I honestly have not been to Wendy's for over a year because that last few times I have gone were bad experiences. this just solidified that will NEVER GO BACK! To begin. I pulled up to the drive though to an irritated " your order". Not a " hello can take you order" or nothing. Ok whatever, I move on and make my order number 10 combo med. when asked what I'd like to drink, I had the nerve to think about it for 10 second. And the server asks me " would you like me to pick one for you" word for word that is what said to me. Now I'm a little hot, I feel like I'm an inconvenience. after I give my selection I pull around to the first window to pay and move on. The next window I'm thinking. Ok different employee, I'll treat this person with respect, they give me my drink and I say thank you. His response was " uh huh". can't make this up, he then grabs my food and I say thank you again and he just smiles at me and closes the window WOW! Then the cherry on top the order wasn't right, and this point I don't even want the food I just want a refund. I waited for maybe 10 minutes while employee tried to issue me a refun. the conclusion was " I can't seem to figure out how to refund you the money. I said forget it and give me my debit card and drove off.now I'm eating a meal I don't want. I just honearly don't know what to say to the standard, work ethic and integrity of this place. read more

When it comes to fast food fare this is my favorite! I go almost dailey and no matter what is ordered or for how many they get it right every time. Day or night they are always smiling very professional and polite. P.S. I do not care for the other one in town. As that one serves poorly made food if they get it right at all and the employees whine when they are tired of serving a drive thru rush. Employees we very slow and had no respect. They did apologize for taking too long but the time wasn't reasonable, especially through the drive-thru. Some of the employees were standing there doing nothing and we were waiting for 25 min outside for our food. Employees were also yelling at each other, and had no privacy for the clients on dining room and drive-thru. read more

Run of the mill burger joint. Menu is similar to most other fast food places. The exceptions are chili, baked potoes, and a few other unique or seasonal items. Lady at the counter gave my kids free toys and they were friendly attentive staff. Not bad. read more

Came here and was disappointed. I tried to place an order. While I was ordering my food the employee stoped to answer her phone an ignored me. I should not have to wait to place my order while your employee decides to answer their cell phone and have a conversation on it. My food I received was not what I ordered. When I mention that it was wrong I was told no that is what you ordered. I should them my receipt and they didn't care that they gave me the wrong food. On top of that the food was cold and their soda machine was down so I had to go up front to ask for a refill on my soda and the seemed annoyed that they had to refill it. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been here multiple times in the past few weeks. Trying to order food. However they are always closed. If you say your open till 10 in the dinner room why is they entire place closed at 6. Maybe you should be open when you say you are. This has happened multiple times in the past few weeks. I arrived in Rochester at about 9:30 p.m. on a Wednesday night. I was in town on a business trip. I stopped at Wendy's before going to my hotel. What a disappointment! Cold and soggy French fries and a flavorless burger. I asked for a single and got a double (guess that was good), but it had no condiments on it other than lettuce and tomato. No ketchup, mustard, mayo, or pickles. It was very dry, lukewarm, and the meat totally flavorless. If only the burgers actually looked like the pictures! The pictures on the menu give the appearance of top of the line gourmet burgers, which Wendy's is anything but! Now I am not that foolish to think I'll actually get a burger that looks like the picture. They really do need to season the meat. I think Wendy's is a restaurant that has met its shelf life. The only truly decent thing on the menu is the Chili. The one thing I will say is that all of the workers were very friendly! That's why it gets a two star instead of a one star. read more

Let me start this out by saying I eat out more than the average person. Fast food isn't my first choice, but I know there is a place for them in the restaurant galaxy. That being said, this Wendy's is among the worst I've been too. Slow service, cold food, poor customer service and no sense of trying to get through the lunch rush in a timely manner. The 4 for $4 lunch is a admirable thought, but was poorly executed at this location. With other fast food choices all around this restaurant, this should be a bottom of the list choice. It always amazes me how much of an impact a staff can have on an establishment and this location is going to keep losing customers if they don't work to improve that. read more

The worst fast food burgers I have ever comsumed. I have went back to give it another try and my burgers and buns are usually cold and flavorless. This place is ridiculous. The girl taking the order seriously and clearly didn't want to be there. She was unpleasant and made us repeat our order like 5 times. Finally got through that. Drove to the first window to pay. Presumably the same girl taking the order...and was still unpleasant. I mean not a smile. Not even a thanks. She handed my husband his change and turned around. Got to the second window and the guy asked us what we ordered...Ummm...okay? Read our order again. Finally I grabbed the receipt and tried to hand it to him. He wouldn't take it. It should be right he said. Handed us our food. Go figure order was completely wrong. First and only time I've eaten there. Will be the last. McDonalds is a block up. Food and service was good in the past - not any more. On 7/9/17 I went via the drive through. Ordered a single cheeseburger with everything on it and a basic hamburger with only pickles and onions, no condiments, and a large order of fries. When I arrived at the first window the employee was on his cell phone. I had to wait for him to take care of whatever. Receiving the order I thought, this sure doesn't weigh much for $8.51. Upon arriving home I inspected my wife's order which was correct but paltry. My cheeseburger had nothing on it, only meat and cheese - that's it. Dave is rolling in his grave! read more

I was there last night to get a spicy chicken sandwich as it was a long time since I had wendys. Not only did I wait 20 minutes in the drive up which I was patient as I was hungry but as I pull up to pay the guy working hits on me. Calls me fine and asks if I have a boyfriend. Placed an order at the drive thru and had to repeat every thing multiple times. Not sure if the speaker was broken or something else but I shouldn't have to keep repeating what I want at least 5 times. Then it took forever to get my food waited a good 10 minutes. When I finally got my food some of it was missing. I told them about this and they seamed mad. But if I pay for the food they actually want the food I am not giving you money for nothing. Wendy's has been one of my favorite fast food places, but recently I received a burger that was not warm, so I brought the topic the next time I went and received an order of fries that had been sitting...they were cold and hard to chew. I cant believe that the staff do not care about the freshness of the meal we receive. If the employees can serve the food this way, then perhaps they should be the ones to eat it. Slowest service ever! Managers weren't managing anything. Only eat there if you have plenty of time. Definitely not fast-food!
