My go to for a quick burger! No fast food for me. The smokehouse burger is the one with the crispy bacon and those cherry peppers chef kiss

In all three of our most recent visits to this location, over three months, the soft drink machine has been out of order. That is a bad sign. Other issues with this location: Running out of a certain food item AFTER we ordered, and then asking if we wanted something else, but not offering a refund. The ketchup dispenser is often empty, and after complaints, they take at least 10 minutes to before they refill it... meanwhile customers are just standing around waiting. I took their survey via email, and they said they would get back to me regarding my concerns, and two months have passed with no response. read more

Plenty of parking, a bit cramped inside. You can order at the counter or the kiosk machine. I chose to order at the kiosk which allowed me time to really check out the menu and not feel rushed. I decided to get the shackburger, cheese fries and fifty/fifty lemonade. I do like how you are able to customize the burger and there's even an option for well-done. After ordering off the machine, you can either choose take out or dine-in, and take a number and wait for the food to find you. The server was quick and I didn't have to wait long for my food. The burgers were absolutely delicious, the beef patties definitely tasted fresh. The fries are all crinkle cuts topped with cheese and come with a small wooden fork so my hands won't get dirty, which is a nice touch. Not many burgers place offers crinkle fries so it's nice that this one does. Unfortunately, the drink came out wrong and tasted like iced tea and not mixed lemonade iced tea, but that's okay. I came here for their burgers. I know they just opened and I don't expect things to run smoothly, but the services were quick at bringing the food despite it being really busy. Prices are reasonable. We tried this location again, and the ordering experience was much better minus the app malfunctioning (tried to order before i arrived) but overall, walked in & placed order on kiosk and received food cooked perfectly in less than 10 min and was out the door! It's always clean inside & was glad they removed the snow from the walkway. read more

I've heard so much about Shake Shack, so we had to give it a try now that it is open close to us. There were some hits and a couple of misses for me. For starters, it appears to be only kiosk ordering. Everyone was working in the kitchen, but there was nobody close to the front, so kiosk it is. Unfortunately, that seems to take so very much longer than just ordering with a person. For the people ahead of us and for us. Don't get me wrong... that is super user-friendly, but it does appear to take 2-3x as long when each person has to select "burger", then "type of burger", and then "add to cart", rather than just the person at the counter hitting a button on a register. We ordered a burger for me and a burger for hubs, a hot dog for my daughter, chicken nuggets for my son, some bacon cheese fries, some regular fries, a strawberry donut shake, and a cup with a scoop of vanilla and chocolate custard. The burgers were good, very tasty albeit greasy. Definitely grab napkins. They were about $10 each. Not cheap, definitely better quality than your standard cheeseburger at the golden arches. I was not mad for paying $10 for either burger. The hotdog was about $4.50 and was completely generic. I wish daughter had just waited for us to go to Costco for a dog that was twice the size and 1/3 the price. The chicken bites about $6, and I swear they taste exactly like the ones sold by the pound in the Publix service deli. The dominant flavor is definitely salt. They were fresher than the ones at Publix, so the breading was a little crisper so that was good. The strawberry doughnut milkshake was around seven dollars and it was amazing. The custard is delicious, we loved the strawberry and the sprinkles awesome. I have no complaints about spending seven dollars on a really good milkshake, and this was a really good milkshake. Even Vincent Vega would be fine spending $7 on this milkshake. The custard was a little less impressive in my opinion. The custard is very good, but two scoops cost around $5.50. It was good, but it tasted similar to other frozen custard we could get for half the price. It just was not nearly as good of a value as the giant milkshake. The fries were around $4.50. I was annoyed to have paid that much for that little fries. The ones with cheese and bacon were a little more expensive, but it was still a tiny portion. Another tiny little thing that annoyed me is that after placing a $54 order myself at the kiosk, the machine asks if I wanted to tip. And there were people cooking food, but generally, they get paid better than servers do. And I kind of consider the cost of my food being cooked to be included in the overall price. The only interaction I had with a human, is when they walked the tray from the kitchen 10 feet to my table. That probably makes me sound cheap, but not really keen on paying somebody else for an order that I took. Overall, bits of the meal were excellent and were worth it, but for the exact same price, we could have gone to red Robin all taken care of. And That would have come with bottomless fries. I might stop in again if I only wanted a cheeseburger and an amazing milkshake, but there wasn't really anything that would draw me back a second time, when I could get pretty much the same thing at red Robin. read more

