Wow! I don't normally review a place after just one visit but the delivery was fantastic! The mozzarella sticks were wonderful! Still hot and crispy, not soggy like so many other places. My husband got the steak and cheese sub - said it's great. I got a chicken caesar wrap and it was delicious. I'll definitely order delivery again and the menu is large so it may be a different entree. I just realized no photos to add because I didn't stop eating to take them!

Genuinely the BEST açaí I've ever had. I love açaí and I've tried many places, the açaí here is smooth and sweet. Will definitely be back for more!

New location. Wide variety of comfort food and excellent Brazilian go-tos. Very friendly service. This is absolutely a hidden gem. The value for quality is incredible. Such a good place. One of my all-time favorites!

The Brazilian plate that I had here wasn't too bad. I haven't eaten tons of Brazilian food in the past but I could go for more of this. I ordered their special so I don't believe they typically serve the plate I had. It came with yellow rice, beans, steak tips, shrimp, and chicken. The steak tips were a bit too tough but I enjoyed everything else, especially the chicken. This place also does pizza, burgers, gyros, and sandwiches. It's a gambit of things but I'd recommend getting one of their Brazilian rice plates if you're going to come.

I love this place! They have a variety of menu options from pizza to Brazilian plates to wraps. We ordered the chicken souvlaki plate and the tilapia Prato fieto. The first thing we noticed was the large portions!! The second was the variety of things they give you in the plates. The tilapia dish came with fries, rice, beans, and vegetables. There were also three pieces of tilapia. Everything tasted so good!! I couldn't stop eating even after I was full. The chicken souvlaki was also delicious and came in a pita wrap with vegetables, Greek salad, and French fries. They are also very efficient. Out food was ready in about 15-29 minutes. I will definitely be coming back and am excited to try other menu items!!

They have the option of all you can eat and they come around and offer all different meats cooked and cut fresh. We dined here a couple more times and loved it so much we had a friends anniversary dinner there a couple years later. Drinks were great and food was also good. It felt intimate and unique. We recently went again after a couple years and they expanded the restaurant, with a lot more seats. Unfortunately, they no longer offer alcohol (or at least not at the moment). This time we both just order a meal and not the all you can eat, and the food was... ok. I'm hoping it was just a one off and that they bounce back to the amazingness from before (really, we would rave about this place to people!) One plus is they have a buffet you can make a to go plate and pick your meat. While it is pricey per pound, it's better than other take out places. The sides change everyday, so it's always a surprise of what they will have. All that to say, we are up in the air about this place.. we are currently not recommending you run there, but we hope they get back to what we loved before, and then it would be worth a try.

My fourth Dine Out Boston 2026 Winter visit: Alma Gaucha, the Brazilian rodizio, with colleagues…read more The meat was delicious, the salad station was plentiful, and we ate until we were stuffed... Meat Serving: My favorites were all kinds of beef! The Premium of Top Sirloin and Top Sirloin with Garlic were extremely juicy and tender, as you can see. I recommended medium rare, and don't cook it more than medium. Tri-Tip Steak and Tri-Tip Steak with Cheese were relatively coarse, but had a layer of fat that made them more flavorful. I recommended medium; medium-well would be too dry. Lamb Steak was juicy and flavorful, with no gamey taste, so eat with confidence. Chicken Wrapped with Bacon and Chicken Legs were garlic-flavored, but the meat was a bit tough. Cheese with Honey was a calorie bomb but really delicious; the cheese had a slightly gamey taste, and the more honey, the better. Most importantly, the grilled meats here are just the right amount of salty; only the Chicken Heart and Pork Sausage were very salty. There were various sauces to choose from, but I personally recommend the oily and slightly sour Chimichurri, or simply salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Salad Station: Foods were plentiful and all very fresh and of good quality. My favorite was the Apple Salad, which was like the old-fashioned "fruit and salad dressing" version from my childhood--it was nostalgic and had a wonderfully refreshing sweet and sour taste. The Smoked Trout was tender and had a wonderfully flavorful fat, but considering it from freshwater , I only had a small taste. The Clam Chowder had a rich creaminess that perfectly complemented the umami of the clams. The Bruschetta, with its creamy sweetness from roasted garlic paired with the crispy bread, was a delightful little treat. Side Dishes: My personal favorite was the Mashed Potatoes, fried potato balls with a crispy, airy exterior and a creamy filling. The Yucca Croquette was like a tapioca version of Pão de Queijo, with the same crispy crust and mochi-like texture, but a milder cheese flavor. The Caramelized Bananas were too soft and mushy; cooked bananas always have a rotten taste. The Crispy Polenta was very hard, mainly cornstarch, and had little flavor. Desserts: The waiter's recommendation, the Red Velvet Cake, was definitely on point. It was less sweet and had a gentler sweetness, more suitable for Chinese tastes. If you like it sweeter, get more of the part with white chocolate sauce. The Mango Cake had a very smooth mousse and a rich mango flavor. The Keylime Pie was too sweet and sour, too strong a flavor.

