I came here to have some lunch and as soon as I pull up the outside is FILTHY AND DISGUSTING I walked in and the floor has dirt paper crumbs WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE so I order chicken tenders and a drink, the chicken was burnt, the drink machine was working, then later was not working. I went to get a few ketchup packets and it took 5 minutes just to get a ketchup packet and multiple employees were just looking at me and doing NO HELP. The place has moss or something green growing on the walls WHICH IS DISGUSTING and there is food by the window a frickin half eaten tender which is NASTY and the trash door is broken. THIS SERVICE IS DISGUSTING, NASTY, AND TERRIBLE. I would NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN SO DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS LOCATION!! read more

The sandwich gave me was not good at all. I was instructed to pull up thinking thar my sandwich would be fresh but it wasn't. The cheese wasn't melted and there was more lettuce than meat and bread put together. The customer service was great just wish the food matched the service. read more

The food preparation area and cooking area are very dirty and unkempt. The structure is falling apart with rotting walls and leaking water on the ceiling. If 0 starts was possible that's what I would chose me and my brother were hungry for a bite to eat so we ordered from there delivery service and both us and our driver were very unhappy we failed to receive our burgers and only got 4 small fries unable to get in contact with this facility do to lack of customer service. The customer service is horrendous. If you're in a hurry to grab lunch and go, you're off going elsewhere because they take FOREVER in drive thru. Inside, the customer service is ok. The food is ok, but its off and on when the food is served, it's either good or horrible. I think someone really needs to come in and clean up the staff. I've been to this location a couple of times on my lunch break but I've only been through the drive thru so I can't tell you how the conditions are on the inside. But what I can tell you is that every time that I've visited this location my orders have been correct (even with fairly big orders) and still relatively hot by the time I make it back to work so for that I will give them 3 stars. But the employees do need to work on their speed a little and definitely with their customer service. If it weren't for the automated recording I don't think I would have ever been greeted. And when I was spoken to it was the very minimal in a tone where you could tell the employee did not want to be at work. So great job on the food just needs improvement with speed and customer service. read more

Just look at the only two reviews from calendar year 2021 and you will see everything you need to know; even a DoorDash driver complains. You have to select at least one star to post, but trust me, this location is not worth anything, not even a negative star. This is NOT a location worth your visit, I don't care how hungry you are. You will come away not only disappointed, but probably shamed as a human being for your effort. Cashier was yelling at people as they came in the door to put their mask on, while her co-workers were not wearing theirs properly right beside her. Soda machine was basically empty - only options were Fanta and some flavored tea. This was during our visit at 11:30 on a Sunday morning when the restaurant was literally empty. You can't get your lazy self out from behind the counter and check the soda machine? When we received our order (7 different bacon cheeseburgers) NOTHING was labeled! We had no idea which sandwich was which. Wendy's will struggle mightily if they allow locations like this one to continue in current management position. The only reason we stopped here is because Chick-Fil-A is closed on Sundays. I had truly hoped to have a positive dining experience and to gain a solid Sunday dining option, but this won't be it. So I've been to this Wendy's several times and as a Ast Manager for Wendy's before I worked at the one across from the Chester mall. But i get out of work late and if you show up 10-20 mins before close just don't you won't get good food at this one or they won't take your order bc the automated drive through says sorry we are closed when they are not this is not ok and the one time I came in the cashier was not smiling nore it didn't feel inviting staff didn't seem to want to be there so but there are plenty of places like Arby's ,Taco Bell , Wawa , kfc. That's a lot of fast food places with in 2 blocks so I'd been trying to keep the customers I have read more

I came in late evening, famished from a long drive. Both of the ladies working the drive thru were not only courteous, but very friendly. I usually expect bare minimum kindness at late hours, but I really felt welcome and unrushed. All of my food was perfect, and hot/fresh enough to make another stop and still be warm by the time I got to my room. I love that!! read more

Receipt#3176 @3:11pm on 06/10/2016 I ordered a 20 Piece Spicy Nugget and a soda. It said Spicy on the receipt. But what I got was a normal 20 piece. I know you are probably thinking, hey who cares its nuggets. But I was CRAVING the spicy nuggets, not the normal ones or else I woudl have dragged myself to McDonalds and paid $2 less. Next question, well why didn't you go back and get them to fix it? I am closing tonight, and that was my lunch break. Once I realised what had happened, I didn't have time to go back. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, this is the same location that doesn't tell you when they leave off ingredients because they are out. They just let you discover that your sandwich doesn't have any tomato's or what ever they are out of that night. Who ever made the nuggets, made them fresh. Oh please, if I could give this place a zero, I would. To me, this particular Wendy's needs help. We pull into the parking to go to the drive-thru. I was not happy to see what appeared to be two employees I'm the front, near the entrance smoking. We still proceeded to go to the drive thru. I stopped at the Brook Rd. Wendy's for a double cheeseburger, fries and a coke at about 6:15 pm. I asked for extra onions. The meat patties tasted like they had been made in advance and maybe nuked to heat them a little. Tasteless and stiff. Definitely not fresh off of any grill. The pickle and lettuce were limp. This burger had obviously been sitting for awhile. No extra onions. I tried calling them but no one picked up. I tried again half hour later and it said the phone was full and no more messages could be taken. This place was practically empty when I went through the drive through. I could see inside as I drove by and I wondered if they place had moved, it was so empty. Over the years I had heard that the quality here was not very good- esp. as compared to the one on Staples Mill, close to it. Doesn't this place have a regional manager who checks the quality here??