Shake shack has never disappointed in whatever location we have gone to! Fresh food and delicious drinks options! Staff is on point and working diligently. This location is newer, has alot of windows for natural light to come in makes the space seem bigger! read more

First and last visit to a Shake Shack!!! Spent $40.64 for salty fries, salty and greasy fried pickles, small single patty burger with added onions and a bacon chicken avocado sandwich which didn't have avocado. Went to the counter to say we didn't get the avocado on the sandwich and was told they were out of avocado's. WTH and then to notice the on-duty supervisor eating in the booth behind us just chilling. Seriously??? Food was average at best, could have had a better burger, fries and drinks at Red Robin. Giving them 2 stars because the beer was COLD!!! Will take my burger money elsewhere. read more

Burger was excellent. Hot and flavorful. Fries were mediocre. Tasted cheap and poorly seasoned. Hot spice just dumped on top in one spot. Atmosphere was bland and lacked space. Service was non-existent. Price was insanely high, especially when we didn't get drinks. Very much a one and done for us. It doesn't appear to be a reason to return given the better service and overall package you get at other restaurants in the area. read more

I always like to start with the positives. The customer service was fabulous. The manager gave me a warm greeting, he was helpful, and he checked in with me since he knew it was my first experience. The servers were also friendly. The establishment was clean. In regards to the food it was pretty basic. I think it was a little over priced and overhyped. The fries tasted like they were doubled fried which gave them a wonderful crunch. The only down side they were on the cold side. The time to get my order took little to no time. Ordered online for pick up. Avocado Bacon Burger. 1 GF and 1 normal. Firstly, texted ready, pulled thru pick up window. The pickup window has a shelf on the outside. Both the slide window and the shelf were really gross. It is a design flaw, but keep it clean. Covered in pollen, it had just rained. After a couple minutes at the closed window, we wondered if we were at the right place. A nice young lady did open the window, went to retrieve our bag. Burgers were not marked to indicate which was GF bun?! Fries were grainy on the inside. One burger was burnt, more like a slider. Other burger ok, still smaller. This is the best burger place I've ever been to. Hood McDonald's wishes it hits this hard with the homies. I big backed so hard I tweaked my gyatt off until they kicked me out. I just wanted to share a recent experience I had at Shake Shack. The general manager seemed to have a very indifferent attitude when my order was mixed up, resulting in them not having the burgers I wanted. Instead of simply changing the order, I had to be refunded and then purchase a different item of equal value, which was a bit inconvenient. It felt like the manager was more concerned about the numbers reflecting the original order rather than showing any generosity or concern for the customer. I have been to 4 different Shake Shack locations and this one is by far the best. The food is well crafted. The prices are a little high for what it is but it is worth coming every once in a while for great burgers, chicken, fries, shakes. This location has a pickup drive through, which is really convenient as well. The employees bring the food to your table when it is ready if you dine in, which is nice. read more

Got the notification that it was almost ready head inside, went inside waiting 20 minutes before somebody helped me and asked if I was picking up an order. Scrambled around the restaurant to find it and it was at the drive thru. Checked order before leaving parking lot and found out they were missing something in my order. read more

Been to several locations in multiple states. Food quality was good, not better than a different location I visited. I paid $2 more for bacon but there was no bacon on my burger. It was too much to go back and have it redone so I didn't. I will be back because I am a fan but will definitely check before driving off next time. Guy at the pick up window was friendly which is more than I can say for my visits to the Willow Lawn location. Florida locations have been the best so far! read more
