This Wendy's is horrible. I've been here multiple times foods always nasty old cold bad customer service when you try to speak to them they're rude the ambience and there is disgusting in the lobby. I walked in for the first time today cause I always go to the drive-through and the lobby is full of flies everywhere. I'm at the kiosk trying to order my food and I'm getting hit by flies. Flies are landing on me. I had to take a video I'm over here, disgusted. read more

Slow service I can handle. However this place had a young man in far better shape than I was, begging for people to buy him food. Not outside, but at the service counter, in clear view of many employees. If this store is going to condone pan handling inside the store and at the order counter, I'll find another place to eat. I never judge a restaurant based on the reviews but I wish I did in this case. Every negative review you see is true. I went and requested a wrap with no chicken because I'm vegetarian. The cashier asked me if I wanted no meat before handing it to me. A simple request but still I got chicken. I came back to get my wrap remade without chicken and the staff was rude. Before leaving I checked and they got my order wrong AGAIN. I told them I wanted a new order and they expected me to pay again?? horrible horrible service. If you are in the mood to eat here. Just go to the Publix across the street buy the ingredients and make it yourself. You'll save yourself the time, money and headache! read more

123/100 in 2016 challenge As a have said in previous fast food reviews, if you are going to do fast food, do Wendy's. This location is great. Staff is always friendly and your order is never wrong. This location as been there as long as I can remember and it is a little smaller than most, but is always well maintained and clean. Love their baked potatoes. They seem to load up more than some of the other locations on the cheese and bacon. The burgers here just taste better. Like that they are open until 2am. Everyone needs a frosty late at night every now and then. Parking could be a little better but that shouldn't make a difference because the food is worth it. read more

The food has been really good the times we've dined in here. However, the kiosks at the front where you have to order at NEVER work right. The staff is always too worried about the drive they orders to come out to help. The only way a staff member comes out is when you go to the counter to say the kiosks aren't working. I wish they would go back to taking orders and do away with these non working kiosks. Also, stop catering to the drive thru. Costumers inside pay the same money as the people in drive thru do. read more

This was a disgusting experience. $23 for a drive thru burger and nuggets. I could have went to a real restaurant for that price but I was in a hurry. The guy handing out the orders had an attitude when I told him I ordered my drink with no ice, no big deal maybe it was a long day. Then he takes my drink and pours it into another cup, the only problem is his hand was in the drink soda dripping from his fingertips. He could have poured me another and I would have been fine but he tried to hand me the drink his hand was in. I told him that is not sanitary and he gives me a dirty look. His manager comes over and ask what the problem is. I tell her what happened and she walks away. Guy gives me the drink says "here". No straws , no apologies, no receipt and the fries are already soggy and cold. Horrible management and staff. That is my last time going to this Wendy's and from the reviews it seems like their 2 star rating is justified. read more

Wendys really has gone downhill. The last 2 times I've been, once at this location, once in Orlando, the service sucks!!! The employees are not rude or anything, just untrained and wAayyy too few of them to make Wendy's qualify as fast food!!! It takes so long or them to make your food...15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 1 fry at both locations!!!! Not special orders at all....it's just....WENDY's sucks now. read more

I have gone to this Wendy's multiple times later in the evening and every time they have closed early or have claimed their systems were down. They are the laziest Wendy's I have ever encountered. They will move insanely slow during the day and don't even work at night. Corporate should really evaluate their service to determine if they should stay open. Went to the drive thru to order. Had an order with a complete meal and then two additional burgers and a medium fry. Asked for the drink with the meal to be substituted with a medium Frosty and ordered a second Medium Frosty. Was asked how many fries and how many Frostys. Repeated the order to the girl 2 more times again ordering a meal And then separate items. After this I had a second order. Had to repeat it as well. Got to the window to pay, verified the orders and paid my bill. Got to the window and was missing a Medium Frosty. Asked for second one and manager came to window. I explained again I was missing a second Frosty. She then printed out my receipt and rudely said this is what I ordered. I looked at the receipt for the first order and advised it was missing what I ordered. She said again that this is what I ordered. I got angry and advised her that this was not what I ordered and I wanted the second Frosty. She said they didn't charge me for it. I never asked for a free Frosty just what I had originally ordered. The manager finally gave me the second Frosty and when I asked what the charge she huffed and said don't worry about it. When I dropped off the first order to my daughter we discovered the fries I ordered weren't included in the bag. The orders I placed were not difficult and shouldn't have been confusing and since I repeated the order twice after my first request, would have expected it to be correct and not to get an attitude from the manager because he staff couldn't get the order right. Nobody was in the drive through when I ordered four breakfast sandwiches. The girl taking my order was rude and just dropped my change in my hand and it fell on the ground. Then she made made me pull forward and wait. I waited for 15 min for four sandwiches. While I was waiting at least four cars ordered and got their food and pulled away. Finally, another girl comes to my car and gives me the food. When I get it, it's cold. I won't come back here. The service is poor and the people are rude. read more

I went here a while back and had a grand ol' visit! A delightful employee named Sarah took my order and she was just so darn helpful. She has a great attitude and was very polite when helping me read the menu (I'm dyslexic and forgot my perception glasses at my home). I've gone back a few times hoping that she would be the one to take my order again but she has moved toward the back and is now making the food! It's such a pleasure to know that such a nice girl is the one making my food as delicious as her hospitality. 10/10 would totally come back to see this sweet girl!!! :) read more

Very poor customer service from the drive through guy at 145am on 11/21/2019. Very rude. And it takes y'all 30 mins to make two chicken sandwich meal and a kids meal come on now. Three people came and gone and I'm still waiting for my food. Very pathetic. I wouldn't come to this Wendy's just go to a different one or McDonald's. read more

First off, let me start by saying this is my first review I have ever done. And I had a horrible experience at this Wendy's. The manager on duty was Charles and I have never been so disrespected by someone in such a short encounter in the drive through. I searched my bag and had no fork for my salad, so I politely asked for one and he came back with a smart remark saying there is one in the bag and I said no I checked. And he handed me another one saying have another, share with a friend. Then he quickly walked away so I drove off. I then checked my bag and I had tomatos in my salad after telling them I was allergic. My nuggets were really mushy and I had no bacon in my jr bacon cheese burger. Both burgers were also cold. Definitely don't recommend this Wendy's. Better off driving 10 minutes down the road to another or just finding somewhere else to go. 0 stars! read more
