This is apparently okay to serve to someone? The crust on the outside was black this was the inside. How can someone not see that when packaging? This is a grilled cheese...what a waste of money.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a brioche roll. The bacon was overcooked and the sandwich looked like it was smashed. I don't know how you can serve someone a $6.99 breakfast sandwich that looks like this. So disappointed in Panera lately

Panera Braintree, MA So dissatisfied with this location! I ordered a Green Goddess Baguette with no peppers. I got a Baguette with 4 tiny tomatoes, little to no mozzarella cheese and No Basil at all!! I immediately called when I got home and saw this. Spoke to a manager requesting they remake and deliver the sandwich to my home No we don't do that all I can do is remake and you can pick up or refund. I'll take the refund and never ever use your location again. Do not go here!

Chicken Satay (4) $8.50 Tofu Pad Thai $13.95 Chicken Pineapple Fried Rice $13.95 Seafood Mixed Vegetables - Fresh mixed vegetables sautéed with light brown sauce $17.95 Tamarind Crispy Shrimp - Crispy jumbo shrimp, mixed vegetables with tangy tamarind sauce and served with Jasmine rice $19.95 Rama Crispy Duck - Crispy boneless duck and mixed vegetable in delicious peanut sauce $26.95 They gave us a small rice with each of the non-carb dishes, and served the tamarind sauce wisely on the side, safely contained in a plastic bag. Too bad they did not do the same with the peanut sauce for the rama crispy duck. But still everything was good. And the 4 jumbo shrimp were quite large, and exceedingly crispy. The same broccoli, snow peas, carrots, and diced bell peppers were nicely formed into a nest under both the crispy shrimp and the crispy duck, while the Mixed Vegetables included yellow squash, zucchini, some leafy greens and baby corn with the carrots, broccoli and bell pepper strips. I noticed a dated sign in the window, celebrating their anniversary in April with a free dessert for those dining in and hitting a certain spend amount. *** January 2026 Their chicken satay sadly seems to have shrunk in the new year. We selected duck as the protein on the pad Thai and it was a good portion. And they provided plenty of tofu in our entree, which came with white rice.

The gentleman who helped us was welcoming, offered us tea, and got our table ready right away. It seemed like they were a bit short-staffed, as service started off slow. We ordered the shrimp fresh rolls, which were very fresh and tasty. The fried rolls were also delicious--the pork was moist and flavorful. The eye round pho had a flavorful broth, but the chicken pho was bland and almost sweet. Someone else at the table tried it and mentioned it tasted slightly like seafood. Both rice plates we ordered had very flavorful meat. The last dish we tried (not pictured) was the vermicelli combo bowl with a fried roll, chopped pork, and grilled shrimp, which was really tasty. For drinks, we ordered the brown sugar boba. It wasn't very sweet, and while that may appeal to some, I personally wished it were sweeter. The boba pearls were a mix of hard and chewy, which took away from the drink. The gentleman who assisted us was very attentive and even suggested how to dip the meat in different sauces to make it more flavorful. He was really attentive and kind. Overall, I'd rate our experience a 3 out of 5. It was decent, but I'm not sure I'd be in a rush to return.

It was a nice AC space indoors, cute and cozy! The server and kitchen staff are super friendly! Even saw a familiar face there! She came out from the kitchen to take our order! I knew here from another establishment! Now we ordered the Laab, pork meat with fish sauce, peppers, onions etc as an appetizer. The bed of lettuce on the bottom, i think retracted from the dish if you ate it as it sat. Before doing so, Mix it up well and good! The sauce helps the pork, as i don't think the pork is already marinated. (Least i don't think it was). Khao Soi, it's a type of curry noodle. They use a wanton type noodle instead of the traditional thicker flat noodle we were used to, but that was a welcomed edition! It's a spicy coconut curry noodle soup essentially (not too spicy so don't hesitate to order). It was tasty, the coconut curry reigns in this and the noodles soak it up well compared to the normal noodles that it usually comes with at most other Thai places we've tried! I opted also for the chicken satay! They got fat skewers! Moist chicken, and plenty of peanut sauce to dip! Marinated and a great app! My main dish was fried tilapia with peppers and onions in a Thai basil sauce (probably ask them for a tad more spice level next try). Fresh, large fillet of fish. The batter was light, didn't feel oily and didn't leave me feeling heavy and bloated after! Great luncheon for us!

It's VERY value though ($9.99 for a massive piece) Bolo Bao w/ Silky Scramble Egg (8.5/10): I haven't had this combo before, but it was very good. Their silky scramble egg dishes are a must-try. As for wait time, I have been here twice during lunch and on the second trip I did have to wait 20 minutes for a table. The restaurant was packed and there were plenty of takeout orders throughout the meal when I dined in both time. Clearly, a local favorite. You can try the trio appetizer that lets you try the fish ball, fish dumpling, and rice rolls. It's the right amount to share with three people and each person gets a taste of the three appetizers. My favorite had to be the rice balls, followed by the fish dumplings, and last the rice noodles. Of the toasts I have tried so far, I preferred the sweet toast dessert filled with milk as opposed to the truffle egg toast. For entree, I have to say, the fried chicken with the omelet egg is a must try. Next would be the Hainese chicken. Then third with be the sorrowful rice, which is two fried eggs and bbq pork. Everything was so flavorful. You have to try the milk teas. If you prefer sweet, go for the ice bear milk tea, but if you like a bit bitter, go for the hot version and add sugar to your preference. Overall, food came at a fast pace, service attentive. There is plenty of seating end even seating in a private dining space for a larger group of 10 or so in the back of the restaurant. I would definitely be coming back. See my pictures.
