So I've been here before and had a good experience but this visit was bad. Right away I Was surprised that the cashiers wouldn't answer my questions before asking "here or to go" and I thought was a bit rude especially just walking away after the order went in. They were only concerned about pumping people through. No ketchup or extra sauces available. When I asked for some they only gave a like a couple packets of ketchup and the person said "it's was on your tray... " yeah one packet... but it wasn't enough for 3 meals. Went here with my brother and nephew. The staff is very warm and friendly and the restaurant is clean. I ordered the chicken Avocado Ranch BLT Chicken Finger 3pc Taco meal it was a bit salty for my taste but overall it was good. We also ordered a side of the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries was really not all that the fries tasted reheated and we had to ask for a new order and they were very nice to replace it. The Zaby's chicken sandwich is like the Popeyes sandwich but with cheese which was not melted and this one is super dry and of course the chicken is not as crispy as Pops so it's nice for people who are not over the top fancy eaters or who are nice and basic. Overall for me the quality of the food we ordered was not great but the place and staff was nice. read more

We stopped here because we were traveling north on the turnpike and hit traffic. We got off to grab a bite and use the bathroom and this was right at the exit. I got a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and my husband got a fried chicken sandwich and we got a soda to split. It was almost $19.00 The grilled chicken sandwich was "ok" the lettuce had a bleach-y tasted The classic fried sandwich was ok. Nothing fancy. AMAZING! So I'm a very much a sauce person. The more sauce the better. You much try their Zaxbys sauce it's amazing. I ordered wings, fries alongside with their fried cheesecake bites. Oh the service!!! So guy working this morning who looks to be the manager not only forgot all our sauces, by my partner was in mid sentence telling him about the sauce when dude just walked away, came back with the sauce, and said "have a good day" . We all have bad days, but professionally, especially holding what seems to be a "position", should be a better example of customer service. read more

Came tonight to their new location in Saint Cloud. Service was great and fast. I tried their Asian Zensation Salad and my hubby had a Cobb salad. Their salads have huge portions with fresh ingredients. The restaurant was clean. I will come back again. read more

Service 0-10. I ordered Lemmon pepper chicken tenders and got plain chicken tenders. When I brought the issue up to the young man working the register he got upset and came back with butter and lemon pepper seasoning to my table and said I should shake them in the box, 15 minute after I brought the issue up to him, By time the issue was addressed the tenders were cold. Management corrected the issue by giving me fresh ones but acting manager seemed like she had an attitude. Tables were all dirty upon arrival. Shake machine has been down for days. Poor experience. Got the chicken finger kids meal. It was two small chicken strips, crinkle fries, a bag of goldfish Giant graham cookies and a sprite. Also tried the "zax sauce" ... the Chicken was ok, nothing special, nothing that speaks "zaxbys chicken" I felt like it was a little salty but still edible.. the fries were just like fries I would make from a frozen bag at home. The sauce was ok. Taste like Mayo ketchup lemon and pickle juice mixed together. Nothing that says wow. The cookies were not it. Tasted stale and they were so dry. It was five bucks so I really wasn't expecting much. Would I come again? Maybe if in the plaza and need something quick but I rather drive somewhere else if I'm already on my way out the plaza. This is now the second time I have been to Zaxby's, and I can't say I am impressed. Are they bad? No. Are the sauces all they say they are? No. The chicken is decent. The variety is ok. The salads are pictured with mixed greens or Romain and I have only ever received iceberg. Why does everything seem to come with toast? Will I eat at a Zaxby's again? Maybe. It's one of those if there's nothing else near by I would eat there but if I have another option I would likely take it. I would take PDQ over Zaxby's any day. read more

Food: Average Service: Well, here we go.... Ordered 4 chicken tenders after repeating my order 5 times because the listening skills are not in place in any way shape or form. Ordered UNSWEETENED Tea because of health concerns. Confirmed and reconfirmed the order (waste of more time, it's two items and a sauce). Pull around, pay. Proceed to pick up order (only car). Young boy brings out the bag and says, "4 tenders and a sweet tea for Russ...". I'm Russ but it's an UNSWEETENED Tea... He then says, "Oh ya, it's unsweetened." I say, are you sure enough because I am a diabetic and can not have high doses of sugar. Rather than double check or remake the drink he says that it's unsweet. Well you guessed it didn't you, it was sweet and he was to lazy to double check, didn't care because putting people in critical care should be a casual thing, right? I go back in to speak to him and the manager and the female manager want to begin with the whole customers service being critical and the standard 'pass the buck' diatribe and I wasn't hearing it today. I let her know that this occurred on her watch and she is responsible for his training and actions and that it was on her and that NOONE wanted to hear more and more excuses as to why we can't get a simple fast food transaction correct. Pathetic. I recommended that he be sent home and will be calling the owners to have a nice sit down lunch somewhere other than Zaxby's. If I am not satisfied then it will be a visit to corporate offices and some nice lunch there. Moral: don't lie to someone's face and wait to see what happens. Quality people NEVER engage in this behavior, criminal people do. Avoid this mismanaged place. read more

This place is disappointing to say the least. We'd never been to a Zaxby's... and since they just opened the new St Cloud location and everybody was talking about it, we decided to give it a try. First... OVERPRICED Second... SALTY almost INEDIBLE Third... DIRTY. All empty tables were dirty (oily and crummy) even tho we came at a not-so-busy time. Not one car at the drive thru.... so I cannot justify it. Somebody went crazy with the seasoning on my loaded fries but sprinkled the cheese....should probably disclose that the fries are SODIUM loaded. I didn't even eat what I paid for. Zaxby's is an okay restaurant, but it would be amazing for people who don't like seasonings. I went in and order a 10 piece boneless chicken, set of fries, and a ranch cup. The boneless chicken didn't taste good, it tasted bland. No seasons in it or nothing. Just sauce already on it which didn't help also. I gave the ranch cup a try, and it smell bad. It didn't smell good at all. Other then being negative, It's a nice place and beautiful from the inside when your new. Therefore, if you like wings/boneless chicken then it's the right place, but if you're expecting flavor or season. Good luck. read more
