We went through the drive through at this location to get my husband a chocolate frosty. He's was driving so he handed it to me to open for him. I removed the top and licked it before handing the frosty to him. It had a really strong bad aftertaste but I didn't say anything to him about it because I thought it could just be me and I didn't want to ruin his frosty. I rarely eat pre processed anything and unless I grow it myself or it's certified organic it generally tastes odd to me and I can taste the chemicals. My husband isn't that picky so he started eating the frosty and then he commented that it tasted strange...like some type of chemical...maybe cleaning fluid? I don't know but we threw it away. I don't know what happened. Did they just clean the machine but failed to thoroughly rinse it or is the product they are serving just toxic? I don't know I'm just saying that we will never purchase anything from this store again. read more

Worst Wendy's ordered combo meals. He gave us everything separately instead of the combo meal itself. Ordered a kids meal no kids meal just small drink and small nuggets. People want higher pay can't even get the meal right. The fries were bad and so was the soda. read more

Went to pick up mobile order and was told at the window we could not order root beer using mobile app, thought that was strange but I got a tea. I tried there bbq nuggets, they put nuggets in a plastic container shake it up and it didn't even cover one side of the nuggets. And the hamburgers were not made our way, I guess we should've went to Burger King. They always have issues it seems like, but that is ok, I have ate my last Wendy meal in Pilot. read more

The food wasn't worth the $25 I spent. The new bacon mushroom cheeseburger was the size of a child's meal. Fries were cold. Lousy meal.

I really really don't normally do fast food, mainly because I pay a certain price (cheap) and the food is mostly underwhelming. We really do get what we pay for. So today I got up before 6am and drove an hour to pick up 16 ounces of black coffee before heading into the wilderness to wait for a crew that showed up a few hours late... but that's another story about a frustrating day. By the time I had a meal it was afternoon and I still did not have time so I stopped at Wendy's which in terms of fast food is generally better than McDs and most of the others. Being on a low-carb-ish diet I picked up nothing but a baconater sandwich.... which turns out to be about 38 carbs (ouch). The sandwich was good the service was good (including an apology for the 2 minute wait) and I drove away feeling pleased. Great job Wendy's! Do I have a picture!? No way. I first asked for fresh coffee the nice girl at the register asked the person at the drive thru to make fresh she told me it will be a few minutes. Ok no problem I get the coffee it was like warm brought it up the nice girl made me fresh coffee I waited again. The apple pecan chicken salad for $6.49 was just about all lettuce I ate the top. read more

I stopped in for lunch. It was very dirty. I ordered a chicken sandwich and specifically asked the manager if it was fresh. He said they throw them out every hour. I told him that I regularly have this issue at other Wendys and drive away only to find a cold sandwich. He promised me a fresh sandwich. I prefer Chickfila but it was Sunday. For 4.39 this flat chicken was cold, hard and had poor taste. Chickfila is 3.29. There were no napkins in the lobby. Bathroom was very small and dirty. I ordered a 50 cent frosty. Wendys trys to mislead you on combos. They are for small fries and drinks and sneak in price upcharges. Manager tried to tell me a combo with a small frosty would be cheaper. He was wrong. read more

The food was fine, not great but met the standard fast food mark of hot/warm and the salad greens were actually green and not just iceberg lettuce. All removed stars were for the lack of COVID prep - while the dining room was shut, staff were crowded together. All 3 of the staff visible in the drive thru had their masks down under their chins and no gloves. It was a disappointing start to a lack luster fast food experience. read more

The guy working drive thru was very rude tonight with sarcastic remarks. I guess they're short staffed but that's no excuse to be rude to a customer especially telling them "I'll get to you when I can" while waiting 5 minutes in the drive thru or when asking for the 2 for $6 and he says "what about it" and you respond "can I get it?" And his sarcasm kicks in and he responds "I mean yeah you can get It as long as we have the stuff for it" now I know why people would say they don't like going to that particular Wendy's. I ordered 3 Dave's Doubles, they let me know they were out of cheese. They went on to let me know that they have no lids for any size drink. My order was in at 11:23am and my order was ready 17 minutes later at 11:40am. Not sure what is going on, but there are multiple opportunities to improve.​ read more

The food tasted fine and the order was correct but the customer service was terrible. The line took forever which I can understand because they were busy, however when we went to order our food the person taking our order was very rude and impatient. By far, the nicest Wendy's I've ever been to. Stopped on our way to Savannah and grabbed lunch. The bathrooms are spotless, too.

I was on the way home from work on 07-30-18 at 11 pm, I stopped at Wendy's. I ordered the four for four double stack. The fries tasted like they were made the day before and the nuggets tasted like they had been sitting out since the morning. The only thing I could eat was the double stack. This experience has been the worst I've ever made from a Wendy's. read more
