    I was in Smyrna TN chipotle. I was very very disappointed. Due to spending $15 on my order. I did do the double on my orders/my proteins. Employees (lady )was serving the food was rude and can't even understand English. She gave me half of the ladle it's like barely gave me any protein. So I asked for a little more protein and she kept telling me it's going cost double so I said yes. I understand that's gonna cost me more to add more protein. But damn only gave me have of the ladle for the first scoop?? And she gave me barely half of the ladleI/ 5 small pieces of chicken and called a double? And the other lady kept saying/telling it's gonna cost more with her smirky face look with a smile? Like haha it's gonna cost more on my order. When I told her the other lady only gave me 5 pieces of chipotle honey chicken on my bowl and called a double??

    The skinny blonde woman who works the register was extremely rude and made the experience horrible, I didn't even wanna eat after our interaction. Portion size was a joke for the price too.

    Idk what the other people are saying, the food was fresh and tasted good. This is the fastest service I have literally anywhere and this location is cleaner than most chipotle. Don't do an online order I guess.

    I frequently visit this Chipotle location and I have never had any issues. But today I was treated rudely by the Manager of the restaurant Kayla. I brought five of my customers to this Chipotle location to treat them for lunch. I placed my usual order, which is a chicken bowl. After I paid for our meals we sat down and when I took a bite of my food I noticed how it was salty. The three others thought the same thing. I brought this to the attention of the cashier, Christine and she notified the Manager Kayla, who I noticed was also the cook. Kayla's response was that the chicken was seasoned according to Chipotle's requirements and that she used the recommended amount of seasoning. I wanted to tell her that it tasted like the ocean but I kept calm and told Kayla that I frequently dine here and that the chicken has never tasted this salty. Kayla's reply was that if they were audited by Chipotle corporate they would have disagreed with me that the food was salty. Her claim is ridiculous since she didn't even taste the chicken. She could have easily walked over to the area where they prepared the food and tasted the chicken to determine whether or not my claim was true. Also, rather than fixing my order, she had me get back in line in order for my food to be fixed. After waiting in line, it was my turn to order and this time I was planning to order the steak. Kayla told me that the steak was also seasoned/salted the same way as the chicken. I asked if I could taste it to confirm and she declined my request. But I ordered the steak anyway and it tasted fine. The food here is fine, my review is based on the Manager who doesn't know how to manage. Rather than fixing my order and making the situation better. She questioned whether or not I was a regular at the restaurant because of her claim that the chicken was seasoned per Chipotle Corporate's instruction and it's the same way they do it everyday. Kayla could've handled this much better, instead she made it worse by questioning me and my guests and making us have wait in line rather than fixing our order.

    Whatever you do. DO NOT use the Chipotlane! I sat in the line for 20 minutes and they won't let you pick it up on the inside.

I stated to Richard I see that this is not a concern to you. Richard stated I'm listening to you. I stated no problem, who is the GM of the store Richard stated I am. Thank you Richard for showing me how you value your customers. Thank you for being rude and disrespectful to your customers. If you want to be treated with respect and acknowledge for being a customer stay far away from this location.

I was thinking about Panda Express while I was at my terminal here but I thought you know what I'm going to go to Zaxby's it's been quite a few years it shouldn't have been but oh well. If you read my reviews by now you should know that means old man Kevin gets his diet Seagram's ginger ale LOL! I peruse the menu board and I remember a few years back I'd have the zalads but I decided I wanted something else today so I opted to go with the Cajun club meal. consists of a grilled blackened chicken breast, with ranch dressing, bacon, tomato, lettuce on a toasted split potato bun. I also wanted some fingers AKA chicken strips they call them fingers kind of like Raising Cain's does. So I also added a Zax snack meal Mac only consisting of three fingers. I have to to get some extra ranch sauce for the sandwich. Two sauces I had to get of course was the original Zaz sauce and I thought about the buffalo but I didn't like the name torch they probably would burn my insides so I opted for what they call the wimpy sauce because I'm a wimp:-( They gave me my drink cup and then went over the freestyle machine and got myself set up with a Seagram's diet ginger ale of course Food came out nice and quick they called my name first I didn't know who they were calling because they called Calvi LMAO!! Today was my third visit to the Smyrna location, and I'm officially a fan. Service & Food: The service has been consistently friendly, and the food has been spot-on every time. Other than that, the team here is absolutely killing it. The women's restroom has a changing table (bonus points), and there's plenty of hassle-free parking. When the employee finally came out, instead of being respectful, she immediately gave me an aggressive attitude. When I asked if everything was okay since I had been waiting so long, she became verbally aggressive and insulted me, including calling me a "fat ass." I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and was simply trying to use the restroom. Being spoken to this way was extremely humiliating and emotionally distressing. Another individual, who claimed to be her brother, was also present and aggressively yelled at me. I felt intimidated and unsafe, especially being 35 weeks pregnant. My partner had to step in because he was shouting at me. The shift leader on duty, Corey Hedges, did not properly handle the situation and instead implied that I had escalated it. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially not by employees. This was completely unacceptable and very disappointing.
