I was in Smyrna TN chipotle. I was very very disappointed. Due to spending $15 on my order. I did do the double on my orders/my proteins. Employees (lady )was serving the food was rude and can't even understand English. She gave me half of the ladle it's like barely gave me any protein. So I asked for a little more protein and she kept telling me it's going cost double so I said yes. I understand that's gonna cost me more to add more protein. Probably the worst and dirtiest chipotle i have ever been in. Aside from the one and only girl making the food, her friends decided to com in and order before me so they had to spend time and exchange all kinds of phone pleasantries. This is the closest chipotle in the area to me so I often go to this chipotle, I've never had an issue until today. The customer service with this team was poor and rushed. My food was thrown into the bags and the portions that were given were hysterical. Like I stated the other staff members any other time I came in here was amazing but for some reason this staff I didn't have a pleasant experience. I placed an online order for pick up, and walked to the location from another store. When I arrived in the lobby, I went to the cashier register after her asking me what I was waiting on. I stated that I had an online order for "XXXX". The young lady made a small remarked and lifted her hands as she went to the back to get the order (I assumed). She then stormed backed and stated that I didn't get your name and that you needed to go through the drive thru. I explained to her that I did not have a car and came into the lobby to pick it up. Another lady jumped in and said "it's true". Moving on, I walked out of the lobby, into the direction of the drive thru and waited at the window for at least 2-5 minutes while knocking on the window. After finally getting an associate to come to the window, I was after to retrieve me order, but only to hear a crew of members laughing. I find this behavior very humiliating, immature, and unsatisfying for customer service. I am an avid chipotle customer but WILL NOT be returning or placing any online orders soon. I frequently visit this Chipotle location and I have never had any issues. But today I was treated rudely by the Manager of the restaurant Kayla. I brought five of my customers to this Chipotle location to treat them for lunch. I placed my usual order, which is a chicken bowl. After I paid for our meals we sat down and when I took a bite of my food I noticed how it was salty. The three others thought the same thing. I brought this to the attention of the cashier, Christine and she notified the Manager Kayla, who I noticed was also the cook. Kayla's response was that the chicken was seasoned according to Chipotle's requirements and that she used the recommended amount of seasoning. I wanted to tell her that it tasted like the ocean but I kept calm and told Kayla that I frequently dine here and that the chicken has never tasted this salty. Kayla's reply was that if they were audited by Chipotle corporate they would have disagreed with me that the food was salty. Her claim is ridiculous since she didn't even taste the chicken. She could have easily walked over to the area where they prepared the food and tasted the chicken to determine whether or not my claim was true. Also, rather than fixing my order, she had me get back in line in order for my food to be fixed. After waiting in line, it was my turn to order and this time I was planning to order the steak. Kayla told me that the steak was also seasoned/salted the same way as the chicken. I asked if I could taste it to confirm and she declined my request. But I ordered the steak anyway and it tasted fine. The food here is fine, my review is based on the Manager who doesn't know how to manage. Rather than fixing my order and making the situation better. She questioned whether or not I was a regular at the restaurant because of her claim that the chicken was seasoned per Chipotle Corporate's instruction and it's the same way they do it everyday. Kayla could've handled this much better, instead she made it worse by questioning me and my guests and making us have wait in line rather than fixing our order. read more

I showed her my confirmation email and she told me to come inside to order and I wouldn't be charged again(you think?!). Went inside, had to wait in line for 10 minutes, got to the cashier, no apology, no offer for some free chips or a drink, nothing. She asked to see my confirmation email and sent me on my way. I love Chipotle. My boyfriend takes me all the time, but today was my first visit to this location. Don't ask me why we ate here. Idfk, because we should have turned around and walked out. This was our experience: 1. The pinto beans were dry. I get it. It happens, but these were beyond a little air exposed. We mentioned it and the worker removed them from the line. There weren't anymore cooked, so we settled for the less dry black beans. But guess what...the nasty beans they removed, yeah, they stirred them and served them from the back to the next guest that requested pinto beans. 2. I thought the rice wasn't very glisten-y, but I ignored myself and got it anyway. Once I started eating, I realized both the white and brown rice were dry and hard, possibly undercooked. I left the majority of mine in my burrito bowl. 3. The carne asada was dry. It wasn't running out, but they dumped some fresh carne asada on top, probably to cover the dry meat. 4. Let's talk stingy portions. I was getting a VEGGIE bowl. Don't freakin' jip me on the guacamole! Or rice! Or even lettuce for that matter! This ain't Deadpool. Don't serve me with your baby hand. Sheesh! 5. Now, price. I may have never paid attention to the price of a bottle of water at any Chipotle before, but I paid $2.45 for a bottle of Deer Park water. Are you kidding me?! We paid over $27 for the 2 of us and didn't even get chips! 6. And finally, it was kinda dirty. Not the filthiest, but there were food crumbs on empty tables, food on the floor, a not-so-pleasant toilet. The place wasn't busy at all. No reason to be so messy. This store just looks like it's being run by a bunch of kids that don't know wth they're doing, and there's no reason for it because there are reviews out there from a year ago that should have prompted management to take care of this. Smdh Chipotle, y'all need to get it together at this location. You're gonna make people sick. P.S. I'm pretty sure they saw my boyfriend taking pictures because they came out soon after and started cleaning everything on the line and in the dining room. I ordered a bowl with chicken, just about all the toppings that are on the menu. and I got a bowl of beans and rice and sour cream that was it...then I got a refund and ordered again and I thought "hey maybe they are out of chicken I'll do steak." And behold they gave me steak!...but then they drowned it in a kiddy sized pools worth of red salsa and it had only 1 other topping i ordered on it as well. just steak a oceans amount worth of salsa and sour cream. read more

First time at this relatively new location and was rather disappointed. We ordered online and picked up at the drive thru. Our order was completely wrong and because we trusted them to bag a simple order, we didn't realize it until we got home. When I called the store we were offered a "free entree" next time for stale chips, wrong food, etc. That didn't sit well with me. From there I contacted corporate and attached photos so they could compare what I ordered online vs what was received. The way corporate handled it took my one star review up to three stars. I emailed them, and I kid you not, within about three minutes I had a reply and was offered an apology and full refund. This is by far the worst chipotle I've been to, and I've been to a lot. It's really a shame because I live close, but it's always a let down. The rice is almost always undercooked and still hard, the meat is cut in huge chunks, the chips are always less than what I pay for, and the service is just bad. I'm always wondering who the manager is because it feels like the kids being left alone at home. Drive through was very convenient. We were able to place order on our app and it was ready to go as soon as we pulled up. Our order was missing our drink initially but the crew member was able to correct this quickly and with courtesy.
