Pho KT is probably one of the best pho spots in this part of the metro. The place was packed and pretty loud for a small restaurant, so it definitely gets busy, but the food was really good. The broth quality stood out the most. It had great flavor and tasted like they actually put care into it. Staff were nice, though the service felt a little disorganized at times, probably because of how busy it was. Overall, I'd come back if I'm already in the Puyallup area. It's a bit far from Seattle for me to go out of my way regularly, but the food is definitely worth trying. read more

I got two to go orders during my work lunch hour from here in one week!! It's that good! I ordered the grilled tofu noodle salad bowl and tofu fresh spring rolls. All the vegetables were fresh and crispy (as noted in the photos). The tofu was literally so delicious (hence my second visit!). And the manager was kind enough to make a vegetarian based sauce for me for the salad dressing. Everything was a 10/10! Really cute clean shop next door to Nothing Bundt Cakes. I really enjoyed our meal, we had the pork Banh Mi, short rib plate, pork/shrimp noodle salad, and a Thai iced tea. Everything was excellent. I can't wait to try the pho and I will definitely get the noodle salad and short ribs again. The only thing I would change is I would ask if I could add on extra meat, especially the short ribs. My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to get lunch at as we were in the area to run some errands and I know this is a newer spot so I wanted to check it out. We arrived a bit after late afternoon and the parking was almost full as they share it with other businesses. As we entered inside, we weren't sure if we seated ourselves as we weren't greeted. After waiting for a few minutes, an employee walked a little bit to us and asked if we wanted a booth or table but since they were still in the process of cleaning all the unoccupied booths, we decided to sit at a table. Their menu has a good amount of different varieties if you aren't feeling for pho. I always wanted to try Pho Bo Kho and they have it for probably the lowest price I've seen in Washington so far. My boyfriend got their combination pho as a large. We also got an order of fresh rolls and extra bean sprouts. The broth from both the Bo Kho and pho was hearty, flavorful and delicious. There was plenty of carrots and beef in my order and they were perfectly tender. My boyfriend was pleased with how much meat he received in his order. Now the prices make sense as the portions are a lot smaller but it is fitting for that price. It's pretty difficult to put in bean sprouts as they fill the bowl to the brim. Definitely recommend getting an appetizer, drink or banh mi if you want to leave full. The service here was okay. The employees only take your order and drop off orders, but you won't get a water refill or a check dropped off on your table. The inside is cute and they have plenty of seating and tables. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained too. I look forward to trying out some other options as I saw their portions for katsu and rice plates which looks excellent. read more

New Vietnamese spot adjacent to the Kohl's in south meridian just past Sunrise shopping center. Very small location with about 12 tables. It was really crowded in a Friday afternoon right after the noon hour. We were seated quickly and had our orders taken right away. Fast and friendly. Service - 4 stars Food - pho is always the barometer for me with viet places. Broth was okay, not amazing and not super hot like I prefer. Greens and herbs were very fresh. My only real gripe is the size of their bowls. A little too small for Pho. No room for the noodles to breathe and they clump together in such a small bowl. Wife liked her bun bowl. And the fried egg rolls were good. Viet Iced coffee was super strong like it should be. Food - 3/4 Want to try some other items the next time visit. The rice dishes looked really tasty. I would say if you're really hungry the portions of pho are not that big and you may be more use to bigger sizes elsewhere so you may leave 75% full and the prices are pretty reasonable considering the portion size! Let's start with this place is very clean and it's new in the area. The pho broth healed my soul! It's very tasty!! I liked that they actually have a small option and it's actually small. Because I can't finish a big portion ones and if I bring it home it will be all soggy. It will be wasteful. The pho is so good! It's definitely a must get. The spring rolls have ham and shrimps in it but you can customize it. Everything they made seems very fresh. They have different condiments for you to use. The lady who served us was really sweet and she even suggested that they can customize the spring rolls. Overall it's 10/10 and I will definitely go back! Amazing experience. Big flavor, easy menu, friendly service. PhoKT is clean, neat and welcoming upon arrival. Parking is ample and spaces are accessible in front of Big5. Staff is friendly and welcoming. They are attentive from the moment you walk in. They do different variations of pho, rice bowls, beef soup and house specials. The appetizers are good and there are only a few to choose from, so no paradox of choice. I ordered the brisket and meatball pho in a small and the egg roll appetizer. The small pho is actually a really good sized portion. The broth is murky, flavorful and piping hot. The egg rolls are perfectly crispy, super fresh and not weighed down with a ton of oil. I think they are hand rolled and not frozen based on the small variation in size and depth of flavor. Got out for under 20$ and super full. I would recommend this place over and over again. New restaurant with a very clean and pleasant atmosphere! The pho soup flavor is the best in Puyallup! The brisket is cut thin and is very tender. Their fresh summer rolls are filled with pork and shrimp and taste fresh! Their pork chop was tender and flavored with a ketchup pasty sauce, it is really good! We split a broken rice dish and it was fresh and all the protein was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Che Thai was refreshing too! Came in on Aug 2nd for my birthday, it was busy as expected since the place is new. We were seated as soon as possible and ordered the broken rice dish and a bowl of pho. As someone who comes from a vietnamese background I was very excited to try com tam (broken rice) near me. It was decent and I ended up eating most of it! I wish they served a little more fish sauce with the com tam. There wasn't any sriracha, hoisin sauce, straw, napkins on the table, some tables were grabbing it themselves from other tables. It is a decent place to come. I would like to try this place again for a second opinion when it is less busy, hopefully for better service.