Let me start off by saying that this was my favorite Brazilian Rodizio that I've been to many times…read moresince they've been open. It has been consistent for the most part in terms of their food selection, but this time they did not offer Fraldinha or Alcatra anymore on their Dine Out Boston menu. Their cold/hot food bar is better than Fogo's selection by far. It seemed there were more limited meats that came by especially since we were seated close to the entrance of the restaurant despite my card being green the whole time. I would expect everything on the limited menu to show up at least once and the wait time for specific cuts of meat took way too long even with requesting a cut from the staff. Somehow the cheese with honey never shows up either. I went during weekday lunch and the restaurant was semi-busy in the front half of the place up until the end of my visit in which there were only a few tables left and I still didn't get any additional Picanha. They came around with the cheaper alternatives more often. The meats I was served were seasoned well, but the variation in temperature for cuts I got were somewhat off putting despite requesting medium rare each time. There were some perfect temps to start off, but half the time they cut me thin slices of well done meat. That was my table's experience this time around unfortunately. I'd come back again since I've had many better experiences here over the years and I hope this was a fluke and not the fact that it has gone downhill.

Alas, this was one of the most pitiful meals I've had in a while. When I, with the capacity to eat like a wood chipper don't finish, you know you mucked up. I had a combo of a single meat and two sides. I had the brisket for protein, and Fried Yucca and Pico for sides. These plates also come with rice. The brisket was overdone to the point where it was almost like eating pieces of rubber. It was possible to chew through this abomination, but I got no pleasure in doing so. The fatty parts that ordinarily make brisket so delectable were barely-there-accents, and the seasoning was too light to make any substantial impact. This is to say nothing of the meat being very dry. Barbeque sauce would have been nice Where it comes to the sides, these were similarly bland. The fried yucca was completely uninspired and unseasoned. Thankfully the salt and pepper helped breathe some life into it. As for the Pico, it was good in that it was refreshing, but could also use some seasoning and maybe just a little oil. The two items that day that were notable (in a good way) were the rice and passionfruit fountain beverage. The rice was cooked and seasoned nicely, and the beverage was tasty and not overly sweet. Alas, these were not enough to offer redemption to an otherwise lamentable experience. The final nail in the coffin was the prices. Two sides with one meat is $11.75. If the brisket was melt-in-your-mouth goodness and sides weren't a small amount of bland-something, I might be a little more forgiving. However, considering the overall quality (and quantity of side), to say $11.75 is excessive could be an understatement.

A hidden gem from my perspective. It's nothing fancy, sometimes a little hard to communicate with the cashier but they are great people and have great food. The Food~ The spicy sausage is juicy and rich with a bit of a kick. The garlic and regular Picanha meat are also soft and tender. The crusty skin with the garlic and salt bits mends well with the meat. Paired together with the jasmine butter rice neutralizes the saltiness and pulls you back for more. The oxtail and soup is also very good. The warm soup with the tender oxtail paired again with the rice is the perfect combo. There wasn't a lot of vegetable options but I'm not complaining :) The Logistics~ There is plenty of parking on the street and also a public parking lot near Blanchard. A party of 4 is considered large for this place and you'll end up taking all the seats. Don't like sticking around too long and the seating area is pretty limited and not the best for private conversations.
