If I could give zero stars I would. I just had the most startling and awful experiences I have ever had and what is even worse is the manager just waved it off as if it was a normal thing. I'm about to Karen all up on this place and I don't even care. I ordered my food and it was fine. But as I was driving past the menu board I saw the baked potato and was like oh man I wish I ordered that. The guy that took my money at the first window took my money and I asked if there was a way I could exchange the fries for a potato and he didn't even check he was just like no there is nothing we can do they probably already made it. So i paid and asked at the other window and the manager came to the window to see what I wanted and the guy at the first window yelled at the top of his lungs from window one to window two ,"I ALREADY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WE COULD DO!" He said it was his whole chest like he was about ready to come over and throw down with me. I asked if he was yelling at me but the manager just waved him off like oh it's fine thats just him. No! That's not fine. It's just food my guy. If I needed to pay more or order it on the side fine, but he didn't try. I just took the food as it was and left and will most for sure not be going back ever again. If he is allowed to keep working there you are doing yourself a huge disservice. read more

I was there 12-08-21. I do not usually go to Wendys but I wanted to grab something on the way home. I have many many regrets. The line was long. I am patient. I ordered 2 salads, and a burger. I waited at the pick up window for 17 minutes. I felt soooo bad for the people behind me. No one ever came to the window to tell me why it was so long. I finally saw the salads come around the corner. I think they had to make them on the fly. I really wish I would have known. I would have change something, anything. I ordered whole salads but got salads that were less than the half size. It was all wilted and dried out spring greens with a dried out and burnt half a chicken patty on top. The apples were off. It was inedible. The other salad went in the fride and I am certain it will go in the trash also. The burger was cold, the cheese did not even melt and it did not have any condiments on it so it was DRY dry dry. If an employee would have talked to me at the window about what was going on it would have made a huge difference. Tell me you are making the salad on the fly, tell me your coworker fell in the fryer or there is a frosty machine on fire. Communication!!! So, I spent 30 bucks on food that was a horror. I would say if the line is long to skip it and go across the street to Burger King or KFC. read more

