The morning GM there is extremely rude. The lights were ON. the drive thru lights ON. The app and google say they open at 6:30AM. I placed an online breakfast order and she was muttering "idk why tf they come here so mfkn early" and refused me service saying they don't open until 7:30AM. She slammed the window closed and yelled BYE when i said oh well it said 6:30.. They need to hire better staff and apparently more staff if they can't seem to open on time. If I could get this place zero stars I absolutely would for one I went through the drive-through two times to get my burger correct I asked for no pickles no tomatoes. I am allergic to tomatoes so I do not want tomatoes on my burger. I come back to go inside of the restaurant to get my burger and then they still added pickles on my burger after I went through the drive-through two times then I went inside to get it correct the lady with the pink right and she did it and the other lady through the drive-through with the short hair was very rude. Unfortunately a good thing can't always stay. I'm afraid it seems the breakfast crew that made this location so fast and friendly has turned over maybe a few times since my last review. Food: I had the opportunity to grab breakfast this morning and wanted a honey bacon chicken croissant from Wendy's. Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong item just a plain chicken biscuit. I went back and asked them to exchange the plain chicken biscuit for the maple butter chicken croissant with the bacon. However they gave me a bacon egg and cheese croissant instead at that point I gave up. My French toast sticks were cold and mushy. The fried potatoes were cold as well. Service: The last few times I've been to this location the doors are locked and they are running drive through only. They don't post a sign on the door letting you know that either. In addition the night crew has not had salads, frosty's, or chili for several months. I was told by the employees it's because the morning crew refuses to prep those items for the night crew. The drive thru this morning was extremely slow. It took about 60 seconds just for them to answer and around ten minutes to get the food. One thing they were friendly though and did honor my coupon. They could work on accuracy of orders and speed in the drive thru. They should also work on opening the lobby back up. read more

Keep driving! It's bad enough that the drive thru staff was unsmiling and slow, but at least attempt to get the order right! We asked for a sandwich meal and a potato, and thankfully caught that no fries were put in the bag. After a couple minutes they brought those to us without a word. We should have looked further. We were staying at the nearby campground and didn't feel like cooking after a long days drive. Decided to grab something from this Wendy's because they usually have what we like. We both decided to have salads and a baked potato. Get to the drive-in and get told that they don't have any potatoes. I could understand stand this later in the evening but this was at 5:30. Made a quick decision to get the salads and an order of fries. I also wanted to try the strawberry frosty. Now comes the litany of problems with the order. I didn't get the fries, neither salad had dressing with it. The strawberry frosty tasted like there was maybe one strawberry in the kitchen when it was prepared. In addition they gave me a small when I ordered a large but had entered the order as a small. It was barely pink in color and almost no strawberry flavor. I discover all this when I get back to our RV. Didn't check the order at the store because a downpour was beginning. Fortunately we had some salad dressing in our RV. I guess the emptiness of the parking lot at 5:30 on a Sunday night should have been a clue. read more

Two weeks ago I wanted to get food and decided to do it through their app. I ordered it on the app around 9-9:15pm and I immediately drove the two miles over, only to wait at the order box in silence for five minutes, which I would understand if they were busy. There was only one car in the drive-thru, and they were already at the window when I pulled in. When someone finally came over the speaker, I informed them I had an order and they told me to pull up to the window. Fine. Awesome. I sit there for another five minute before the car that was already there when I pulled in finally got their stuff and left. I was then informed that they were out of liquid cheese for Baconator fries, and the mozzarella for the Italian Mozzarella burger. Okay, understandable, I can't fault them for that. I request for the girl at the window to cancel my order so I can get a refund, and she says I can do that on the app. Perfect! Except you can't if the restaurant has already processed your order as completed, which they had. I've now been attempting to contact corporate for two weeks to get a stupid $13.98 refund because I'm too petty to let this go. I should've trusted my husband when he said this restaurant always ran at their worst and just gone to the one further away instead. Just go to the one by Walmart and save yourself the trouble. Got in line at around 7:40 today. The line was moving VERY slow and we got to the window at around 8pm. There was a sign on the speaker that said they were closing at 8pm, but you wouldn't know this before. The girl came on the speaker and said "Welcome to Wendy's, we are closed." We were there before 8pm! AND WAITED! If we are in line before 8 and you are closing at 8 which is much earlier than usual, then you should service those who were in line before.. This is the second bad experience I've had at this establishment. I will never go back to this Wendy's and I highly reccomend customers stay away! read more

