First time dining in a Pizza Hut in over 20 years. Kalen the Manager took our order and served our pizza. Awesome pizza, awesome service.

Spent an extra twenty minutes over what the app had told us to wait for this junk. Pizza is the greasiest i've ever seen, and the breadsticks are very burnt. I don't know if it's the day, or poor management, because we've eaten here before and it's never been this bad. Way too overpriced for the quality of food. read more

Stopped there yesterday at 1pm for lunch. Older woman up front behind counter taking an order from customer. Stood up front waiting 5 minutes to be seated. Three younger women in back...one was preparing an order, another was doing nothing but meandering around and the third was busy texting on her cell phone. No other customers seated in the dining area. Nothing was put out on the salad bar. After 5 minutes waiting, we walked out. Exceptionally poor staff all around. Owner would be well advised to install cameras in order to check in and see what the staff aren't doing. read more

Appetizer: breadsticks, main course: pizza (does anyone get pasta here?), dessert: cinnamon sticks. That's the anti-Atkins trifecta. Whew! Chickadee and I split a thin n' crispy (love that crust!), while Squeaker watched with interest. Highchairs and boosters are available, and there was a changing table in the women's room. What we liked about this location: -super-friendly staff / 2 servers from other areas came to check on us -waitress was efficient / didn't have to ask for refills; she anticipated our needs (extra napkins and plates) -Maryland Terps sign on the wall! Worst pizza hut experience... I ordered online yesterday and the pizza wasn't done when I got there, they were still working on it. The cashier lady didn't know how to ring up 2 drinks! The pizza was trash. When i pulled the pizza apart, it all tore because the pizza was super thin, the crust was stuffed crust and thick and very good, but the actual pizza was super thin, like there was barely any dough. Remodel looks nice. Parking lot full. Seated fast. Long wait for the food, cheese sticks needed a few more minutes to cook. Missing extra marinara (charged for it), crust not right on 1 pizza. Supremo sandwich was good needed tomato and lettuce but great crunchy bun. Overall not a bad experience. Polite and friendly service. read more

Are all Pizza Huts this poor? Honestly haven't been to one in many years. Probably never try one again. Service was terrible... most of their business came thru the drive thru. We were going thru this town on a trip and were excited to see a Pizza Hut Restaurant but our excitement soon became a disappointment. We waited on a hostess to be seated and stood for about 4min and left. We weren't greeted or anything, we could have waited but we didnt even know who the hostess was. The manager JESSE was very unprofessional!! We ordered our food on line and wanted to go in to pay and sit. My husband is in a cast so we asked could we go ahead and sit, there was only 3 tables being occupied. JESSE Ssaid we have to wait to be seated after standing for 20 minutes, he then proceeded to come out wipe off a table and leave us standing another 5 minutes. This happened on 04/17/19 between 5:30-6. I understand if they are busy our focus was to be e seated. No one tried to accommodate the cast that my husband had on. VERY unprofessional especially from JESSE the assigned manager. They actually deserve a half star...DONT GO THERE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND COOK AT HOME!!! read more

Our food (p'zone) came,out uncooked on the inside. Their fryer wasn't working so what my son and his friend ordered they were unable to make, but they didn't tell us that,till 10 to 15 minutes later. Then the boys had to reorder. Their speed for service is slower than molasses on a a cold winter day. Their bathrooms were not clean, everything in the restaurant is sticky, like it hasn't been cleaned in forever. When we told the management our food was uncooked and cold he asked if we wanted something else and we said no, so he took that as to mean canceling our sons order. This was our first visit. Be assured, it will be our last. Upon entering, we noticed that the inside was filthy. The carpet was very dirty. The hostess acted like she was a zombie, and when we were led to our table there was food all over the seat. We gave the waitress our order, then went to the salad bar. We already were feeling uncomfortable about the dirtiness and wondering if the food would make us sick, then upon looking at the salad bar with the 1/4 filled bowl of dry wilted lettuce, we both decided to leave as soon as possible. My local Pizza Hut. Service is always prompt when I pick up, friendly enough, and standard Pizza Hut pizza. No more or less than any other Pizza Hut in the US. During certain parts of the summer, they can get really busy, so be patient. read more

Not fond of this place. Pizza is good, but that's about it. The cheesy bread sticks are often over-cooked and we specially order the wings - and emphasize - with the sauce on the side. More often than not, the sauce is put on the wings anyway, and last time, it was even written on the ticket to put the sauce on the side. Really?
