    Gross burger.

Ordered from here and never received my spicy chicken sandwich. And my "hamburgers" were missing every single topping and extremely cold.

    Wendy drive thru closed early

Closed 18 minutes early, lazy lady workers hid for 7 minutes while we waited, yet no one came. Gross

Apparently this is the "Crabby Patty Meal"..... no burger, also no receipt, and no one that answers the phone when you call back to tell them that you have only half your food. Kids are already in bed so I can't rightly "go back" to get my food. Plus... no receipt given. Besides, this is a convenience meal... returning twice to the same restaurant is hardly convenient. Guess I'll eat my money for probably the 10th time at this location. Check your bags before leaving is all I can say. The one time I don't, I lose another $9 burger.

Wendy's did breakfast right. This is the first week at this store selling breakfast and I have got to say, what a great job they have done. I heard about this earlier and arrived on opening day. Based on experiences elsewhere, I ordered two maple bacon chicken croissants. (I also had a coupon I'm their app). Wow, these are big sandwiches. The croissant is a real, multi layer, flakey pastry, not a different shaped roll. The honey butter on one of them was a little heavy and dripping, glad I kept it partially in the wrapper. It was a lot of food, more than I would order just for myself going forward. Day 3 of this experiment, I went for the sausage biscuit. True to Wendy's ethos, it was a square patty because "Wendy's doesn't cut corners when it comes to quality". The biscuit was fresh and light, the sausage wasn't that gross, thin, greasy meat that most fast food breakfast sandwiches offer, it was really tasty, no gristle and not greasy at all. I added their seasoned potatoes with great trepidation as I generally have an aversion to "seasoned potatoes". Once again, Wendy's really brought it home. These are real potatoe wedges with a savory seasoning that really works for breakfast. This is my fourth visit in 7 days, wondering when does the quality drop off? So far, it hasn't. Pro tip: add pickles to the maple bacon chicken croissant. They are making these to order so expect it to take a little while to get your food. It is totally work the wait and I hope they always make them to order.

They used to be hood here, now they Cant even unplug the drain in the parking Lot,& they spent a lot of money on the General remodel which they did not need to fully do during or before Covid; this place is a lost cause , there's only like 2-4 things on the entire menu that we like, prices have gone up; they're APP Sucks, it needs drastic redesign and improvements so it will order what a perso wants with ease and offer rewards and specials of deals for purchase and bundles all at the same time so a customer, can save both Time and money in the process,( also at this specific location the parking lot is difficult to enter and exit, because it's right on a Boulevard that's a 30 mph congestion zone of the city( they could put a side entrance over to the side street - where there's two side roads with a stop light; -but that would cost way too much money; and the city won't allow it, unless it's done properly with a contractor) sorry WENDYS U Lost my vote of confidence.

Honestly quite disgusting. The man in the drive through was extremely arrogant, and disrespectful. I ordered a 4 for 4 and was quite astonished when I discovered spit on my patty. So I guess if you enjoy wasting your time and money, definitely give this location a go.

It gives old school drive in vibes and the prices are pretty reasonable. Our service was good and the food came out fairly quickly. We sat inside and they brought the order to our table. As far as food, I don't think there was anything bad about it, but I also don't know if there is anything special about it either. Overall would come back if I was in the area, but don't think I would go out of my way for it.