We have always enjoyed Wendy's food no matter where we were. However, the fiasco today at the Richmond Hill, GA restaurant was truly disappointing! It's mind boggling that an order of only two sandwiches can be gotten so wrong. Especially when the drive-thru screen had it right. Then you order a bacon cheeseburger with no onion and no mayo and you get it with onion, mayo and NO BACON! So now the drive-thru line is long & you can't take it inside because the dining room is closed! We ended up exchanging sandwiches because hubby is allergic to mayo & onions! I got the Avocado BLT (#12)...there are no words. An easy burger gone wrong. The rest was good but they forgot my fucking avocado! They literally saw the ticket and said "Oh! An avocado BLT, how can I fuck this up?". They added everything else BUT the avocado. Also I got it spicy, and that shit was so wimpy my tongue was cooled by the chicken. Amazing location! Great Management Team with Great Customer Service! The staff and Managers worked well together to ensure our order was fresh,correct and that we received it in a timely manner. I highly recommend this particular Wendy's you can tell they actually care about their customers and the type of service they receive. I also seen one of the Managers taking the temperatures of the food!! That is something I've never actually seen being done!! It let me know everything is being done to ensure food safety! This was by far the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I wouldn't return here if it was the only restaurant in the world. We stopped while returning from our family vacation. There was a line around the building in the Drive thru And about 3 people in front of us inside waiting on their to-go orders. My husband went to the restroom to change my daughters diaper (as we had been riding for about 4 hours) and returned because there was no changing table in the men's room (no big deal I'm used to this by now). I switched positions with my husband and headed to the bathroom. Low and behold no changing table there either. So I returned to the dining room where again no one was sitting. I carefully laid out my daughters changing pad and laid my daughter down and began to change her. About the time I was finished an older lady in line began yelling for a manager because she was offended that I was changing my daughter in the dining room. The manager quickly defused the situation and told the lady that she apologized that the restaurant didn't have a changing table. She got the old lady to calm down and then came over to me to apologize for the customer being out of hand and that she understood babies needed to be changed. She was doing good until she kindly gave me advice of where to change my daughter next time. I replied that there would never be another time. In tilt all we waited over 20 minutes for food that was wrong when we got it. I'm quite certain the Arby's, Taco Bell, KFC, McDonalds, and Waffle House all most likely have changing tables in their bathrooms and a much classier clientele. If you have a family I highly recommend AGAINST EVER stopping here. read more

Utterly disgusted with this visit. I swear the people who were working today weren't paying attention at all. Not only was I not given my total before driving up to the window, I was never given a receipt. When I was finally handed my food, I had only been given one of my drinks and had to wait for the cashier in the drive-thru to slowly prepare my drink. My total came out to around $19 for the new mozzarella burger meal, spicy chicken sandwich meal with baconator fries, two drinks, and a 6 piece spicy chicken nugget. Upon searching my bag, I was only given 2 medium overlooked fries, a regular chicken sandwich, and a poorly built burger with wilted greens that somehow made it on top of the bun. So now, I'm out $19 for an order that is mostly wrong and I have no way of proving that I ordered what I paid for. I'm not one to complain, as I have worked in a kitchen for over 5 years and I know what it's like to have a bad day, however, this is unacceptable and there needs to be a better system in their kitchen to catch these sort of mistakes. I will not be coming back here for quite some time, if ever. read more
