Got in the only line in the entire cafeteria, which spread half way through the space. It too about 15 mins to order and another 10 mins to receive the food. Was it worth the wait? My sister and I shared the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal while my mom got the Mac n cheese and chicken tenders. Considering we split the meal, we were both satisfied with the quantity. My mom enjoyed the mac n cheese which wasn't as heavy as other versions. Like other locations, their chicken is tender and fresh. This is the location closest to me and it's still a bit of a drive to get to so it's really a treat for me when I do get there. The last time I went there it was a very good experience. This Chick-Fil-A is in a mall food court so I stopped there to get something quick to eat in the middle of a shopping trip. I had an order of their chicken strips and an order of waffle fries to go with it along with a soda as my beverage. The chicken was nice and crispy and the fries tasted delicious as well and were not too greasy at all. Even though there was quite a long line for service, the line went down quick and I ordered and received my food a lot faster than I thought I would at first. Chick-Fil-A, so bad for me, but I eat it all the time anyway. Such a guilty pleasure. It might be fast food, but the quality is far superior to that of McD's or KFC. The chicken is marinated in something delicious and addictive, I always crave more even when I'm stuffed beyond belief. The fries are waffle cut and cooked just right, so yummy. There is usually someone passing out samples near the counter if you've never tried it before. It's worth taking one so you can truly understand the pleasure you are about to receive. If you go on Tuesday nights, a college ID will get you buy one get one free meals. Great deal for us poor college students. Warning! The entire chain does not operate on Sundays. Fried chicken and slices of sour pickles seems to be an off putting combination but somehow it works. Sandwiched in between a soft roll and it's a meal. Chick-Fil-A serves "healthy" fried chicken. Uh huh. They use peanut oil to fry it in. No wonder it's so darn tasty! A regular sandwich has 410 calories and 16 grams of fat. Not bad compared to McDonald's. Southerners do a lot of things wrong. What they do to rock music is a damn shame, and don't get me started on their political leanings. But when it comes to that regal bird, the chicken, our Dixie cousins can do magical things. While many of my favorite Southern fast-food choices aren't available up here (Bojangles, Waffle House), there are a handful of Chick-Fil-A restaurants around for me to enjoy. While Taco Bell simply suggests its customers "think outside the bun", Chick-Fil-A takes it one step further, using a grammatically challenged cow who encourages you to "eat more chikin" in an attempt to save his bovine ass. Chick-Fil-A makes the best fast-food chicken nugget or finger I've ever tasted, and they lay claim to the invention of the chicken sandwich (though not the chicken itself). Unfortunately for us New Englanders, most of the local Chick-Fil-A's are located in mall food courts and offer a limited menu. Most conspiculously absent is their amazing chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich. Sure, it's just a piece of chicken and a buttermilk biscuit, but it sure is amazing. Going to the mall usually means stocking up on shitty food while you're there, but if there's a Chick-Fil-A near by, at least your fast food can be delicious. Thus chick fil a is in the mall, although there is usually a manager or someone from the staff on your side of the counter to help expedite your order and keep the tables directly in front of them clean. The will also clean a table at your request with a smile. Waffle fries are great and cooked in peanut oil. Original chicken sandwich is great, spicy chicken sandwich is also great, both have a good crunch and are always hot. All sandwiches are dressed with a couple pickles, which I thought was odd the first time I ate there, but u went with it and it is actually good. They have a variety of sauces, buffalo, bbq, ranch, etc. They make sundaes, parfaits, milkshakes, cookies. Whenever I got to the South, one of the first things I do is go to Chick-Fil-A. Some people stretch or jog as a warm up but I find the perfect warm up for a week of southern eating is something light like a fried crispy chicken sandwich and waffle fries at Chick-Fil-A before the real barbecue and fried food marathon begins. I had no clue though that Chick-Fil-A was in Massachusetts and my sandwich was just as good as when I ordered it in the South. When I asked the cashier if the Chick-Fil-A was new, he was like it's been here 13 years idiot. Ok he didn't call me stupid but I did question why I had been traveling to South for Chick-Fil-A when I could have been having it at the wonderful North Shore Mall all these years. I got to say though, having used Chick-Fil-A as a warm up meal for bigger and better barbecue in the South in the past, it was a little bit of a let down having no southern barbecue or fried food to move on to after the sandwich at the North Shore Mall, so I just proceeded to Panda Express for lunch. read more

As far as fast food in a mall goes, this is as good as it gets. Even though this place is in a food court in a mall, at least it's a nice mall. Something has gone wrong with Chic-fil-A lately. I'm here now with the family and the food was cold and terrible. The people behind the counter were clueless. It took three of them to ring up my order and they still managed to get it wrong. All of our sandwiches were cold and the fries were hard as rocks. This has turned me off to this place for a while. This store is in the fast food court at the North Shore Mall and it definitely stands out above the rest. Not only is their food delicious and made with fresh ingredients, it is probably one of the healthiest options as far as fast food is concerned. Just look for the cute "Eat Mor Chikin" cows and you'll know you've got the right place. If you'd like to partake in something a little bad for you, try the Chic-Fil-A sandwich that is breaded and fried and comes served on a lightly buttered bun with pickles. If you get the value meal you'll also get a med waffle fries and a medium refillable beverage. The waffle fries are a bit boring and without much flavor, and I suggest the iced tea. (They have real southern sweet tea too!) If you're looking for the healthier fare try a grilled sandwich or salad. They also have chicken nuggety things, cole slaw, fruit salad, brownies, and a few other sides. My boyfriend and I usually get 2 chic- fil-a value meals which comes to about $11. Not too bad and the food is far superior to the other fast food chains in the food court like Taco Bell, Sbarro, and McDonald's. I only have one complaint. They don't serve breakfast!!! When I was in high school in VA, everyone would skip class to get the chicken biscuits which was basically a little piece of chicken on a biscuit. Soo delicious. Oh!
