We went to Sly's Sliders and Fries right before leaving Savannah. Saw this place on Tiktok so we had to try it. Ok, this is one of the first places in Savannah where the price matched with the portion. $3.75 for a slider and $1.50 for half tray of fries. Also $1 for a side of ranch, but can't complain it was a big portion of ranch. We ordered just the regular sliders, one without veggies (for me) and one with veggies (for my girlfriend). The patties themselves were flavorful, but it was really just the patty, I barely noticed the bacon. Bacon cut could've been thicker, or another piece of bacon; to make the layers for distinct. My girlfriend said she didn't realize there was bacon, she did enjoy the slider however. The fries were so good. It kind of reminds me of the In-n-Out well-done fries; superrrr crisp. The ranch was really good too, garlicky a little, and thick consistency. The service was fast and nice. We were one of the first people in, so everything moved smoothly. The ambience is very homey feeling, like I'm eating in someone's home - which I enjoyed. I don't like when a burger spot tries to glorify the inside even though they're just burgers. To sum it up: If the slider had a thicker slice of bacon on the burger, not really thick, maybe the thickness of 2 pieces of bacon just to get the difference textures, this would be 5/5.

Mini sliders - I'm talking hot dogs too, how cute!! Slys has minature burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, and BBQ and it's perfect if you're someone who likes to try a bunch of things (aka me). You can even try split orders of their sides like fries and onion rings! I recommend the mini hot dogs especially the Chicago dog and the garlic fries!

Slaw, cheese, fries, variety of sliders

We had slys catering for our bachelorette party and I am so glad we did. It was excellent food and even better service. Scott was incredibly kind and helpful and the food was a hit. We ordered a variety of sliders with fries and slaw. Food was amazing, I'd recommend them 10x over!

A fun little spot with great variety of sliders! The Boardwalk was a basic cheeseburger with pickles and ketchup. The patty was delicious. The Bullet Club had a nicely fried piece of chicken breast on it. The Uncle Reuben was good, tasted like a typical Reuben sandwich. Pulled pork on top of the loaded fries was very tender and flavorful. The fries were a little overcooked for my liking. I believe fries cut this way are easily overcooked. They also have slider dogs, which I would try next time.

These little sliders pack a punch!! The pawful of falafel was my favorite, followed by the Buddha burger. The flavors in these were large and wonderful! Pain don't hurt was also delicious, but the burger was pretty well done. I would still order it again, but would ask if they can't cook it less. The fries were seasoned well, and cooked perfectly. The salad was as basic as it comes. Lettuce, onion, and tomato. It all tasted fresh, just uninteresting compared to everything else. The venue is pretty large! Way larger than it looks from the outside. Everything was clean including the bathrooms and there was plenty of seating. The person who took our order at the counter, also delivered the food. She was super helpful, efficient, and friendly. She answered tons of questions (for us and others), gave great suggestions, and didn't get overwhelmed when things got busy. Well done!

The line was to the door and all tables were full. The food is very good so this is expected but I hope one day they are able to expand to a larger space. The food took a while to come out so don't come if you're in a hurry, but if you have the time to wait, the food is definitely worth it. Will be coming back to try more sliders.

We were visiting Savannah and we wanted a local, affordable place to eat on our last night in town. Sly's was an incredibly pleasant surprise. The food was fresh and delicious. We actually went back for seconds it was SO good. The staff and owner were super warm and kind. This place has a low-key, welcoming vibe. If we lived in Savannah, we would be regulars! Highly recommend! Seriously, go eat here!!

Really friendly service and a cool concept at Sly's Sliders! This was a really fast, delicious and affordable snack for us, but still a solid place for a full meal as well. The Cowgirl hot dog was my favorite for sure - cheddar cheese, tobacco onions, bbq sauce & jalapeños. The fries were hand cut and so perfectly crispy. I would absolutely come back here and highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area!

I wish I lived closer, as I loved this charming little place. We parked on a side street and walked around to the entrance. You really need to be paying attention, because if you blink and walk by, you will miss it. Once inside we approached the counter. The lady who was working the counter, I wish I had gotten her name, was so friendly and answered all of our questions. I ordered two sliders and one slider dog. My sliders were "The Boardwalk" and "The Jerk Store" and my slider dog was "The Cowgirl". I got all of my items as is, I wanted to experience them as they were intended and honestly, they all had great toppings already. My wife and I split a large order of fries. I also opted for a local beer. After a very brief wait, the very nice person who took our order, brought out our food. It was now time to dig in. I started with "The Boardwalk." This was just a very good all around American slider. It had nice soft bread and was cooked perfectly. Next I went in for the slider dog, "The Cowgirl". MMM, now this was quite the little dog. Those tobacco onions, and that fresh jalapeneo worked so well with the cheese, the BBQ sauce and the hot dog. To wrap things up I finished with a trip to "The Jerk Store". What an adventure, you really taste everything listed on the menu, and it all balances each other out. This was truly a great slider. The fries were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. They season them with thier own blend of spices, which they sell. I did steal a bite of my wife's sliders, "Buddha Burger" and "Pain Don't Hurt", these are not items I would probably order, but after trying them I loved them and would totally order them. They both had excellent flavors! There is plenty of seating available. You have the main area when you walk in, which is small, but there was a sign point you to another dining room for additional seating. I loved this place, I think it was a great value and will for sure return the next time we are in Savannah.

