This Wendy's doesn't actually close to the public when it says it does. After a certain time, they only accept orders through Door Dash and Uber Eats. So just because it is "open" until midnight, what that really means is that you are welcome to spend a lot of additional money to get food from a place that you may live in walking distance to. I live about two miles from this location, and tonight after getting off work at 11, I swung by to get a burger to keep from having to make something at home. What am I greeted with at the drive through? "We're sorry/ We're only taking Door Dash and Uber Eats orders at this time." Just another greedy franchise in Oxford who either limits their menu or outright refuses service after a certain time at night so they can focus on gig economy orders. Why? Because they charge more money for those orders. No only do you have to pay delivery fees and tips, but the literal menu items cost more through Door Dash. So instead of paying $5 for a couple of Double Stacks, the owner, in conjunction with Door Dash, is trying to shake me down for at least twice that much. But don't forget, you're incentivized to spend three times that much so you can get free delivery. So now that $5 order makes them $15. Seriously, boycott this place. I'm so tired of being nickel and dimed at every turn by greedy businesses and faceless corporations. I'm sure the skeleton crew they are keeping on to facilitate these orders is exploited as well. It's a whole rotten business. I used to get food from this place pretty regularly, from stocking up on breakfast burritos for the week, to a quick bite when I was on the way somewhere and didn't have time to make dinner. I actually like Wendy quite a bit. But I will NEVER spend another cent at this place. Enjoy raking the college students over the coals I guess. Who gives a damn about doing the right thing when there is money to be made? It just disgusts me. read more

They are Wendy's and they are a chain. This Oxford Wendy's does a good job. I Always enjoyed the Taco Salad and it has down graded in ingredients...they had a winner there. The chicken sandwiches are special. Clean and food is good! read more

Walked into the nearly-empty dining room at approximately 12:30 and heard "How did you get in?". Two grumpy women staring at me as if I just broke into the place. Didn't realize i was entering the situation room at Langley, so imagine my surprise at being treated like a career criminal. Was informed that they are trying to "control the traffic" by having the doors locked. The drive-thru line was 15 cars long, of course I came to the door. What are you controlling, exactly? People's willingness to make good use of their time? The cashiers then proceeded to go outside and test-open the door to see if it was locked or not. Then said "I guess we'll take your order since you got in." *exasperated sighing* Not a hello or a "good afternoon" in sight. The more sour-faced of the two loudly stomped into the kitchen complaining that she "wished 'they' would stop letting people in." No thanks. Walked out of there and went to McAllister's instead. Their touch screen thing wasn't working, but at least they had manners and greeted us like people, rather than stray animals. read more

Wendy's is a good burger place. Good management to keep it clean and working smoothly. I like their menu of sandwiches like hot spicy chicken and the salads are really good. The old favorite of mine is the Taco salad. The soft drink machine is unreal...you can find a drink you like on that drink machine someplace. Clean and welcoming staff. read more

I don't think I've ever felt more awkward, receiving or paying for my order from a restaurant. Both employees did not say a single word to me were very rude handed me my order and just slammed the window shut noting I did order $20 worth of food but you know you can still be rude. Thankfully I probably won't come back just for the way they treated me. I understand people have bad days, but your job is customer service. read more

I don't know why the Sisk location is getting so many bad reviews. Maybe they're thinking of the other location. This one is between my work and home, so I frequent it regularly. The food is always hot and fresh, the staff are very friendly and personable, and I have NEVER seen it dirty. Every time I drive through, I think that I need to give them a good Yelp! review. DO NOT GO INSIDE TO EAT! Remember how quick fast food used to be? Not here. Drive thru moves way quicker. It took 35 minutes for me to get my food from me entering the restaurant. Wasn't busy either, but clearly the priority is not the customers who eat in the restaurant. read more

I have been going to this specific Wendy's for over 8 years. Overtime the service has gotten increasingly worse, but today will be the last time I will go there. When I first got there there were only about four cars in front of me. It took about 25 minutes for me to get through the drive through and leave. The wait did not bother me that badly due to the fact that they have been like that for about two years, the problem was the service. After I ordered and got to the window I had to wait for someone to take the money and give me my food. Once they did, it turned out to be the wrong food and I told them that I actually ordered something else. The manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me and acted if I was stupid. She remarked to her coworkers as if I were stupid, not knowing or not caring that I could hear her. The managers behavior alone will make me never return there. read more

The filth issues seem to have been addressed since other reviews were made. However, the staff has one gear, SLOWER. It appeared that the more the line grew, the more inconvenienced the staff became. I watched one young lady look down the line, yawn. There's not much to add to the earlier reviews though my food was tasty enough. I had the Jr. Cheeseburger, Value Fries, and a small Frosty. The service, however, was S-L-O-W and folks were waiting. One man, behind me, waited about five minutes before anyone would bother to take his order. I had trouble finding a table to eat at as most of them were sticky with the remains of earlier diners. One employee was slowly cleaning the legs of the stools at the hightops. That's nice, but should come after the tables are clean. I assumed that this was a new place since the area seems to just being built up, but it looks tired already. I recommend that the franchisee spend some quality time there and get the place cleaned up and the staff on the ball - if that is possible. read more

I can't really critique the food or service due to not being able to get beyond the dilapidated nature of the place. This location is disgusting. The tables are dirty, the carpet is gross, my family and I found ourselves swatting at flies as we attempted to eat, and the men's room appears to not have been cleaned in days. Additionally, the location is horribly maintained. The bathroom doors and the stall doors are falling off of their hinges and the lobby and fixtures are dated. Certainly not what I expect from a location in close proximity to a convention center. read more

Dave Thomas would turn over in his grave. Slowest service ever even with (I counted) 10 workers in there and only 3 tables occupied. They were out of salad dressing, ketchup, and could only give mustard in a cup from the back. 75% of the tables were dirty and not being wiped down. Chicken sandwiches tasted stale and the sour cream baked potato was mushy and without sour cream. As we exited the restaurant, there were 3 employees outside smoking right by the back door. I've never felt the need to comment on a fast food restaurant before, but this place is horrible. Arrived at 1130pm following Ole Miss football game. Hours state open til midnight on the sign and open til 2am online. A worker came outside to turn all the cars away. Worst service I've had there. Normally I wouldn't review a fast food place, but I went inside instead of the drive through because they were busy. Once I got inside I waited in line for about 25 minutes then another 15 to finally get my food. There was only one girl taking orders and bagging the food and at one point she completely stopped bagging food even though I could see it was ready. Once I finally got my food and took it home, my order was completely wrong. This is the last time for a while that I will be going to this location. read more
