The employees at this particular Wendy's located on Sam Ridley are so the friendly. The drive-through was very quick this morning, and my order was mostly accurate. Just missing some ketchup. 1 star is by far too many. My daughter and I went through the drive through, and got about 30 miles down the road when my daughter said here drink tasted funny. She open the cup and found a plastic glove in the bottom of it. She took it back a couple of days later and they gave her a free drink. That was big of them. Went through the drive-thru around 5pm today, it was the closest fast-food place to me, so I decided to see if it was good. I ordered a Daves single and baconator fries, the guy that took my order repeated back everything but by burger was still incorrect when I picked it up from the window. The burger was missing lettuce and pickles, what's funny is that there was a random small piece of shredded lettuce in my bag, so they obviously weren't out of it. read more

This location used to be good but it's been on a steady decline. After today I'll never go back to this location. I placed on online order and they forgot items and misplaced others without my knowledge. My husband noticed a missing item and asked for it politely and the guy at drive thru window on sep 24 at 1 pm (we didn't catch his name) was EXTREMELY rude for no reason. He said it's in the bag. It wasn't so my husband started naming off what we ordered and the guy walked away and shut the window. They turned my coffee into a frosty? I don't order or want a frosty. They didn't get my drink which at that point after the interaction we weren't going to ask. A absolute waste of money as I never got these items. This is THE WORST Wendys in the entire nation!!!! Two nights ago I ordered the peppercorn mushroom melt. When i I got home I opened the sandwich only to find out that the burger meal I ordered and paid $19 for had NO MUSHROOMS, NO onion rings...plus it had tomatoes (which I'm allergic to AND lettuce. Unless I get a refund or replacement meal I will NEVER go back to this location. I go to Wendys only because their quality control is generally pretty good. Their manager there obviously does not train his people well!! I hope you read this. I just spoke with Mike, their manager who has offered to replace my meal. So, because they got it wrong I give the store 3 stars instead of 1. I appreciate the manager responding to my phone call. Maybe people who complain should call for a response. read more

Nice Try... Wow Wendy's has gone downhill. Drive thru was about 8 cars deep so I chose to go inside... what a sad mistake that was. I was second in line to order and still waited over 15 minutes before receiving my food- clearly not the priority customer. Lesson learned, just wait in the drive thru line. My #1 hamburger with "No Mayo" came with no Mayo, but also no lettuce, no mustard, lukewarm at best and the bun had started to disintegrate underneath where the ketchup was from sitting so long. I will safely call that, bad. C'mon guys it's fast food! It's not hard. Thankfully the fries were hot or I really would've considered it a wasted trip. As I waited, I noticed other disgruntled customers waiting on their food and a lack of urgency. Clearly some work flow issues here, food was prepped way too early and set aside with no focus on freshness or correctness. Hopefully this feedback can provide a better experience next time and across the Wendy's chain as it seems to be a regular occurrence. read more

I like this restaurant..if I am going to do FAST FOOD, it would be Wendy's. My first job over 35 yrs ago was a Wendy's Hamburgers in Charleston WV..so I have fond memories of this place. I love their Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Cheese, Mayo, Onions, Tomatoes and Lettuce, and their FRIES are my favorite of all FAST FOOD joints. But today, we jumped into the drive thru line to get a small .99 cent frosty. I enjoyed only 1/2 of mine and Tony had his and the rest of my small serving. I can't eat too much ice cream, it hurts my stomach... I also enjoy their chili with Spicy sauce and their Baked Potatoes..but today,,,just a frosty!!! Told young lady nope so then she said ok $19plus and I told her I would like a receipt because I was still not happy with price and paying cash. Was told receipt was not available. Went for lunch last week with my boyfriend and havent beeen able to forget the amazing service and experience we had there at lunch hour. For a fast food place it was superior and the manager managed his staff professionally and well with respect as well as treating every customer with respect..and his workers were clearly following the great example that he set for them. Very impressed. Dave thomas would be very pleased..he was a good man with great expectations for his restaurants. He wanted to hire people like this to work in his restaurants. And as always..food was amazing. That being said..this location is near a high school which often means they are the most trashed and poorly run... but this was not the case. So intent inside. Did not go through drive through. Some grumpy looking kid with a patchy neck beard, wearing a Columbia fleece sweater begrudgingly took our order. I ordered the number 4 double patty medium size. The kid was very rude and said "can I get a name" with attitude in his voice. I gave my name and waited for our order. My dad wanted to check the price of something on his receipt(my burger, double patty #4 med size) the kid charged us correctly for my upgrade in size and patty. Then we got our food and left. Some kid came out ran to his car slammed the door peeled out of the parking lot and left. Waited in line for another 10 minutes one car left the line. Literally the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. I come here, only begrudgingly, when someone else wants something, and have been doing so for 10 years. They were always terrible at getting back the correct order even after they repeated it and entered it. 90% of my visits have all had something missing, or just the entirety of the order has been wrong. In those 10 years of cycling new employees, the service has declined even more since that. My favorite thing is how large always translates to small or large chili translates into four nuggets. If anyone were to ask me what to get from this particular restaurant on Sam Ridley, I'd tell them don't. Roll up your windows and drive away. Props on the friendly workers though. read more

Came here on a Thursday night while everything else was close. And I got a salad for my wife and I. When we got home we were eating the salad we noticed it had small bugs in it. We went back and returned it, got the money back. I recommend if you come to this location, check your food before eating it. And the workers are really slow and it took forever. read more
