Just poorly run. Problems every time I stop. Multiple times no one has answered the drive through when I stopped

1st time our potoes we almost on Par, this time it was dry and unappealing, in short we tosssed it.

The service is terrible. I've been here 3 times and each time service is worst than the time before. The cashier needs help with friendliness and understanding about their menu. "George" kept referring to Nuggets as McNuggets and I said #3 regular not spicy. Learn your menu and be respectful. I had more food to order but with his sure rudeness I didn't. We only went there for a chocolate frosty originally. This is by far the worst location. Two times previously the workers didn't speak any English. Avoid this location. read more

We were there around 2pm on 7/3/24. We ordered Frostys and a 10 piece crispy chicken nugget meal to go even though we had gone into the restaurant. They were taking a really long time so we decided we needed it to go. The person getting the meal ready dropped a nugget on the floor and then picked it up and put it in the bag and tried to give it to us!! I said the person who is going to eat that saw you drop a nugget on the floor and pick it up and put it in the bag. That is not ok. He sort of laughed and acted like he didn't understand what I said. He put the bag around the corner and then brought the same bag back out and said here. I said no, we will take our money back please. He got the manager and I said we don't want the food, can we have our money back. She thought I said honey and said it's in the bag. I said no, we need our money back. Then she refunded it back on my card and didn't say anything and gave me the receipt. We left. The people ahead of us looked like they had trouble too. We should have taken that as a warning. It is NOT ok to serve food that has fallen on the floor! I would give zero stars but in order to leave this I am required to add one. read more

Literally the worse service ever they just sit in the back and talk. They are no help to no one

Horrifying. The place is filthy - tables a mess, restrooms disgusting, the visible areas of the kitchen are littered with spilled fries. The windows are filthy, and the window ledges are covered with dead flies, as was the napkin area. There is a sign that says that they'll be closing at 7pm due to circumstances beyond their control - no telling what that's about. The ice machine is broken, the drink flavors are empty, and the dead flies are everywhere. A customer told them that they were out of medium lids, and I swear - the person behind the counter handed her a sleeve of lids and said "can you put these out there for me?" 2pm on a Sunday afternoon, and they're short staffed, no one is smiling, and the cashier gave us a 4 piece nuggets "...because we're having a shitty day here." - her words, not mine. Dave Thomas must be doing backflips in his grave. Between the cleanliness issues, the lack of commitment to quality, and the staffing issues, this store isn't going to get better any time soon. read more

Tried a sausage egg and cheese biscuit Monday morning the 14th of nov. I ate a couple bites and threw it in the trash and left. Hot but doughy and not a good overall flavor. Its one of my favorites elsewhere. The breakfast menu was on a laminated paper laying on the counter for everyone to handle, and it showed. Nasty!! Will NEVER stop again. Wendy's corperate better stop in for breakfast here. No stars would be more appropriate. read more

Always closes before posted time. Online says they are open until 11 on Sunday and 12 weekdays. We have come MULITPLE times and every time they have been closed before their posted time. We understand once in a while when things go wrong... but every time? After waiting for someone to finally talk to me (I was outside the window, and had to knock not to get attention because someone had already looked at me, but to tell them i needed to talk, yet I was still ignored) I asked for the manager. I asked her about this, and where the disconnect is. We do not need wendys to be open until 11, but if you're gonna close early every time, you should change your posting. After relaying this, she told me "we always close at 11:00" to which I was amazed at since they were not open THAT night at even 10:30, and that every time we come they are closed early. You need to either expect staff to keep your store running for the posted time, or change your post. This is ridiculous. Again, no one can care if wendys is open until 10:30 or 11:00, but just stick to what you post as your schedule. If you don't follow the schedule, then what's the schedule for? read more

Every time I go here they screw up my order or don't have some basic menu items. I asked for a blue Powerade since they advertise the fancy multiple flavor coke machine- not once have they ever given me anything blue. And then I ordered a strawberry salad and got a plain one instead. When I try asking for the items I ordered they just look at me like I'm stupid or that they don't understand. read more

Fast food is supposed to be uniform and quick. I don't expect gourmet food not do I expect high end ingredients. I think it is fair to expect a consistent product and for it to be made quickly. Today (as has been somewhat common) we got food that was subpar for Wendy's national standards. As an example I ordered a chocolate Frosty shake...the chocolate was completely unmixed and the whip cream was smeared over the outside. Shouldn't it be properly mixed before adding whip cream? Now serving breakfast... Dining room hours 9:00AM to 10:30AM. Well it's 9:48 and doors are locked. Employees outside smoking in the back. Had to get back in car to go through drive thru and then met with a not so happy person who's smoke break was cut short. Ordered number 7, 3, 2. Got 7 and two 2's. Wasn't that tough of an order. This was our last trip to a Wendy's in Rochester. The employees were rude and slow. They were more interested in their smart phones and singing along to their music than helping customers get the orders. Every family that was there while we were had to go up to get corrected items. The inside of the restaurant was a dirty pit and all the garbage cans outside were overflowing with trash. Good thing both of the Wendy's locations are next Culver's. I have always liked Wendy's menu but for several years now I have had the absolute WORST service at Wendy's south by Mennards. It really seems like the order staff on many occasions are either brain dead or stoned since I have had to repeat my order at least three times and even then it is still wrong when I picked it up. This scenario has been my common experience with this store. Wait time is also FOREVER. There seems to be a slightly better outcome during the day but at night it is atrocious. I think they have changed management a lot and can't seem to find even semi-qualified staff to take orders. This store is an embarrassment to the entire franchise. Quit hiring people with memories shorter than a goldfish. read more

I know I know I usually don't rate any chain restaurants. I don't know why I think it was the way I was feeling I needed the Cure. The Cure was a big sloppy fast food cheeseburger. I have used this medicine before especially in my drinking days and it was a hit. Home run. The reason I am doing the rating it's because the man behind the counter, the young man who was so polite so accommodating and so genuine it was breathtaking. Burgers and fries were fine. Chilli was good. The problem was the raspberry tea. It was totally waterd down. Went back to the counter to get a new one. Even though they weren't busy the service was slow. Second raspberry tea was as bad as the first one. Left a bad impression on me as how this particular Wendys is run. read more
