First Josh I don't think i've ever seen him without a huge smile. He's always chatting and making sure we got all of our food. Makes our time in the drive thru so much better. Also Adali or Adi - She usually takes me order in the drive thru and she is so so full of joy and pertinence. She seriously makes my day and I barely know her! Grateful for her. The only thing I wanted for Valentine's Day was the heart shaped biscuit from chick fil an and my boyfriend pulled through. We ordered almost all of the Valentine's day chicken and cookies. The service is always fast and amazing even on such a busy morning. We went through the drive through so we didn't go inside. The food here is always amazing so 10/10! I come to the Chick-fil-A quite frequently. I have never had any issues over the past two years. They're always extremely quick and service and extremely friendly, but today was a different story. I went up to the second lane to place my order and I was skipped over twice. and was not given my order so I pulled up to the window and the worker named Tanya Give me a lot of attitude when I was telling her that my order was not taken at the Drive-through menu. Food is great but I've been to this location 30+ times and 30 times I have had to check my bag to make sure the order is right and it almost never is. The staff needs to focus less on repeating the order you placed yourself 97 times and focus on making sure what is in the bag is what you ordered. I just experienced the most kindest gesture today from your employee, Sarah, that I had to write about it. I pulled up to the drive through and she was outside taking orders. She came up to my window and asked how I was doing. She didn't ask what I'd like to order... she asked how I was doing. What she didn't know is that I had just put my dog down after 15 years of loving him. I broke down and apologized for crying and told her about my dog. She was SO kind and caring, and told me she had to put her 19 yr old dog down last year, so she understood. I finally placed my order then pulled forward to retrieve my food at the next window. When I got to the food window, the guy said they'd like to give me a free shake and asked what flavor I would like. I asked why were they giving me a free shake, and he said "just because". I know that Sarah must've told them I was having a bad day, as I'm pretty sure they don't just give out free shakes to everyone. I never expected to be treated with such kindness while driving through a fast food establishment, but these employees really showed me compassion when I needed it most. Aside from In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A is the only "fast food" I eat. Seems that no matter what location I patronize, the food is always excellent and the milkshakes are amazing. I visited this location recently and it upholds the great quality I've experience at every other location. I arrived on a weekday evening and, although the line was short, it did take a minute to have my order taken. Not sure if it was a matter of problem customers or what. The fellow at the register who finally took my order was friendly and quick. I wasn't overly hungry so just got some chicken nuggets, waffle fries, and a chocolate milkshake. My food was delivered to my table using their "Chick-fil-A radar". The nuggets were good, the fries superb (especially with Chick-fil-A sauce), and the milkshake the best of any fast food establishment. I'd never ordered their nuggets before; like I said, they were good but I'll probably stick with their sandwiches in the future. Thanks, Chick-fil-A! My daughter and I went through the drive-through at this location and by the time we got to the window, we had to wait for our food. They told us it would be a few minutes and we said fine no problem. Meanwhile, we asked the young gentleman helping us when the chicken nugget heart trays would be back and he said he had to call his manager over to give us correct information. His manager came over, gave him the answer, and the two proceeded to undress each other over and over again with their eyes and facial expressions, gestures and body language toward one another. My daughter and I, with our mouths dropped, were frozen, just staring at them. Then they both suddenly simultaneously stopped, noticed us, looked back at each other and giggled. There is a few moments of awkward silence as we all looked at each other not knowing what to say. All I could muster out was ABSOLUTELY INAPPROPRIATE !! I almost drove off, but my daughter was starving and we had already paid. Why leave and give them free money for forcing this awful experience on us. It doesn't matter if it were a female-male, male-male, female-female or any other type of situation, it made us, the customer, feel like we were interrupting something but there was no where for us to go. I grew up in the South loving Chick-fil-a and was ecstatic when they finally came to the West several years back. The restaurants are always very clean and bright with super friendly staff. The sandwiches are still the same great taste and quality ingredients but with all the great hot chicken and esp in So Cal the Asian chicken places there are just too many other better options. However I do love their breakfast burritos hence the 4 stars! For $7 you can still get a decent burrito with popcorn chicken (my fave) bacon or sausage. Add in 2 of the jalapeño salsa and I'm set for the morning. They are not huge by any stretch but are filling and again only $7!! Plus at breakfast you don't need to wait in insane lines. read more

I like the food here and have come a handful of times, but may not come back anymore because EVERY TIME the staff messes up my order. Last time I had a salad and paid extra for blu cheese, which they forgot to add. Today I ordered a salad, and didn't realize till I got home that they didnt give me any salad dressing - it was requested in my order (my order is always placed online and picked up at the restaurant). Also I was only given ONE napkin with my order of multiple things - obviously not enough. And I had ordered the frosted coffee with added cookie crumbles. I instead was given a milkshake. I asked them to please give me the proper item I ordered - Luckily I noticed their mistake but they were oblivious. So then they made the coffee without the cookie crumbles I paid extra for. So I had to ask them to fix it AGAIN. Everytime I go there They have 16 year old teenagers working who are clueless and screwing up the orders. Now if these kids got paid $7.25/hr like most teenagers used to, I would understand and expect this crappy lack of effort - although at their age I made $6.75 and worked much harder. But these kids get paid $20/hr in CA food service jobs with NO experience and still do a terrible job. WTF! it's just absurd that they are allowed to ruin every order like this. At Inn and Out my order is correct everytime! So why cant Chick-fil-a also train their employees properly so they dont lose customers like myself who are fed up with incompetent service. Their food is even literally labled with exactly what should be included right on it! How do you possibly still screw up every time?! AND.... then they have the nerve to say "please reach out to us at this email so we can help you directly" and then when you do email them at the email they referred you to, nobody ever responds. This company's management and customer service is a joke! Shame on you Chick-fil-a! read more

Went to this location for a Mother/Daughter Tea party! It was beyond cute. They had coloring, tea, and photo op. They gave little polaroids with frames to go. I didn't even know chick fil a's did that, it was adorable :) I excepted things to be super busy, but the service was also good. They were well staffed for the event, plus other customers.
