When there was an issue with the order and I asked for the two sandwiches to be remade, I was met with extremely disrespectful and unprofessional treatment from the employees. What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. The employees I dealt with did not have clearly visible name tags, and it was difficult to determine who was the manager and who were regular employees. As a customer, I should not have to guess who is in charge when I have a legitimate issue with my order. I am a retired Army Veteran, and I believe everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I was not asking for anything unreasonable--I simply wanted my two sandwiches remade after there was a problem with my order. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, I felt like I was being treated with disrespect simply for asking for the order to be corrected.
