We were in Oxford for one night and decided to check out Lost Pizza to see what all the great reviews were about. Being from the Houston area, we have yet to find pizza there we truly enjoy. We came in a bit after 8, they close at 9, and we were greeted by friendly staff. We ordered a medium Kujo thin crust and had two side house salads with blue cheese and had a couple of draft beers (a Parish Pure Tropics IPA and a Good People West Coast). The salads were crisp and fresh, and if I could have received a gallon of their blue cheese dressing I would have bought it. It was EXCELLENT and I'm a picky blue cheese dressing girl. I'd love to know what brand it was! The pizza was hot, came out quickly and very good. The crust was perfect and the sauce was delicious (not too little, not too much). The beers were ice cold. Lastly, we were there right up to the time they closed and we were not made to fee rushed, at all, and we were asked if we would like another beer or dessert, meaning, stay longer if you'd like! Service was great. Side note: hubby accidentally left his base ball cap there, we were on the road by 5am this morning. I messaged them, they found it and are shipping it to us. I loved this place! I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza with pepperoni, olives and mushrooms and it was delicious! My dad and sister shared the Otis pizza and they ate way more than I expected! The garlic bread was not as garlicky as I was hoping, but it was delicious! Kind of like focaccia bread! We live minutes from here so will typically do takeout. However tonight we decided to dine upstairs. The bar was empty except for another couple so grabbed seats there. Front and center so couldn't miss us. The two bartenders look at us and not a word. No menu, "busy and we will be right with you", nothing. We sat there as they laughed and told stories to each other. Had time to grab our own menus, scan the code for drinks. 10 mins of no acknowledgement and we finally decided to leave and eat elsewhere. If I could rate this location a negative (1), I would. I was in Oxford for work and decided to grab a pizza before heading back to the hotel. I placed my order inside at the front counter at 8:02PM. I understand it's a college town with a lot of young adults working there. That being said - it was more like disorganized chaos. I sat patiently and watch customers being ignored at the front counter. The blonde-haired young lady with the ponytail has the absolute worse attitude. I surmise that she has to be related to the owner because how else can anyone explain with her rudeness, she is still gainfully employed there?! I walked up to the counter at 8:44PM and inquired about my pizza, The same young lady rudely stated, "Who did I ask?' ASK?! I was waiting on my name to be called. I am the customer. Decided to give this place a try, even though I'm not a fan of my local Lost pizza. This place is by far better than other experiences I have had. I got takeout so I can't speak to the ambiance much other than it seems like a pub. The service is why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because they were not that friendly when I was picking up my order and took too long just to give us our pizza. For food, I got the BBQ pork pizza, but subbed grilled chicken on thick crust. It was surprisingly good, and so were the garlic bread sticks. I'd go here again. read more

Atmosphere is great. They have nice lights and a cool sitting area. Service is average. Asked the person at the register for advice on food. Did not give me any. Then my food took 45 minutes for just 12 wings with no update on where it was. Wings ended up being decent. read more

I ordered a 12 piece wing and 2 medium pizzas; a happy hippy and a Kujo The wings were small but very good. I give them 7/10. The happy hippy pizza was the better of the two, I give it a 6/10. The Kujo was below average. I give it a 2/10, wouldn't order it again. Overall relatively average food The big turnoff for this location was the prices. 12 small wings and two (smallish) medium pizzas for $65 without tip. Objectively, that is very expensive for wings and pizza. I don't know if the prices are different locations but the Oxford location, on the edge of campus seems to be gouging students who are spending their parents money. read more

My family's and team's favorite restaurant and our go-to. Pizza is always delicious and staff is always accommodating. We love going upstairs to sit and the bar. Does get busy on weekends and staff can be spread thin but always worth the wait. The manager here is phenomenal and it shows. read more

We really liked this place a lot. We had planned on eating outside or doing take-out, but inside the tables were very well-spaced and everything so clean that we felt very comfortable dining inside. Order at counter, then food and beverages delivered to your table. Service was friendly and excellent, and the pizzas were some of the very best ever. My wife raved about her gluten free crust with pepperoni, artichoke hearts, ripe olives, and roasted red peppers, and I was every bit as happy with my Lucille, grilled chicken, bacon, fresh tomatoes, and ranch dressing drizzle. We had a couple of glasses of the house Cabernet Sauvignon, which was quite good. Tab was $40 before tip. This is a place where you order your food then sit. No one explained that you place your square waiting buzzer on a placemat at your table for them to find you. That would be the worst part. When you do this, then they know where to deliver your food. There was a waitress who noticed us sitting and she was nice and explained. They should have asked if we had been there before (only reason I reduced a star and can't give half stars). The Greek salad was amazing and enough to share for two. It had a lot of flavors and we couldn't get enough of it. We ordered the thick crust Happy Hippy and it was delicious as well. Definitely recommend this place. The reviews here were okay and we took a shot. The ambiance was cute. This is not a place to sit down and watch sports. The TV was muted and you had to read closed caption. A family member was very intent an addiment that I'd love this pizza from there. So he called in ordered a large Otis(all meats) and a large pit master (BBQ) and i will say as 1st timer it was very good an great tasting pizza but when he asked what i thought thats what i said tho adding if i had to critiuqe it ' It seemed all the toppings were mostly centered an did not cover all the pizza crust which was 2 to 3 inches of nothing but maybe a little sauce on all the outer crust.. It so happen when i said that he replied yea i noticed that too. First day I ordered a 30.plus dollar puzza with extra sauce. It was bread with a few toppings. A frozen puzza from walnart would have been better. 2nd day I go back for wings super bowl Sunday. My food was very much undercooked. The manager was super rude to not only the customers but also the staff. I expect so much more from a restaurant in a hospitality state. As a manager myself I treat consumers and fellow employees very respectfully. I believe his ego is unethical and he forgets to treat others as he would like to be treated. I'm very disappointed in this service Lost Pizza should reconsider its management position here in Oxford. It seems that he struggles to keep the store together, I saw dirt on the table as I was seated and had to clean it off myself. Poor customer service overall, I will be contacting corporate to let them know. I am most disgusted and disturbed about his tone towards people. I've eaten at this restaurant at least fifty times. Lost Pizza is consistent, tasty, and affordable. I like getting the personal pan pizza and the wings with land shark sauce.
