Tonight I somehow picked the wrong Wendy's location - I've ordered like this a lot so no idea why that happened .. when I got to the window the nice guy asked for my name again and asked if I picked the wrong store... I was confused but when I opened the app order details I had indeed picked the wrong one!! I offered to just place another order for my kid and he said he'd take care of it since I already paid! How amazing!! He could have taken my money but he was so nice. They put the order together super quick and the Frosty and everything was really good. It was an ok experience here at Wendy's. We showed up on a Saturday afternoon, around 2 pm or so. The drive-through was a bit busy but nothing crazy, no huge lines. Inside was empty, it was just us and another group of 3 people. The cashier was ok. Not rude or anything, she was just there. Not very friendly, or welcoming, no smiles of any kind. She took our order quickly and professionally. The food was ready by the time we were paying for our order lol. Fast food right? lol. The restaurant was clean inside, looked good. Lots of soft drink choices. The weird thing was that, there were no plastic utensils, napkins, nor straws out on the floor. They were all empty. When we got our food, they gave us a few napkins with it. Is that normal here? Weird. Not sure if I'll go back there. The food was ok. Unbelievably long wait in the drive through, over 20 mins with just a couple of cars ahead. This branch is obviously poorly managed.

I was in the mood for chicken nuggets so I asked my boyfriend who has the best! He was going over the list of all the fast food places and recommended this location to me. I saw they had spicy chicken nuggets so I ordered the 10 piece combo with fries and a Dr. Pepper. My boyfriend suggested I try the ghost pepper ranch and I got a regular ranch just in case it was too spicy. I was the only one in the drive thru so it was relatively fast. The guy working the window was nice and it was a short but pleasant interaction. I drove home and started eating my food. There was a piece of short black hair in my food which was a bit off putting but I was hungry so I removed it and finished eating. Went by today for the first time in years - went through the drive through and the guy had me wait to order for no real reason but that was ok .Then I ordered a Classic chicken sandwich with a drink - he said something I couldn't understand him so I asked him to repeat what he said . Observations / Recommendations: ~ The food was average. - The order was inaccurate. I waited much longer than usual for my food. I asked for 4 ketchups and I was given 6 that were stuck together and covered in some old ketchup. I ordered a hamburger but was given a cheeseburger. I didn't find this out until I had already driven off. I ordered apples but was given french fries. I brought this to their attention and was given the apple bites. I was not given a receipt.. - Please consider asking customers if they want utensils, condiments, and other extras rather than automatically including them. Went to this location on 8/17/21 at 8 pm for dinner. They got my order right, which was a little complicated, and the guys at the window were super nice. Whoever took my order was super patient and nice; I had a couple people in the car who weren't confident on what they wanted or how they wanted it. And then someone wanted something different because they heard what someone else had ordered. I paid for the meal with a card, but I needed change for a $20 and the guy at the first window gave it to me no problem. At the second window to get my food, the guy there who was wearing a hat, glasses, and a wedding ring was also super nice. He would give me each bag, tell me what was in it, what was wrapped differently, and told me when there was still more to come. This all seems standard operating procedure for a fast food drive thru. But I can honestly say that most drive thru places would have been impatient when I ordered, would have probably gotten it wrong, would have looked at me crazy when I asked for change when I was paying for the meal with a card, and would have just handed me the bags of food and walked away from the window. I can't tell you how many times I've had to sit there at other places and look through my bags to make sure I got everything because the person at the window just handed me bags and said nothing. I've also sat at windows for an inordinate amount of time because I would be handed some food bags, the person would walk away, eventually come back looking at me like I was crazy asking if I needed anything else, just to let them know that they didn't even give me my drink or something. read more

Never understand how some chains fail o product quality when the franchisee spends hundreds of thousands of dollars to establish, and open the location. This was my all-time favorite Wendy's to go to a few months back there was always the nicest young boy at the drive-through and he was always so polite and thorough and always got my order correct. Very pore customer skills. They are great as long as you are simple and don't ask questions. It took 3 minutes for a worker to get off his personal phone and help me to be compensated for a breakfast sandwich that made me feel unwell. I waited from 9 until 12:30 to feel better and get lunch. I took back the sandwich, first the complaint was that i can't substitute my sandwich for a lunch sandwich. Even though i repeated offered to pay any difference since its more $. Not one manager or worker offered a solution. I had to ask them to compensate me so i can order food i want. The gave me a stem of lettuce, literally a stem! The smallest chicken smallest bun. The fried were asked to be well done i watched them put them aside to cool off before the meal was done. I watched 3 women work together as I watched the kitchen to make sure i didnt see how they chose to short cut on my order.. i have no reason to believe this hispanic team does not like black people but my question was met in the drive through with a flat "No" and constantly staring through the window as I waited for the cars ahead to get their meal. Lack of eye contact from the women that told me know though we kept locking eyes cause she left her post to make my order. I don't understand why this store location tried to make people not want any special requests. They need better training or a New management team all together. The other night my parents and I were craving salads, so I thought I'd pick up a couple of their Wendy's Baja salads and a chicken nugget meal for my daughter. What normally should be an easy drive-thru process ended up being a big mass of confusion. First off I clearly placed my order at the order window, and the girl taking my order seemed to be rushing by trying to end my order with a "With that be all?" the entire time. I even repeated myself three times on our drinks and she still got it wrong at the pick-up window. So then I drive to the second window and hand the cashier my credit card. He then swipes it, looks confused at his screen, mumbles something quick to me and gives me my card back saying to hand it to them at the next window. Driving away slowly I notice him collecting payment from the car behind me. Did his credit card machine break? Am I going to have a double charge on my statement? Hmm... So I get to the last window and I hand them my card. They start quickly handing me all of our food with only three drinks when I ordered four drinks. (Three times.) So after handing my cups back and forth through my window trying to read the lids, they decided that they mischarged me and ended up giving me the fourth drink anyways at no charge. The two looked completely flustered, rushed and confused at the window. Absolutely no customer service there. I'm only giving this place 2 stars because they lost my debit card and didn't even try to look for it. And two stars is generous considering how upset I am. They just waved me off. I should say 3 groups... as each group was a family, or couple, etc. The wait time in line went realllllllllllllllllllllllly slow. They would take the order, then just wait around until the order was filled before they took the next person in line. Ive never seen that anywhere. It wasnt the best in terms of getting people helped. The second time, we went through the drive through... and ordered for 6 people. I've eaten at this location before without incident, but today was another story that will prevent me from ever going back. As I sat down to eat, I smelled the aroma of burned hair. I just assumed someone singed themselves in the kitchen, and began eating. The chicken nuggets were old. I mean, really old. They tasted like they were freeze-dried, then deep fried, then allowed to cool to 60 degrees. They were hard, dry, flaky and it really didn't seem like there was much chicken in those injection-molded nuggets. Normally they're pretty good, but these were beyond expired. I gave up on the nuggets and then started on my burger. About half way through I noticed a hair sticking out of a meat patty. I pulled it out, and it brought with it a small clump of grilled hairs! Someone obviously dropped some hair on the grill. I was so disgusted I just throw the burger away. Then I noticed something climbing on my arm. They were ANTS!
