This was a drive through order for the new taco salad. The service was quick and friendly. The order was accurate. I have not been to Wendy's for a long time. I was anticipating the 'old' taco salad. Wendy's advertises the new salad with 'tortilla strips', fire roasted corn, and a 'creamy salsa' dressing. OK, I'm game. The tortilla strips are apparently already in the salad and don't provide enough crunch or texture. I'd recommend going to the separate packaging and letting customers add them. This Wendy's substituted ranch dressing for whatever salsa Wendy's is saying is included. Overall, the salad wasn't bad. It didn't provide the texture or taste I was looking for. We used the mobile app to order dine in service. We waited for 5 minutes. Then went up to the counter to check on our order. Was informed they never received the order. We showed them the app order and that payment went through. They told us that they couldn't make the food. That the manager wasn't there. Are only option was to wait and see if the order would come through or pay for the meal again. They refused to give us the manager's name. Only time we paid for the food and never got our meal or a refund. Now going to have to call up the credit card company to dispute the charge. Extremely disappointing. read more

I love Wendy's but this place needs new management. Went inside around 4pm. Only one other customer inside. There were a couple cars outside. We ordered singles with fries. For 2. Twenty minutes later I was still waiting and approached the counter. The person running the cash register was apologetic but was shocked I hadn't received food. But no food had gone out since I ordered. The line cooks were clearly new and just standing around with no direction. The person I believe must have been the manager was standing at the back laughing with an employee. After asking I still waited 10 more minutes for food. Singles came out with cheese despite order for no cheese. Bad service. They were not busy. There was enough staff but o don't think they are being lead. Will not go back to this site. read more

If we could give a negative number I would. I am currently watching employees cleaning and then using the same gloves on their hands to touch the food to put in fryers and food on grill. I will echo the thoughts above. This place is a total joke. The drive-through isn't working, so you must go inside place an order. When I went inside I ask for a medium frosty, and his reply was "a oh we have small. Will vanilla work?" The restaurant smells like hobo and weed. Everything looks and feels like it's been cleaned with month old mop water. The staff are sitting around talking (yelling) and joking around. Went into the bathroom there was literally marijuana on the counters and the trash in the bathroom. One of the workers delivered a "special package" wrapped in a Wendy's bag. The service is terrible I literally waited in the drive thru for 15mins without any buddy responding I was about to leave then they finally asked for my order. I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and the first response we don't have bacon so I changed it to a double stack after ordering I go up the second window and they are blaring music that is in Spanish and just having a good ole time and not evening acknowledging the customers I would this is by far the worst Wendy's I have been to. I want to begin by saying that I feel badly for the employees working here. That being said, I must be honest about my experience tonight. 1.The drive-thru was busy and slow: Not good, but it happens. Understandable 2. NO FRENCH FRIES: A fast food establishment that serves burgers should not be out of fries. What is worse is that the only sign is only visible when you are ordering, after waiting 5-10 minutes behind others cars. There should have been a LARGE sign in a window facing the street so that customers could use that information to decide if they would rather order from a different restaurant. 3. Took my order, which included baked potatoes instead of fries. Only when I reached the sec and window did they inform they had no baked potatoes ready: Running out of food is understandable, but this should have been communicated sooner. They did manually prep my potatoes. 4. Asked me to pull forward and wait for my meal: This happens occasionally; however, it was over 10 minutes and several cars behind me later that someone came out with my food, only to inform me that I had been forgotten for a while. On top of that, they didn't even give me the 2 drinks I had ordered. I do NOT recommend eating or ordering from this restaurant. read more

I love love Wendy's especially when they FIRST came out 2-3 years ago with the then NEW (once served HOT at all Wendy's) juicy burger. BUT.... after trying and trying and TRYING this specific franchise even after they closed this year for renovation.... I am FINALLY.... giving up. This rarely happens. Greeted at the drive thru with someone who could not pay attention, only to pull up and find her on her phone with earbuds in. That's professional. This is quite possibly the worst Wendy's location I've ever been to, and only because of customer service. The building itself is nice, and the food is fine. Only after multiple negative experiences do I come to this opinion, because I do attempt to give business several chances to earn back my trust. On three separate visits (both in store and drive-thru), we were treated to lengthy (15-30 minutes in line alone) wait times, with no apology for the delay, and messed up orders each time. I didn't contact them the first time, because I figured it could be a one-time thing... little did I know it was just a taste of what I was in for. Based on other reviewers' experiences, this is the norm for this franchise (Wendy's Corporate, take a hint!). After the second occurrence, I contacted corporate and the local branch, and didn't hear a peep. The third time, I contacted both again, and got one of the laziest emails I've ever seen from a "manager": "I do apologize for the miss understanding on what u wanted. If I could replace your I would need your address. I will be following up with the manager today on your issue. Thank you Sue" What kind of pathetic excuse for an apology is that? There was no misunderstanding, there was no taking responsibility for what was clearly the restaurant's error. Simply throwing money at the problem doesn't make it go away (Sue sent a form letter with a free meal item card, which we will not use, because that's not what we wanted; we would rather have a heartfelt apology from the manager on duty at the time of the incidences and an attempt to make future situations better). I responded professionally and promptly to her email and letter, but received no further response. The only reason we would ever go back is if we have a lot of time to kill and if they run a charitable promotion again (not a discount, but a percentage to charity). I decided to eat there rather than take-out. They couldn't get my order straight to save their life. My daughter wanted apple juice, so of course they were out. The "manager" on duty just shrugged her shoulders and said oh well and went on with what she was doing. The food tasted decent. Then about 2 hours later I started to feel really sick, started vomiting and having abdominal pain. I went to the ER, and concluded that they gave me food poisoning. Decent enough cheap lunch or late night snack because they are open after you have run around at night to the bar you can put a little grease in your belly so you sleep well. I usually order the baked sour cream and chive baked potato and a junior bacon cheeseburger and water. Not too shabby for under 3.00 lunch and a nice big parking lot so you can get in and out without much trouble or congestion. read more

I had the 1/2 LB burger with cheese and it was awesome (I have heard they don't freeze there meat witch is crazy for a fast food restaurant). I also got the ghost pepper fries and they looked bad and tasted worse. It contains fries that where soggy, shredded cheese, Nacho cheese, flavored cheeze wiz, and ghost peppers.