Deliciousness is all I can say! This place is always a great go to when you want great food at a reasonable price. There is a variety of seating inside and outside, which is great for a warm day!

My son & I got a classic slaw dog , the board walk , the bullet club, and the mr chow and the basket of fries! Everything was really good! We did dine in. It was really nice inside. Art is hanging on the wall. I believe they are for sale if you would like to buy them. My only complaint about this place is parking. I had to park on the street. Be careful because I did get a $30 parking citation. Even though there wasn't a NO PARKING sign. But other than that definitely would recommend.

We came back a few times, and noticed that that quality of the fries has decreased. Today was the best they've been in a long time. The fries have changed in shape as well. I used to say this was the best place to get fries in Savannah, hopefully whatever they have changed sticks around. Still a go to when I'm in the area. The options for small bites is great, and they have a pretty good selection for beers and non alcoholic drinks.

My daughter suggested we head to Starland Yard to celebrate her graduation from college. Starland is a neat spot with several stationary restaurants and a few food trucks that roll in...different ones every day. We chose the Naked Dog. Man...it was really worth it. For some, a $12 hot dog might seem steep. It was a gourmet dog and It came with fries, so I thought that was fair. My dog was perfect. Fresh bread...incredible toppings and ample portions. The fries on the side were seasoned very well also. It was a great hot dog meal. The rest of our party had other menu items from Dog: 1) Cheese fries - highly rated 2) Loaded fries--- VERY highly rated 3) cheeseburger - highly rated (it looked incredible) 4) a dog with jalapeños, etc. - very highly rated I have chased good hot dogs all over America and as far as Switzerland. During the COVID-19 quarantine we have had several local food trucks from the area rotate for lunch/dinner during the week. I am so sad I only made it to The Naked Dog once before I moved back north. I am a hot dog lover, so imagine my difficulty in not ordering every variation from the menu! My husband and I decided on a few to split (not knowing their size): a classic Naked dog with classic toppings (ketchup, mustard, relish); a slaw dog; a Reuben dog; and a Chicago dog. If I could be speechless in a written Yelp review, I'd leave it at that. The dogs were jumbo sized, toppings were plentiful, tasty and temperature just right. The slaw dog was my absolute favorite - the cole slaw had the perfect consistency and was simple enough to not overpower the dog itself. The Reuben was a legit sandwich on a burger, pastrami and all. The dressing was perfect. The Chicago was classic and wonderful, complete with the unique green Chicago relish. Last but not least, smoothies! What better pair than a smoothie and a dog? We tried peach and strawberry. They were fruity, had chunks of real fruit and were not overly sweet. Just amazing! Y'all, please go have a hotdog or three on my behalf until I'm able to return to Savannah again!

Upon entry, there was a bar and it was very crowded and a little loud. But everyone was super friendly (and respectful) and seemed to be having an awesome time. (Might have stopped in if the entire family hadn't been with me!) A short walk down the hall was Betty Bombers...all real American food. The artwork was awesome, especially since both of my grandfathers were in WWII, and some of it looked familiar. The table ordered everything from salads, to a HUMUNGOUS hotdog for the kid (he originally wanted two and the waitress told him to start with one LOL), cheeseburgers, a pastrami sandwich, and a ration size portion of steak and cheese fries for me. I really liked how they offered smaller portions for a lot of their items, especially since we had a huge lunch. Everyone's food came out but mine. When I pointed it out to the waiter (who didn't take our order), he went to check and said it was his mistake and he would bring it out shortly. It took less than five minutes to come out and he offered me a milkshake for the wait. I had already had Leopold's that day but my cousin hadn't so he got a Mint Chocolate Chip milkshake. He really liked it. All of the food was good. I wanted to point out that my steak and cheese fries said ribeye and queso in the description. Yes, that was probably ribeye (it was tender and delicious) and while it was technically queso, Cheez whiz would have been a more apt description. That's ok, because it was good. Overall, a wonderful experience. I really liked how the waiter took accountability and fixed it. Very much appreciated. I would 100% return.