I should have checked Yelp before going here. Their customer service is horrible from the managers! Don't bother calling and asking any questions, because the managers that they let answer the phones have zero people skills. I had my son call ahead to make sure their ice cream machine was operating, because I didn't want to waste time going there if it wasn't, and the lady told him "I think you meant to call McDonald's." And hung up on him. He called back, and they picked up the phone and immediately hung it up. After calling a few more times, thinking something weird was going on, she finally answers the phone again and says "Will you stop calling here?!"... I couldn't believe it. At this point we were right around the corner from the restaurant, so I pull in and go inside. Asked who they're letting answer the phone, and the nice worker went to get the manager. It turns out that it was a manager that just left and "She probably just did that because she was supposed to be off 45 minutes ago." That's all the explanation I got from the current on duty manager... This happened at 6:45pm on 2/22/2022. I know finding quality people is hard these days, but in the customer service industry you'd think the manager would at least have basic customer service skills. This is the kind of person that probably spits in your food when they're having a bad day. We purchased 2 BBQ Chicken Ranch Salads today at the drive thru at this location. Parked outside. Halfway through my salad I noticed a funky odd tasting piece of lettuce, so I took it out of my mouth, and I pulled out PART OF A GLOVE. I was sickened and livid at the same time. I had a glove in my MOUTH, that someone dirty hands were in. We went inside and complained to the manager about this, she said they make the salads every day, and they do wear gloves. Then she just stood there like, now what. My partner suggested a new salad, which she was more then happy to do. Why didn't that worker that lost part of the glove, look to make sure they had the whole glove before the let these salads to the public? Kicking myself. I continue to tell myself to NOT go to this location for to the their inability to get to go orders complete. The incompetence is from manager's and down. On multiple occasions, this location has failed to give chili for taco salads, fries with a combo, or nuggets are missing. Busy busy busy! This Wendy's was super busy when we rolled through around 1p on Saturday. The inside looked like a tornado went through it and the outside was chaos. They have two ordering posts but not enough room for them. And most of the people using them don't understand how to stagger to make sure everyone gets their correct order... it's not a race meat-heads... Food was typical Wendy's. Nothing special. This was the worst Wendy's visit I have ever experienced. Waited over 20 minutes to get to the window. The guy tries to hand me my 2 large drinks, I had to use both hands to grab one, and as I'm doing that he's leaning out the window trying to hand me the other one. I only have 2 hands, and the cups are huge. I thought he was going to fall out the window. He then hands me my bag of food, he doesn't say a word. You know maybe "here's your food, thanks for coming by, sorry for the wait". So, not sure that I had my whole order, I stay at the window thinking he's going to hand me something else. He then turns to me and says "did you have a burger minus lettuce and onion?" I tell him no, and tell him what my order is. His female boss, I'm assuming, turns to him and says "did you give her the food?" He answers that he had. So she rudely tells me "it's all in the bag". Oh, ok. I know that how? I guess I could have checked, which I usually do when I pull away, so I don't hold up the line. Literally, the guy never let me know he was giving me all of my food. I then asked for ketchup, for the two large fries, and he hands me 4 packets. SMH! A little communication goes a long way people! They never said thank you, sorry for the wait, nothing. I work in customer service every day, so I know what customer service should be like. I'm normally very forgiving if I have to wait in a line, because I'm not always in a huge hurry. But, when you can't acknowledge the fact that I've been waiting a long time, then give me burgers that are cold, and soggy cold French Fries, you will reap the reward of a Yelp review. If my food had come out hot and fresh, I would have been annoyed only by the customer service. Of course, I'm sure I'll go back, but only to get my husband his favorite frosty. Now for the worst of all is this young lady fixing her hair right in front of the manager who are both right in front of where the hamburgers are cooking ! The lobby smelled of urine as soon as we walked in, the staff was very unprofessional as 1) They kept bringing food to the front counter without it being in a bag or on a tray and 2) continuously interrupted the order taker, who was with customers, to ask "where does this go?" (Including the manager). My sister forgot to order fries so after the manager took my order of one medium fry he called it out to the staff behind him where a woman came holding the fries like I was supposed to just walk out the door with them. Finally the store was visibly dirty, they were not so busy that no one couldn't spare and extra minute to sweep the food off the floor and wipe the counters off. . . I usually eat here two or three times a week for lunch. Today was the worst experience I've had here. We had our lunch, then wanted to get frosty's for desert for Father's Day. I walked up to the counter, the only person there, and waited for Mairia to acknowledge I was there and take my order. The cashier was friendly and it was suggested to her to tell her corporate that double drive through in that location not great. I see all the reviews of the lobby and bad customer service are justified. We came in here a year ago when it smelled like there was a problem with the bathroom throughout the restaurant. I could not believe they were still operating. That day we just left. We came back last week and guess what, the problem seems to be still there. We were hoping the issue would have been resolved. Customer service is a joke, I think the workers are just grouchy because of the smell. They make no effort to clean the lobby and are so SLOW. The drive through is a total cluster. When you pull in there is an opening to come up right to the menu board, I used that option once, and a person who went around would not let me straighten out, he just squeezed right past me probably thinking that somehow I was cutting in line when I just used the easier option. This seems to be the mentality of all the people who use the drive through. So I guess when you go there you better be prepared to go all the way around the restaurant. Or better yet, just avoid this place altogether, save your money and your sanity. read more

Thought I would just order a chili and a double stack to eat before making my way back to Seattle. Big mistake. My double stack I got came out with the bottom patty almost Coke through and the top patty was completely raw in the middle. I was nice and asked the counter person if I could just have another one and to make sure it was fully cooked. The service was terrible. Everyone was running around. It was a Friday night about 7:40 pm. The area by the cola station was flooded. All garbage cans were over flowing. No silverware by the drink station. I told the girl I wanted a water and she charged me for a large drink. My daughter and many others waited over a half hour for food. Went thru the drive thru this evening. simple order two burgers meals with fries upgraded to chile on both. My husband's burger was barely warm. Mine was ice cold. How the Hell is this fixed fresh if mine is ice cold.
