Did a mobile order and they forgot some items, which I didn't discover until After getting home. Drove Back to BK (without the bags because I fed my kids their food. My stuff was what was missing) to get my items. Instead of apologizing they wanted to Argue that they gave me the items. And said I should have brought the bags back as proof. Which is kinda dumb because I could have just removed the items if I was Trying to steal a dumb sandwich and onion rings. But they definitely DID NOT give me the 2 items. The manager had the nerve to look around and tell me she didn't see my sandwich ‍ Well Obviously you gave it to Another customer. Beautifully remodeled place. I love the contemporary look and feel. Lady who took my order was very nice too. The only thing that I would suggest is to clean it up a little bit. The bathroom was dirty and window next to me was in stains too. Even though I got here in the morning the place looked like it was not cleaned after late evening huge crowds passed by. But people who work here are very nice and this is the most important to me. read more

I never liked going to this location, Everytime i go i order a double cheeseburger and fries and after i eat from here i feel sick or have a sore throat, I mainly use to eat from here because it was on my walk home from school and their breakfast sandwhiches are dried out the croissant is hard and bacon was burnt egg is dry and the staff is rude. when i went here another time the workers all seemed to think they were head of the company forcing customers to hurry their orders even when the work hours were slow and workers in the back were running and playing around in the food area. Ugh, this place. I am unfortunate enough to live across the street from this place. If I didn't live here, this is one of those fast food locations I'd visit once and never go to again. But of course, it's just too convenient sometimes. The food sucks though. It really does. Every chicken sandwich is dried out. Almost every burger is burnt. All the fries and mushy and cold. The only thing that doesn't taste awful are the pie thingies they have, but there's no possible way they could screw those up, right?I mean, they're sent to the place pre-made. The occasional stacker is okay too. If you like/love/have a weird hankering for Burger King, you should find another location. Went into the restaurant one Tuesday evening. Found the manger chatting it up loudly with the customers. Customers using fowl language (mother F*word) just fine with him. The staff in the kitchen using the S**t word as well. Took my order and got cheese on my whooper when it said plain on the receipt and I just wanted to get out of there and they didn't give me my cup for my soda and I remembered half way home. I hope they get a real manager and employees that can read, do their job and speak to each other with respect. Really? Isn't a croissandwich egg meat and cheese on a croissant? So if I order a bacon croissandwich no cheese shouldn't I expect Egg and bacon? Instead I got a cold croissant with maybe 3 thirds of a strip of bacon broken in pieces. Do I have to open everything I get before I leave the drive thru? Burger king use to have great burgers got and cheeses. Now they are cold and taste awful. This is not just the Bensalem Burger King I am talking about either. All of them are awful I have stood in line for 45 minutes waiting to order while we were the only guests there. Employees are too busy screwing around and getting high. They don't give a crap about their customers and it's really sad because if they changed everything I would go back. Are used to love Burger King's burgers but it's always cold and I can't figure out why anything would be cold when were the only ones in there it should be fresh made it. They all have attitudes and are rude as hell. I hope Burger King gets it together because they're going to be taken over. If Chick-fil-A can get 100 people through the drive-through within the matter of minutes I'm sure they can handle one order in a timely fashion. It's such a disappointment in anymore. This is your typical Burger King, nothing special or out of the ordinary. Service is always slow as are the employees, they seem to rather talk to coworkers or play with their hair than take your order. The bathroom was a disgrace and didn't seem to be cleaned in some time. The tables in the play area looked to be wiped down with the towel they use to clean the fryers. I will never return here unless I'm starving and all of the other food places in the area are burnt to the ground. read more

I haven't been to a Burger King in years but someone talked me into tracking one down in Philadelphia. It took about 20 minutes for the food to be ready, and the soda machine was broken for about another 10 minutes after that (there's only one soda machine). Service at times is slow, but overall since May 2011 things have improved greatly. New improved burgers like new BK Toppers and Chef Choice Burger are really good, nice a think. They have "Whopper Wednesday" and Whoppers are only $1.89. The Whoppers are made with fresh produce now and gone are the microwaves! Open 24 hours makes it convenient and the DT is much faster. I've been to this location many times in the past, and I've never once experienced good service. I was in the area yesterday, so I decided to stop by for a milkshake. After waiting in line for about ten minutes, I finally ordered my shake... only to find out that the machine was broken. It's good to see that this place hasn't changed at all in the last five years. I have been going to this Burger King for a lot of my life occasionally and it isn't as good as you think it should be. It's not great service, good food, bad bathroom. Cool playground but the slide needs to be fixed and some other things. I would say go there every little while. read more