I've wanted to like Mike's Drive-In because it's a local institution, but after years of visiting,…read morethey still seem to have the same recurring problem: they can't consistently get a simple custom order right. Yesterday I stopped in with my daughter and her best friend for Sunday lunch before a movie. We ordered three burger baskets and three milkshakes, and the bill was nearly $60, which is about what I'd expect these days. At that price, though, I also expect accuracy. Ordering wasn't complicated, yet we stood at the register for around 10 minutes while the cashier struggled to enter the order. The only customization on my burger was a double cheeseburger with two slices of American cheese on each patty (four slices total), bacon, and extra vegetables. I've had problems here before with them substituting cheddar instead of American cheese, and unfortunately it happened again. When my burger arrived, it had only one slice of cheese and the extra vegetables were missing. The bun was barely toasted and appeared to have been run through a conveyor toaster instead of being grilled on the flat top. The fries were ordinary frozen fries, and the tater tots weren't anything memorable either. To be fair, they have improved one thing over the years by switching to fresh beef, and that's a noticeable step up. The burger has the potential to be very good if the kitchen paid closer attention to the details. Since we were hungry and on our way to a movie, I didn't ask for the burger to be remade. I simply showed it to the employee at the counter and explained that it wasn't what I ordered. She asked if I wanted it remade, but because we were short on time I asked if they could instead provide a gift card for a future visit. After we finished eating, she told me she'd spoken with the manager, who was working the grill. Their solution was to offer me a $1 gift card. A one-dollar gesture on a nearly $60 order after serving the wrong burger doesn't communicate that customer satisfaction matters. Mistakes happen. What keeps customers coming back is how those mistakes are handled. I genuinely want to support local businesses, but after repeatedly receiving the wrong cheese on my burger and then being offered a $1 gift card to make it right, I left disappointed. I hope management focuses not only on food quality but also on order accuracy and customer service. I'm not suggesting that people shouldn't go to Mike's. This is an attempt to help them improve their business and the experience that I have next time. Thanks for listening.

We called ahead because we couldn't find the childrens menu and they let us know that they did have one so thats a plus since most establishments dont bother posting their kid's menu. Food was okay. My husband got the ozz sandwhich and it looked good but it was wetter than he anticipated. We learned i like rye bread though, so thats a plus. I ordered the sliders with a side of beer mac but the portion sizes was smaller than I thought it would be? I misread or misinterpreted as hawaiian rolls as in buns but not as in dinner rolls. The beer cheese mac was thick. It was good but had a cloying type of consistency. Tots and fries were good. The kid's chicken tenders and fries were just that. Chicken tenders and fries, so no surprise there. Overall for 2 meals, 1 kids, and 2 sodas, we paid about $60. A bit higher than we guessed for a bar but we enjoy supporting local when we can especially when we know they're active in the community.

Review: Legit Smashburgers and a Gem of an Atmosphere!…read moreRating: We had a fantastic Saturday night at Poundtown Smashburger! The cart is perfectly situated at the end of the pod near a cozy outdoor heater, which was exactly what we needed for a chilly January evening. As the wife of a "social media burger celebrity," I can confirm these are legit smashburgers. For those who don't know, a proper smashburger isn't just a flat patty; it's a ball of fresh beef smashed once onto a screaming-hot griddle to trigger the Maillard reaction. This creates those signature "lacey" crispy edges and a deep caramelized crust while locking all the juices in the center. Our order was spot on: Double Smash with Bacon and Jalapeño: Perfectly seasoned with that aggressive sear we look for. OG Burgers: At $4.00, these are an absolute steal in 2026. No customizations needed--they are perfect as-is. The Bun: A major standout! It was a soft, locally sourced brioche that held up beautifully to the juicy patties without getting soggy. Beyond the food, the atmosphere at The Beer Library is incredible. The renovation of the old library is stunning--it's modern and cozy with a fantastic selection of brews. It truly feels like a neighborhood gem. All in all, a great experience and great service --we will definitely be back!

All the toppings are free which is a nice option. Got the smashed sauce and the firebird both were fine but if I was ever back in the area would change up the sauce to see if I find a better combination!

They still give you a card from a standard deck of cards to represent your order number when your food is ready. We were able to sit wherever we wanted. We first chose the high seats and then moved to a lower table. The server was nice and attentive. I went in with the notion of ordering fish and chips or some sort of seafood; however, I was enticed by the prime rib, as I did not care for the type of fish they had available. I ordered the prime rib (med-well) with mashed potatoes and veggies. My friend ordered the fish and onion rings. I also ordered jalapeno hushpuppies. My friend really enjoyed her fish and onion rings. She was going to take some home for dinner, but there was nothing left to take home. My prime rib was over-heated and came out well-done and dry. I ate around the edges and picked at the potatoes. The first batch of hushpuppies that came out was still raw. The server said we were lucky cause we got a free mini corn dog. I thought we were until I ate it, and half of it was still frozen. The server took the hushpuppies back, and they cooked them a little longer. They were fully cooked when she brought them back, but they were missing one key element. There was no hint of jalapenos. You could see green specks but could not taste them. If I am ever in the area again, I will come back and try something else.
