responders catch enough sh!t these days a discount on their lunch could make their day just a bit better. This person needs to get out of the service industry NOW. My burger was bleeding and they gave me the wrong order I've been on hold for an hour and now no one isn't answering the phone

Just spent $18 for the worst burger and chicken wrap. Asked for Dave's single, ketchup and pickles only. Received a patty with yellow cheese on both sides. Bun was flakey-style stale. Chicken wrap was dry with wilted, brown lettuce. Both items were thrown out. Since we were traveling, there was no turning around. Oh, this disgusting meal was not due to overburdened staff. There was no one there at 12:00 noon. That should have been our first warning to stay away. Corporate should pull this franchises license. read more

This was my very FIRST Wendy's!!! The ordering system is great. Touch panel. I didn't know the first food store hamburgers can have extra lettuce, onion, tomatoes until I saw those options on the panel. I even ordered lettuce ban. Reasonable price and quick service. Tasty and fun. read more

I love this place but sometimes I regret eating here. They have messed up my order a few times but other than that its convenient.

Normally I like the Wendy's chain, and tend to look for Wendy's when I travel. This location is the first I've seen with kiosks for ordering. While I was waiting to order, the process seemed slow for most. I'm pretty computer savvy, but struggled a little bit, too. I'm customized my burger, and it came out wrong. What lovely staff at the drive thru! and for all you other reviewers - you're going to a wendy's!!! what do you expect?! you cannot have any expectations at all!!!!! its literally the same food, no matter where you go. I pulled up to the drive thru window to pay and the lady said to me with a huge smile, "I LOVE your hair!!", I thanked her and went to the next window where that lady was pleased to serve us as well. We were "those guys" and asked for a large free water, she said it was $.35 which i wouldn't mind paying, but she gave us two small ones instead when I asked for one, which was sweet. and then joyfully gave me extra of everything when I asked, without grumbling or giving tude. so hey, I appreciate the good attitudes and uplifting spirits this place had. This was the most awful Wendy's I've ever been to. They eliminated the people who take orders & replaced them with very time consuming & confusing kiosks. No one knew where to go or where the lines were. The worst part was the restrooms. The woman's room in particular smelled so vile that I almost vomited. Food was good....but the kiosks were stressful. I had to ask another customer for help, no one was available to assist. I ordered two burgers, one fry and two drinks. The food wait time was 35 minutes. Employees were untrained, walking in circles. There was no team effort. We actually saw customers walk out saying they were going to McDonalds. I am not having any luck with fast food here in the Onancock area. :( I ordered a #2 meal -- a double cheeseburger, fries and a drink -- which I would imagine is one of the most common orders for Wendy's. I got home and I had a single patty hamburger and ice-cold fries. read more

If there was a way to give a negative star I would. When I felt my fries they were ice cold handed them back and asked for hot ones and they brought bag back asked if that was better I felt them and said yes thank you and the person Quint got an attitude with me saying I dont see how when they are out of the exact same batch there was a very big tempature difference. After him throwing this big attitude with me at the drive thru window I did not feel comfortable eating this food so I took the food inside and asked for my money back come to find out that Quint is the Manager. The most disgusting place I've honestly ever gone too!!! Trash was overflowing so people were leaving their trays and trash on the tables. If I could give zero stars, I would. Food is served cold. Not quite as cold as a frosty, but close. When I complained, they did nothing. I called the 800 number and complained to them, got a free hot meal. The next time I went back, the food was cold again. I will NOT be eating there in the future, except for the shakes, which are suppose to be cold. read more
