Went through Wendy's drive through when I had extreme difficulty logging onto the McDonald's App for an order next door. I ordered 2 hamburgers and a large unsweetened tea using the app. It worked great and I chose to pick up my food at the drive in. A very nice Wendy's with a nice drive through layout. This has to be the worse Wendy's I have ever been to. They are very slow to get orders together even if there's only 1 customer and don't ask for customizations on your meal because you probably will not get them. There's missing items from orders multiple times and the attitude from the people working here is crazy, I get it's fast food but it won't hurt to greet the customer and at least pretend you care. They need to do some rehiring and maybe that place will see some improvement. read more

The new and improved spicy chicken sandwich is everything I've ever wanted from a fried chicken sandwich! Why has this not been invented sooner?! It was amazing before, but now it has panko breading, a new marinade, pickles, shredded lettuce, and a potato bun! (It still has tomatoes and mayo, which add moisture and flavor). The potato bun is high-quality with a subtle sweetness, the shredded lettuce is more gourmet than the whole pieces, and there are plenty of pickles. The sourness and crunch of the pickles, the crunch of the lettuce, and the crispy spicy chicken pair together well. I appreciate how juicy and delicate the chicken is-it almost flakes like fish. There's no absence of flavor with all those ingredients, and I also appreciate the new box vs. the old wrapper, as it keeps the sandwich from getting soggy or squished. In comparison to other fast food restaurants, Wendy's is higher quality, better tasting, and has faster service. Lazy workers. Bad attitude when placing orders. If you don't like your job, change it. I placed an order at 945pm to pick up via drive thru. The store says it closes at 11pm from the website, app, and google. Explain to me why I saw two workers that ignored me after trying to catch their attention to ask about my order. He was informed from a manager named Dave that they can just close the store. All I want is my money back and decent customer service. Don't visit here. read more

The food is good as it is at all Wendys. Service, not so much. You generally have to wait in line for 5-10 minutes during lunch or dinner peak times. Once you get to order, you're generally met with a less than interested and generally unfriendly cashier. I manage a retail business and our staff always jokes about how bad the customer service is at Wendys. In the drive through, you are met with a loud sigh and then an underwhelming, unenthusiastic, "Can I take your order?" It may be worth going to Wendys to just see how bad their cashiers really are. At any rate, I still continue to go there b/c their burgers are om nom nom nom delicious, as are the Frostys. However, expect to be treated as an annoyance and not a customer. If you want crappy burgers and good customer service, go next door to Mcdonalds... read more

Great spot for fresh burgers never frozen! I visited Wendy's Roxboro last night and ordered a Baconator & fries with only extra mayo only and I sat down inside to eat and the Baconator is full of ketchup. I take it Back to the same male employee that fixed it and he fixes another one and i sat down to eat again open the wrapper up and he has ketchup all over the 2nd Baconator ! Two times wrong ! So much ketchup that it was running out on the paper. To make matters worse he fixing my food with his pants hanging off his butt. Wendy's needs to fix that problem!! Wendy's food is Wendy's food, you're getting what you pay for. It's most of the time hot and it's mediocre fast food. I'm not here to complain on the food. The problem tonight was the wait in the drive thru line. We sat in line for 30+ mins. As I was not the driver nor getting food I had no control over leaving after the first 15 mins when we still hadn't reached the menu and talk box to order. After we ordered, we proceeded to sit in line for another 15 mins before reaching the window. Reaching the window was the biggest mistake ever apparently. When they opened the windows to take payment they knew which order was ours because they charged us the right price immediately. After getting our card back from cashier (who was pleasant, smiled and was friendly, hard to be mad at her) everything spun out of control. They seemed to have forgotten which order was ours. They spent another 10 mins reconfirming our order item by item then shut the windows making us wait until our food was done cooking. Not mad about waiting for food to cook but why is our food still cooking when we ordered it over 20+ mins ago. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE FAST FOOD!!!! They seemed properly staffed as the girl walking and sweeping around all the other employees cooking or filling drinks. Don't know if management was in lack of tonight or if they had a grill or deep fryer out of commission. Wendy's is usually not the let down it was tonight. Never had this problem with any other Wendy's and don't think I will because Wendy's are ran well and efficient. It seems to be the trend of most fast food restaurants in Person County.
