Beware this Wendy's location as it is like a beautiful woman with terrible personality. It's ambience and design gives you the impression that this establishment is fun and innovative with its touchscreen integrations. You may think it's clean, friendly, and luxurious from the outside, until you look at the dirtiest floors you've ever seen. But that's not the worst of it. Picture this, you walk in to see a nice old man waiting in line to order. He says he's waiting for his wife to come out of the restroom so he kindly tells you you can skip his place in line. You thank him and now it's your turn to order... *tik tok tik tok tik tok Where is the cashier? I mean, I see her from over the counter, but she has absolutely no care to even do the bare minimum of saying "how can I help you?" She just stares at you with a cold glare as though you're supposed to greet her first. Super awkward. She takes so long that you decide to order on the touch screen interface. Okay, that worked. But now you still have to claim your order with the same cashier who should've taken your order in the first place! You go through the motions and say, "Hey I just placed an order on the interface. #697" "$23.87" she says. Meanwhile, the old couple who were kind enough to let you skip them leave the establishment as a result of being overwhelmed by the lack of communication and proficiency with new technology not from their generation. With a cashier like this, they wouldn't have stood a chance getting their lunch within the next 48 hours. I would have left too. This type of establishment is the exact kind that makes good people take their business elsewhere. A constructive note for management: your biggest weakness at the time of this review is your front of the house. Your dining area is awfully dirty and the service of your most prominent employees SUCKS. Fix your floors. Fix your cashiers. This is the worst Wendy's experience I have ever had. My fiancé & I went here to grab a quick simple bite before bowling (jr. Cheeseburger, spicy nuggets & a wrap w/ fried) it literally took us 40min from the time we got in line to the time we got our food. Then it was also hard, stale & cold. We asked the guy when he handed our food over is this was normal operations (since I live just down the road & want to know) - he stared at us blankly & shrugged like he didn't know..I said is there a manager here or owner? Ordered a grilled wrap got it took one bite found a live bug crawling in it and called the restaurant to let them know so they could refund but the higher up i wouldn't even consider her a manager answered the phone and just got quiet when i informed her of the issue. Upon arriving back to the location I asked to speak to a manager they sent out a regular employee and after i explained the situation AGAIN they went to get the "manager". When she came to the counter she didn't say a word just reached for the card processed the refund and gave it back. But to add the icing on the cake there were multiple employees in the prep area EATING PIZZA with no hair net no gloves no nothing. while working. Im not sure if thats normal here but anywhere I've been eating in the prep/cook area is a NO GO so once again the "manager" has some work to do with getting that restaurant in order because that is the worst service ive received in a long time. read more

Always had fresh food from this location. Staff is helpful, which is something you don't normally get from fast food anymore. Their natural lemonade is pretty great i think they have 4 different flavors now, too!
