I had a very disappointing experience with the manager, Laquia. When I tried to address my concern, she was dismissive and unprofessional. After she thought I had left, she rolled her eyes and mimicked me in front of others. Before the interaction, she appeared visibly frustrated, hit the table while yelling, and behaved in a way that I found completely inappropriate in front of customers. I honestly don't understand how someone with such poor customer service skills ended up in a management position. She should be placed under review for her attitude and the way she handled this situation. My partner and I stopped by this McDonald's location for breakfast on our way to Wild Florida. It's about 5-10 minutes away. Our arrival was around 8:15 A.M and we decided to opt for the drive-thru location at McDonalds. Our order was pretty limited. I did and merely found out it was a redefined soggy, no crispiness at all chicken sandwich. Really bad. My wife went in on Saturday at 10:30 and ordered and paid for 3 steak bagels but arrived home with 3 bacon &cheese bagels with no egg. Yuck! This McDonald's credit card machine seem to ALWAYS be down. I've waited in line for a long time each time just so I can be told that the Credit Card machine does not work and they are only excepting cash. This has been 6 times counting today. This issue seems to always occur at night with this particular McDonald's. I know I'm just one person complain but hopefully these credit card machines get fixed soon because turning a customer away is not ok so often. I've been coming to this McDonalds for over two years now because it's the closest one to my house. I have NEVER experienced such consistently slow and bad service in my entire life. Whether you show up at 1pm or midnight, one car ahead of you or 5, you're going to wait at least half an hour to get your food. I just pulled out of the drive through because after ten minutes, zero cars had moved. This place is pathetic and the owner should have his franchise revoked until he hires proper management. TWO YEARS! For TWO YEARS this place has shown the same level of incompetence. There is a McDonalds on 13th street and Narcoossee, both of them about 15 minutes from this location but I guarantee you will still get your food faster if you drive out to either location. The service isn't the only bad thing about this location. The food is always cold, the fries soggy, and the soda flat. There have been at least a couple of occasions where I've found hair in my fries as well. I repeat, AT LEAST a couple of occasions. What is the excuse for this? I can understand once, but it happens so frequently they may as well just add hair to the menu. This place is an embarrassment to fast food and businesses in general. There is no sense of urgency, which is ironic considering its FAST food. With all the time it takes, on average 30 minutes, you'd think they'd at least be serving you fresh food, but no. This is by far the worst restaurant McDonald's has ever franchised. They are slower than molasses. The employees are not bright. The management just sucks. The ownership is no better. However, early this morning (about 130am) my husband and I decided that we wanted some food to wind down after him just getting home from work.
