We went here on a Saturday afternoon when it was raining. I got the BBQ burger and my wife got the X-Bacon Sanduich. Problems started when we went to order food. The cashier was confused about what i was ordering, even after specifying what it was on the menu. We had asked for a cup of water. Looking at the receipt, I saw 2 things; one is that they charged us 1.50 accidentally for water, and the other is that there was a surcharge for using credit card, but they didn't tell us. Both burgers were big to the point that you had to struggle to eat it comfortably. The fries that came with my food had an ok texture but they had an aftertaste similar to vegetable oil. The burger quality was ok, with the sauce making up a majority of the flavor. I noticed they also didn't leave the cheese as I requested. I went home and felt sick afterwards. Pricing was average and the ambiance was open bar, but the speaker in the front was kind of loud. I wouldn't be going back here again. read more

As of writing this I have waited now 1 hour and 52 minutes for a delivery from this place. I called after an hour and 20 minutes and was told it should be here any minute, there "live tracker" showed it was "out for delivery" after about 55 minutes, after an hour and 25 minutes it showed the order was "completed" as if it had been delivered (which it was not). I called back after an hour and 40 minutes to get the same gentleman who immediately knew my name from the previous conversation, he then proceeded to put me on hold to try and contact the driver, to which I then sat on hold for 10 minutes before a woman came back on the line saying "hungry tummy how may I help you" as if clueless to who was on the line but when I started to state what was happening immediately knew who it was and said that they had just received my order and she didn't know why they would have told me the food was out for delivery and that they were just starting to put together my order after almost 2 hours of already waiting. Every time I order pizza, the recipe seems to be different. They can't handle half and half with toppings, and the most recent time I ordered a cheese pizza, the cheese was gloppy and hard and the sauce was watery. I just want consistency when I order pizza! read more

We ordered take out from the bar and had a couple drinks. There was a service fee which is okay if its a fee for kitchen staff or if I am dining in. But this was take out. On top of service fee there is an expectation for tips. It can be one or the other but not both. I want to love this place and hope there is a valid reasoning for this. read more

I have frequented this establishment time and time again for months now, and I love it! Good people, good food, good times! However tonight I decided to be adventurous and try their unique interpretation on the famous buffalo wing. I say unique because this truly was a unique experience folks. My toilet bowl has never seen such immense and troublesome havoc. As I opened the container to see the wings, it was as if I had exhumed an ancient corpse. Steamy vapors coated the air like an evil spirit of spice and my eyes began to water even before I took a bite. I took one bite folks. That was all it took. Suddenly I begun to cry ferociously, my tear ducts churning out their watery byproduct. I thought my throat was seizing; as if my body rejected the very thought of this devilry entering my lower intestine. This was only the beginning of a war that my body would wage upon me in the hours to come. These wings are hot! I'll try to explain it. Imagine your tongue being slowly and methodically lacerated by tiny blades that were coated in poison and also FIRE! I thought as though the devil himself would come on down to greet me after just a few bites of these monstrous wings! I am not lying when I say I was on the toilet for over 45 mins. Wow! I don't normally review a place after just one visit but the delivery was fantastic! The mozzarella sticks were wonderful! Still hot and crispy, not soggy like so many other places. My husband got the steak and cheese sub - said it's great. I got a chicken caesar wrap and it was delicious. I'm sad to write this because I used to really like this place a couple years ago, but they seem to be having a really difficult time getting order correct. The last several times I have ordered from here, I get home and realize that the directions were not followed. For example, "Italian with everything"... first off, they don't know what "everything" on an Italian means. I've order "Italian with everything" for decades and it's a pretty standard constant throughout fast food/sub shops, but here, that only means lettuce. So, you need to individually tell them what you want on it (pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, hots) , but it's still hit or miss whether those things end up on it or not. I constantly ask for "toasted" and it consistently comes out cold regardless. This is just one order example, but it's the same across different orders as well. I use to order from here very often. Now, I rarely do, because everytime I order, it's consistently not correct and after a while I think, hmmm, let me try it again, but it is still the same experience. I write this review in the hopes that maybe they will read it and fix some of the issues over the last 1-2 years to get back on track, so when I decide to try them next if they get it right, then I can delete this. I want them to be good again! They are the most convenient food location to us, but we order from other places now simply because we want to make sure we get what we order, the way we order it. read more

By the time I got the food the croutons were soft and lettuce was soggy. Also the dressing got on my actual food. The Brazilian plate that I had here wasn't too bad. I haven't eaten tons of Brazilian food in the past but I could go for more of this. I ordered their special so I don't believe they typically serve the plate I had. It came with yellow rice, beans, steak tips, shrimp, and chicken. The steak tips were a bit too tough but I enjoyed everything else, especially the chicken. This place also does pizza, burgers, gyros, and sandwiches. I love this place! They have a variety of menu options from pizza to Brazilian plates to wraps. We ordered the chicken souvlaki plate and the tilapia Prato fieto. The first thing we noticed was the large portions!! The second was the variety of things they give you in the plates. The tilapia dish came with fries, rice, beans, and vegetables. There were also three pieces of tilapia. Everything tasted so good!! I couldn't stop eating even after I was full. The chicken souvlaki was also delicious and came in a pita wrap with vegetables, Greek salad, and French fries. They are also very efficient. Out food was ready in about 15-29 minutes. They make a pizza and fold it in half and call it a calzone. First off that's not a picture of the folded pizza I got (Calzone as they call it). I got that picture off their website. Mine was soggy and looked terrible. It was disgusting and the dough was soggy. I wish I snapped a picture. But I mean if you're going to make a pizza and fold it in half then call it a stuffed pizza not a calzone. If I was that manager I would have said, "you're absolutely right sir I apologize I'm sorry you didn't like it that's the way we make our calzone or call it a calzone. But if you would like to order anything else from us please feel free we'd really appreciate your business in the future." On top of that in the picture of the pizza I peeled back the cheese at the tips of the slices a little bit so you can see how much sauce was on it. As you can see there was little to no sauce at all and the little amount that I did taste with my pinky tasted like tomato paste no flavor whatsoever and the cheese was like glue. Came across this place on DoorDash and so happy I did. When I saw the menu I had high hopes, and they did not disappoint. This is straight up comfort food with plenty of variety and all at a great value. I consider myself a foody and often try new places across the south shore, and I can safely say this will be a new go to frequently. They have an extremely large menu, and a very ethnically diverse one with some Brazilian/Portuguese food, Cape Verdean food, Mexican food, Italian food, and American food. My husband got a gyro and I got the chicken teriyaki chicken. Everything was ready when we got there to pick it up and we both thought the food was good. I particularly loved my chicken teriyaki. Gigantic portion and I made a special request to have mixed vegetables vs. broccoli, which they accommodated. I loved how the chicken was grilled and had the teriyaki sauce, because you don't often get grilled teriyaki chickent/teriyaki chicken that is grilled. Definitely plan to go back.
