My wife and I had lunch at Newport Ave Wendy's. I had a 4 for 4 with chicken sandwich and my wife had Asiago Chicken sandwich. We both got sick when we got home. We ate nothing prior to or after lunch so it was the Wendy's food. I've eaten at plenty of Wendy's without issue in the past. Bad mayo? I ordered uber eats and my driver was there for quite a while, slow service. When my food arrived, my large fry was filled to almost a small. Most Wendy's have this issue of not filling fries. It's ridiculous. Then tried to call SEVEN times, no answer. I'll be at the restaurant tomorrow for a refund if they continue to ignore the calls. read more

If I am in the area and I need a quick bite of food I stop by this Wendy's because the service is unbelievably fast. The space is quite big so there are never any issues on where to sit, and the meal itself is pipping warm and the chicken is tasty. Good value for your meal and really fast service. read more

This Wendy's location is gorgeous. I'd get married here. The food is amazing, and it is a glass palace of burgers and chicken nuggets. We just watched a drunk man in the car before us do a walk-through (which even our favorite McDonald's doesn't allow), and order some crazy order (see pics). He got back in the car, drove around, and then hopped out at the last minute to grab some straws from the drive-thru window. This Wendy's understands and welcomes this kind of behavior at 1:20 am, just as they should. This is a Quincy Wendy's. 5/5 would come again. read more

In general, I give Wendy's a solid 4 out of 5. They are the best of the drive-thru-having/Value menu type of fast food joints. But this particular location has problems. Almost every time you go there, they make a mistake. They will forget an item, or charge you for an additional item (which, of course, you don't end up noticing until they bring out your food, unless you check your receipt while waiting), and god forbid you have a "special order" (add pickles, no mayo, whatever), there is a fair chance, that they will mess that up. If you ask for something to be added, there is a 50/50 shot they will forget to add it. If you ask for a sandwich without a certain item, there is a 50/50 shot, that they will leave that item in. And if they remember to not include that particular item, there is a good chance they will also not include other parts of the sandwich that you did want. (eg. I went there on Friday, ordered the sriracha chicken sandwich with no onions, they gave it to me with nothing but chicken and creamy sriracha. When I brought it back to have it fixed, they forgot the cheese). It's clean, they work quick, and the employees are all polite. The food tastes as good as you expect Wendy's to taste. They just need employees who pay attention. read more

Best Wendy's location. Food is usually fresh and consistent. I've never had an item forgotten here from drive thru unlike at most other fast food places/Wendy's. staff is a no bullshit type which means they are efficient and fast albeit a bit curt (doesn't mean not friendly though) which is fine with me. read more

This Wendy has Asian workers here a place where they run the restaurant. It's burgers are cook hot and fresh so it will taste good. It has a long wait for your order but it's worth for the taste of fresh juicy burgers. read more

In a pinch it's alright. Every time I order the cashew chicken salad there are NO cashews though. I keep forgetting to ask for them, but since cashew is in the name, should I have to ask? Other locations give them without asking (sometimes). When the craving comes, I will obey and stop in (maybe a different location though), but not my favorite. I pull up in the drive through and my order is taken quickly, but then I pull up to the window and I am not even talked to, told my total, asked for payment for over a minute, I am about to pull off when someone finally hands me my order and asks for payment. I go to this Wendy's location quit often the staff here is really nice and food is good better than any other fast food place but today I'm a little annoyed and I just want people to know this. Check your order before you leave the drive through window because I had ordered a six piece nuggets about a week ago but they forgot to put it in and I didn't notice until I get home so of course I called back and I spoke to someone and he did take my name down and told me to pick it up when I come by the next time. I am a very big fan of Wendy's and I have eaten at many of their food chains. No other Wendy's stands out compared to the one on Newport Ave. It has superb customer service by treating me very nicely and doing an excellent job of making my exact order. This is important to me because other Wendy's that I have been to didn't have this type of customer service. This Wendy's treated me with royalty through their friendly employees and especially through their exceptionally great tasting food they make. I don't in any way see why anyone in this world would criticize this Wendy's as being one of their worst experiences. Ordered quarter pounder combo meal and iced decaf with cream only at drive-up window yesterday around 4. First I was handed a hot coffee. Handed it back when I felt the heat and said I ordered iced, cream only. Waitress discussed it with another employee and returned with a new beverage. Again hot. Again I said iced. She took it back again, another employee questioned me then returned with an iced beverage. I then asked for a straw. Finally I drove off and about 1 traffic light away that this was not coffee but some sort of sweet semi-chilled mocha beverage. Undrinkable for me. Then bit into quarter pounder. Room temperature. It's hard to pick if I'd rather the drive thru or going into this wendy's, both are a total headache. If you go inside they usually understand what you want and don't screw it up. Sometimes there's a line but there is pretty much always the same stuffy awkward should I say homeless person-esque smell. If you deal with the drive-thru the person just might yell at you and mess up your order. They give you the bare essentials at this wendy's I went to go get some fries they gave me no ketchup and no napkins. How do you give someone just fries in a bag? This Wendy's is very much the ugliest sister of the franchise. The staff are uniformly utterly incompetent, rude, and unpleasant. They frequently get orders completely wrong after multiple attempts, corrections and misunderstandings, and are then belligerent. This is the usual state of affairs and if anything ever goes right, it's always a really nice bonus, and quite a surprise. There are always enormous lines because it takes the staff so long to do anything, and some people still haven't realized how terrible this Wendy's is. I suppose it's impressive that Wendy's finds staff who are clearly in need of help, as I can't imagine this bunch getting work of any kind anywhere else. Well done Wendy's! read more
