This Wendy's is THE BEST fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I work nearby and often will go through the drive thru after a stressful, busy day at work. I don't eat meat so I have an unusual order, which is usually a Dave's single with no patty, extra cheese & pickles, with all the fixings. Lexy, an employee there is genuinely the most helpful staff I have dealt with at a fast food restaurant in the sense that she does not over-charge me for the minimal ingredients on my burger that I order while still entering in everything correctly. She is SO sweet and doesn't make me feel bad about my unusual order & is always helpful. Food comes out quick and is simply the best quality without a doubt. They have the freshest ingredients for fast food. I hope Lexy gets credit for how hard she works and the great customer service she provides. I don't want to get what I call an "Abby burger" from anywhere but here and I mean that. read more

Rude service, unenthusiastic staff, felt rushed and disrespected. This one specific girl that worked a drive thru shift @ 11:19pm on Dec 26th 2021 needs to fixed her attitude and not raise her voice to people who can barely hear her. Maybe she shouldn't be wearing an airpod in her other ear while helping guests and assist her team. That's just nuts. I was just to flabbergasted on how horrible the tone and attitude of this team member. I don't even have to share how long I've worked in the industry to know that this is not the way to talk to people period. At least the guys passing and prepping the food were polite even though they seem like they didn't want to be there. Overall, bad experience and even though this is the closest to the hotel we were at, I'll pass and go to another one. Should have read the reviews first. Went thru the drive through. First the guy taking the order barely spoke English. Nice enough kid and fixed the screw up after I went to the window and realized he did not give me what I ordered but it was a painful struggle to explain it to him. He then has to charge me more as he apparently quoted me the wrong price since he misunderstood me in the speaker. Ok. I ended up spending $32 for two combos and a salad!!! I was stunned. Fast food prices are ridiculous now. When I got home the fries were cold and clearly sitting out for quite some time when they served them to me. Yep. For that kind of money I can get two very high quality gourmet burgers and awesome unique fries made fresh at a place like the Hop and Grind in peabody. I only went to Wendy's as it was very late and I didn't eat all day. Definitely not going back there (or any other Wendy's for that matter). No way they can justify the prices they charge for that nonsense they are serving. I suspect that food is best for those that are drunk and/or high and need a munchies-fix late at night and are so sloppy messed up that they can't tell the difference on what they are eating or even if they got the right order. I need to review again because someone sent me a message saying that I'm uneducated and blamed me for ordering online. At the beginning, I ordered from mobile app and set this location as the pick up restaurant. The lady in Wendy's did not even want to find my order and simply said:" I don't know mobile order." After I showed her my phone, she still said:" I don't know. Can't find it. Don't ask me." So I have to cancel this order! Then I went to another Wendy's and reordered from Danvers. My order can be easily found if you can use your finger. In addition, placing orders by using mobile app is not an uneducated thing in my option. Terrible drive through. The lady who took the order could barely speak broken English. Every time I ordered an item (took 2-3 explanations) she would very loudly ask "is that it?" That is so RUDE! I will tell you when I am finished. There were 2 items I did not order because I was intimidated. I ordered a grilled chicken with lettuce, tomato and barbecue sauce and a chili with no cheese. I got a grilled chicken with onion, pickles and no sauce: the chili had cheese. The experience was awful. Who trains these people? Instead of asking "is that it" over and over again, rushing and intimidating the customer, she should pay attention to the order. Maybe it's intentional as drive through customers are miles away when they learn that the order is wrong. Either way I won't be going back. This is the best Wendy's. I started driving for Uber when I went back to school full time so unfortunately I have to eat fast food a lot to save time and money. I should probably start ordering their salads if I'm gonna eat fast food, but that's besides the point... They are always so nice with great customer service at this location. They offer sauces and all that. The workers here actually treat you like a guest and not a pain in the @$$. Food is always right and good. Thanks guys!!! Pulled into the drive-through at around 5:20 PM just to get a small chocolate Frosty it was a hot day and it sounded good to me to grab that on the way home. There were no cars in the drive-in when I pulled in and I proceeded to sit there for five minutes with no one on the other end. Ultimately I started asking if there was anyone there in which case I probably asked 10 or 15 times. After over five minutes of sitting there finally an distinguishable grunt Was made . I asked again if there was anyone there by now a car had pulled up behind me and they were laughing because they thought it was kind of funny. As I sat there and waited thinking perhaps the person walked away for a moment was out of range I realize how long I had been sitting there. I proceeded to tell the guy thank you so much for your help and drove away disgusted with the whole situation there. The car behind me pulled up and I don't know how long they had to wait. There's too much competition on route one to put up with the ignorant and subpar people. The drive-through employee was MIA. Will never return there again. Terrible! Took my kids to a show out in Worcester. We live in Peabody so this Wendy's is close to home. It was getting late and we were starving so we went in to grab some chicken sandwiches to take home. I ordered, payed, then was told it would be five minutes. Ok, no worries! 30 minutes later I get called up. I checked the first bag, saw it was a burger and said, this is not my order, I want my money back. Everyone was so rude.
