Orders never right. Food comes out warm despite waiting long time for it. At least the fries should be hot.. disappointing

My partner and I stopped by this McDonald's location for breakfast on our way to Wild Florida. It's about 5-10 minutes away. Our arrival was around 8:15 A.M and we decided to opt for the drive-thru location at McDonalds. Our order was pretty limited. It included a egg, cheese, sausage biscuit with orange juice and a soda (Sprite). The drive-thru was relatively quick! We had our order less than 5 minutes. There also wasn't anyone else ahead of us. The service was great! If we're in the area again, we would stop by this McDonald's for breakfast. read more

We don't frequent McDonald's, but have had two times now where we have been here and both times have been truly an amazing experience! The service was quick both times, and every employee we interacted with was so kind and helpful! My wife went in on Saturday at 10:30 and ordered and paid for 3 steak bagels but arrived home with 3 bacon &cheese bagels with no egg. Yuck! It took 1 bite to see how dried out they were so we threw them away. I went in on Sunday morning and the manager said, "You should have brought them in with you. How do I know you didn't eat them?" I found this McDonald's to be absolutely awful. It said "Try the New Crispy Chicken Sandwiches," and added "Take a bite and you'll find out what CrispyJuicyTender means." I did and merely found out it was a redefined soggy, no crispiness at all chicken sandwich. Really bad. This McDonald's is also one of the fully computer ordering ones, which since I'm not all that computer literate kind of made me start looking around for a ten-year-old to help, but then I did manage. This morning this staff was killing it! The manager she was extremely helpful being I went inside rather then the drive thru. Not only that was extremely pleasant as I added more items! I usually don't write reviews but I feel like I needed to in this case. I get out of work pretty late and w I don't go to McDonald's often but when I do I chose this one because it's convenient. This McDonald's credit card machine seem to ALWAYS be down. I've waited in line for a long time each time just so I can be told that the Credit Card machine does not work and they are only excepting cash. This has been 6 times counting today. This issue seems to always occur at night with this particular McDonald's. I know I'm just one person complain but hopefully these credit card machines get fixed soon because turning a customer away is not ok so often. I'm new to this town and I've tried this place 4 times, each time my experience has been awful , from long waiting in line ( either dine in or take out ) to my food always being just horrible. I've been coming to this McDonalds for over two years now because it's the closest one to my house. I have NEVER experienced such consistently slow and bad service in my entire life. Whether you show up at 1pm or midnight, one car ahead of you or 5, you're going to wait at least half an hour to get your food. I just pulled out of the drive through because after ten minutes, zero cars had moved. This place is pathetic and the owner should have his franchise revoked until he hires proper management. TWO YEARS! For TWO YEARS this place has shown the same level of incompetence. There is a McDonalds on 13th street and Narcoossee, both of them about 15 minutes from this location but I guarantee you will still get your food faster if you drive out to either location. The service isn't the only bad thing about this location. The food is always cold, the fries soggy, and the soda flat. There have been at least a couple of occasions where I've found hair in my fries as well. I repeat, AT LEAST a couple of occasions. What is the excuse for this? I can understand once, but it happens so frequently they may as well just add hair to the menu. This place is an embarrassment to fast food and businesses in general. There is no sense of urgency, which is ironic considering its FAST food. With all the time it takes, on average 30 minutes, you'd think they'd at least be serving you fresh food, but no. Save yourself A LOT of aggregation and go to the Taco Bell-KFC in the same plaza, or drive a few miles down to 13th street to a proper McDonalds. read more

This is by far the worst restaurant McDonald's has ever franchised. They are slower than molasses. The employees are not bright. The management just sucks. The ownership is no better. They are notorious for taking forever with just simple orders. It is like they are in slow motion. Yeah, that's it in a constant state of slow motion. The eating area inside is always dirty. I avoid McDonalds at all costs. Food is terrible here. Meanwhile, on our way to Wild Florida there are no other places to stop after this, so we pulled it for a quick early bite. However, early this morning (about 130am) my husband and I decided that we wanted some food to wind down after him just getting home from work. We like to have picnics in bed while our daughter sleeps... lol. Sounds weird, I know. But, anyways, I was disappointed how the MOD (manager on duty) was being... she was working the presenting window and not once did she smile, say hello, etc. I ordered extra caramel on my frappe... she didn't even put the normal amount. Regularly gets orders wrong. Today I was in there, $40 order in store. The shift supervisor herself put my food in the bags and left out THREE (3) items, not one, not two, but three. When I asked how that happens when I'm the only person in the store and other employees have time to stand around and chit-chat, she could not answer. Avoid this McDonald's at all cost. My wife purchased a salad. Little did she know after she arrived home the majority of the lettuce was no good. I went back and spoke to the manager. He had them make a new salad at that time. Once I arrived home again the lettuce was spoiled. I decided to go back to McDonald's and get my money back. At that time the managers excuse was that he had the coolers fixed so that was the reason the lettuce was spoiled.
