Had to wait 30 minutes to get to the microphone and after I got to the window I had to wait 10 minutes just for one of the workers to go to the window and ask if I placed an order. They told me to park up and someone will bring my food to me. I waited another 30 minutes and decided to walk in just for the worker to say they forgot to bring it out. read more

Use to come to this Wendy's regularly and have to wait in the drive thru for 20 mins plus... so i decided to order thru door dash after years of not coming and one of my bags was not even given to the driver. I ordered a salad, fish sandwich, bacon fries and 2 Frosty's... i got the frosty's, fries and sandwich but no salad. Against my better judgement I stopped at this Wendy's because my child asked for it. The line was long and I should of turned around but big mistake, I waited. I learned from previous experiences that Wendy's does not handle volume well. All accuracy and professionalism goes out the door. Still I waited in the drive through. 30 minutes later I ordered my food. During this time I was asked to hold on a few times. No biggie, I thought, but there was my accuracy flying out the window. I ordered kids meals and a burger with ONLY 4 add ons. I repeated those four add ons about 3 times. Yet the server repeated the four add ons I did NOT want. Okay. Well I get my food and my second mistake was not checking it. Remember my first mistake was even coming to begin with. Kids meal had no toys (that was a fun ride home) and I get home and my burger has the exact four add ons I DID NOT WANT. Being severely allergic to tomatoes and seeing a sandwich with both tomatoes and ketchup after I specifically asked for the opposite, super aggravating. Everyone here left low reviews, but the last time I visited it was good. and I was even surprised that they chicken tasted good, because I thought that they will be at McDonald's level. This locations is historically a mess. I work in the shopping center and will NEVER visit this location again. They are nasty rude and uneducated about their products. Today during a snow storm I visited this location against my better judgement. I saw a commercial for a new Jalapeño popper salad as wanted to try it. When I ordered it first I was told that they didn't carry this item. I was told to then please hold. She then came back and said we do carry it but we are out of salads completely. Drive thru service here is decent. ESP if you've never been inside. Idk if it's been updated inside recently but I had to stop going inside because it just smelled like some severe swampass. The employees who work the window are generally smiley and friendly. The drive thru usually has a line. Lucky if it doesn't. The parking lot can get messy so if you decide to go in don't park up against the building, difficult to impossible to get out during a rush. My experience has always been decently hot food. Slow service and terrible food. Wendy's has long been my favority fast-food joint, but this place and some of the other local establishments have really gone downhill lately. I ordered the new Portabella Mushroom Melt, and my burger was overcooked and dry. Considering that I go to Wendy's to get AWAY from overcooked dry burgers, you can imagine how disappointed I was. The fries, lukewarm and limp were almost as disappointing as the burger. My chili was fine, but I guess it's hard to mess something up when all you have to do is slice open a package of precooked food and pour it into a warmer.
