Even when it was busy the staff were friendly and apologetic for the wait. We ordered the redfish and the pork chop which were both extremely tasty. It has a dimly lit atmosphere. Casual wear is fine but I still felt under dressed in my t-shirt and shorts.

The dinners were served with biscuits that were so hard they could not be eaten while the chicken tenders and fried chicken had been keep on the warmer too long. The pies served were incorrect, strawberry instead of apple (the pies were not marked, and the manager told the employee preparing the order the pies were apple). When I informed the front counter of the mistake, the person at the counter said those were the last to two pies that were cooked. I asked for a refund on the pies, and the employee had to get her manager. The manager did begrudgingly offer to cook two pies, but since we had finished eating, we declined. The manager then went to the back and returned with the cost of the pies, but not the taxes that were charged. So basically, taxes were paid on items that were not received (it's not the money amount but rather the principle of being charged for something that was not received). We were the only two eating in the dining area, and the TV was so loud that conversation was impossible. This has been our go to fast food restaurant in the area for several years, but no longer. Management can make or break a place!

But they killed my sweet memories. The chicken and fish combo was small two pieces each. The chicken fingers were decent but the catfish was hor-ri-ble! With that said, let's talk about service! Known for its service standards, Chik-Fil-A is an establishment that sets a high standard for customer service and employee to consumer satisfaction. Today, I had the opportunity to experience Gracie and I am convinced that she wrote the book on how to deliver AMAZING Customer Service. Gracie welcomed us into Chik-Fil-A with an amazing smile, vibrant personality, and organic cheer. As I walked to her register she maintained her amazingness throughout taking my order. When my sister began to place her order, Gracie still displayed customer service awesomeness. I'm talking about stellar service from an amazing individual. Thank you, Gracie. As we decided to dine-in Gracie ended up bringing our food to the table and guess what... she was still Awesomeeeeeeeeee. She delivered our food with a smile and thanked us again for coming into Chik-Fil-A. To continue the amazing experience, my food was fresh. Not just regular fresh, but fresh fresh. Ordered tea half sweet half unsweetened, why, no one listens. It's gotten to the point with the cost involved that places like zaxby's should be better. But they are not. I know it's not the best job, but it's just as hard to do a good job as it is to do badly. And last night was bad! The food was not good at all. Buffalo wings smelled funny. The fries were obviously old. And the Texas toast was crushed flat and spongy. It was a total failure and a learning experience for me. Never again
