Finally gave Cane's a try while I was seeing friends and I'm impressed! The chicken and fries were delicious and fresh. They were busy because it was a Friday night, but the line went fast; wish I asked for more sauce though, but it's definitely worth the try--I know what my go to spot is next time in town!

Went today for lunch and there were only two cars in front of me and service was pretty good despite the full parking lot. I did the four finger meal deal. The chicken was very moist and the fry is tasty. It's not too heavy. Their sauce is good, but I would say it's comparable to most other places (ie Dave's hot chicken). The fries were cooked well and I thought the Cole slaw was yummy. I liked that it was chopped. Their Texas toast seemed to be more like a grilled hot dog bun so I only took a bite. I'd go back!

Strike two for canes. First strike was the Framingham location, chicken breading fell apart like it was reheated from a week ago in the microwave. Today Saugus I get 8 fries and tiny tenders for $13 plus tax. Not worth it. It will be tough to go back and I loved canes before they exploded into a million locations.

Was in Boston for a day had to give em a try and to be truthful everything was delicious down to the coleslaw the chicken wasn't overly breaded crispy the sauce was bangin! We could definitely use one in Buffalo . Very good to be such a simple meal

Our son took us here after our trip from Texas and it was pretty good. The place was very busy, but they were cranking out the orders with ease. We got our food and set at a table to relax, as this place is pretty casual and we took a little bit of time, from our trip and enjoyed some good chicken - and that it was! Nice place to get a quick bite. Try them out if you're in the area and wanting some pretty, fast food, good chicken.

Horribly greasy and rushed product.. over-salted skimpy amount of fries definitely not worth the money.

The drive-thru was an absolute chaotic disaster... Restaurant appeared packed so they were obviously prioritized to putting product out to the restaurant first.. instead of putting the effort into the 2 lane drive-thru... 23 minutes waiting in line... People growing restless waiting in the line and beeping and cutting others off... so obviously at that point they were just rushing things... that's why the fries were so horribly greasy and soggy and over salted along with the chicken... greasy and soaked.. they confused my order with the car in front of me...I didn't receive sauce with the order at the window....so when I asked for the sauce the belligerent girl at the window had to check with the manager and they wouldn't give it to me until I paid extra! undoubtedly not worth the money and I won't be back again.

This place is a disaster. Bottom of the barrel customer service. Poorly prepared food. Thats all.

Ate here twice once when the opened and a few months later. They over salt everything and the fingers are in the soggy side. Very average.

This place is all unseasoned chicken fingers and fries. It's edible but nothing special.

Not a fan of coleslaw by default, but the Caniac Combo, which is what I got on this occasion, comes with it if you're a fan.

Great spot for a quick pickup dinner. Placed orders online, ready for pickup in 15 mins or less…read more The chicken was tender and juicy, buns were very nice. Coleslaw was delicious. It's a very solid spot for what they offer, I'm really happy to have this option in the area. The staff were very friendly even during peak hours, thanks guys! Outdoor tables are available for dine-in, so that's a plus in good weather.

Stopped into the Chicken & The Pig for a late lunch on a Friday afternoon. They were plenty busy…read moreand almost all of the seating was full. I ordered at the counter and took the 2 top high table right by the window. I ordered the House Dog and a side of waffle fries that came with their house made honey ketchup. The food was ready pretty quickly and it looked really good as I brought it back to my table. The House dog is listed as being topped with chopped bacon, grilled onions and their spicy pub style mustard. Overall it was really good. The onions weren't as cooked as much as I would have liked them to be and some of the onion pieces were pretty big. I thought the mustard was great and really wanted more of that on the dog. I know it looks like plenty in the picture but I still wanted more. The bun was that perfect split top New England bun that was perfectly toasted on both sides. The fries were good. Well-seasoned. I couldn't tell that anything was different about the ketchup. I did want more than what was given in the little portioned cup that they provided. I'd return to Chicken & The Pig and I'd definitely try other hot dog variations and definitely get one of the chicken sandwiches.
