I'm home trying to process an event that just took place. I walked into Wendy's to pick up an order for a customer. The person behind the counter handed me some cups for drinks. I'm certain to never fill drinks because I do not have a food handlers permit and it's not my job to handle drinks or food. Just deliver the food. ( I don't want someone getting COVID-19 because I fill a drink. I don't have access to running water) I expressed my concerns to the employee and they proceeded to loudly convey to the entire crew how stupid I was because I mentioned not having a food handlers permit for a drink. I expressed at that time again that I was a doordasher and frankly it isn't my job. At this point customers are laughing at me and making fun of my comment. I raise my voice and express that bottom line it isn't my job. The manager is ignoring me as I'm directing my comments to her. "Hey, I'm here to pick up an order, it isn't my job to fill drinks" the girl stnding next to her pouring fries turns to the manager and loudly starts to make fun me for my food handlers permit comment. Bumping elbows with the manager, makes eye contact and says "What's with your hair anyway? Dude, what's up with her hair. Isn't that hair for a black lady? She's not even a black lady" I'm not dumbfounded. The manager was saying "Stop. Just stop. That's enough" and FINALLY looks over at me. I start to say "EXCUSE ME. What is your name" girl said "Bull SHIT. My name is bull shit". The manager tries to get me to take the order and guilt me into taking it after I've expressed through broken sobs that I'm not delivering the order. I walk out of the restaurant and try to gain my composure because I'm in tears. I call Gabriel and mutter something to him... decide to go back into the store. The manager continues to talk over me and guilt me for not taking the order. I express through tears that I don't care about the order. I express that what happened was unacceptable and she tells me that she'll take care of the employee ALL WHILE TALKING OVER ME. I get to my car and I'm sobbing. I try to talk to the manager about the actions of her employee. She tells me it isn't appropriate for someone to lose their job over one time of acting out. I explain that it isn't fair for someone to lose their life because they're bullied and called names and made fun by an ENTIRE store. I told her that my BIGGEST fear happened today. I'm out an entire day's work because of her store. She started crying and I got off the phone. Today's events were honestly too much for my mental state. I don't know what to do. I didn't swear. I didn't call names. I didn't request a manager. I simply asked for the respect I deserved as an independent contractor trying to deliver their customer food and I was attacked by the entire store. read more

We stopped to grab some lunch while on a day trip. Our drive thru order was repeated back to us correctly. And the person was super friendly and clearly spoke into the microphone. A great start to our experience. When we went to pay, the cashier was a different person, didn't say a word to us about the total or order, and just grabbed the card. They took a bit to get the order out to us (which is fine because they were quite busy), but our order was completely wrong! They got 3 items correct out of the 8 items we ordered. 4 of the incorrect ones were 4 of the same thing! And they completely forgot the French fries for the last incorrect one! They didn't give us a receipt so we could show them what we were missing and what we actually ordered. And there was about a $10 difference from what we got versus what we ordered. I understand that it's busy, we stopped between 1:00 and 1:30 today, but not cool. And the fact that we didn't get a receipt or was even asked if we wanted a copy of our receipt to double check things was bit shady. read more

This location has hands down the worst customer service I've had at any restaurant. I've worked in several restaurants before so I understand it's not always easy or fun work but the way I saw people treated here is unacceptable! In my time at the location I watched several customers leave unhappy, got berated and talked down to by the manager on duty and listened to an employee in the back yell "let's just walk out and close down shop! Customers are being ridiculous today!" Customers in line in the lobby were completely ignored while they waited for anybody to even acknowledge there were people waiting. I went to the drive up.I asked the cashier if she had changed her gloves between The last customer and myself. She had not. She then shut the window,took her gloves off and looked at me and showed me her hands were bare. At this point I have not said anything else and the manager came. She pointed At me and said "we don't have to change our gloves just because you said we do" Already in defense mode, she continued to berate me. Anytime I tried to explain she would cut me off. I Finally yelled at her to shut up and listen That's on me! Other Statements she made during the mostly 1 sided conversation was they didn't have to be open for us.(hmm would like to see them pay their employees)And she had better things to do then deal with me and I should just leave. Also her son got in the middle of things and told me not to mess with his mother. When I opened the window to try and explain the son said he was calling the cops ( at my suggestion) yelled at me not to touch their property and I was banned. Slammed the window and locked it. Yes there's a lot more to the story yes there's 2 sides. When the cashier shut the window what I was going to ask her to do was just put some hand sanitizer on her gloves, that I had. I will totally admit where I was wrong but the manager had no reason to be defensive when she came to the window and there was nothing wrong until she made it wrong .we will not be back. read more

Wendy's has made a significant update on their menu. I felt a need to try this new item. When I pulled up to the restaurant I could tell it was in the GHETTO part of town because of emo teenagers congregating in the parking lot. I was agitated by them because they were purposely blocking all entrances to the restaurant. I circled around restaurant for hours trying to enter, but every time I got close the punks would surround my car and block me from entering the parking lot. I eventually decided to park in the next door McDonalds parking lot because of the sheer amount of time it was taking to enter. After parking In the McDonalds I began my walk back to Wendy's. After walking 50 feet I had to bend over to catch my breath. I didn't think I could physically walk another step. This turned out to be a real problem because I was now half way between my car and the Wendy's. After catching my breath for 30 minutes I used all of self motivation to drag my self another 10 feet. Except while walking there I collapsed to floor. I tried to stand up but I couldn't. Not knowing what to do I fumbled for my phone. I promptly dialed 911 for assistance. I told them my situation and to my supreme exasperation they didn't seem to make it a big priority to help me. They told me they were helping an elderly female after falling and braking her arm. I screamed at them that I needed attention now! To this they ignored me and hung up the phone. After this act of offense I reported the officers for verbal abuse on Ohio.org. After 2 hours of laying on the side walk the emo teens blocking the building recognized me. To my annoyance they didn't think to help me up and instead surrounded me. The teenagers began to circle around me and starting making noises like Hu-ha-hu-ha. They began flailing their arms back and forth while speaking in a language I didn't comprehend. I was APPALLED that they could be so blatantly racist and not get arrested. It is because of their racism that I desired with all my heart to get up.I then proceeded to do so. After pushing through my physical limits I arose. I was now able to confront the thugs. I yelled at them to stop blocking the Wendy's parking lot. And to cease the chanting. I spat at them that were selfish and needed to correct their ways. However to my upmost annoyance they didn't listen at all and continued their ritual. Deciding this must come to force I wiped out my pocket taser to show them who's boss. I grabbed one of the teens by the neck with my meaty hands and tased him. He crumbled to the floor like Jenga blocks. His equals didn't seem to be so confident now ! I shouted at them to give me all their food as tribute to their terrible behavior. They were willing to do anything after seeing what happened to their friend, Who by the way was still unconscious and laying on the floor. The emo punks handed me all of their food. I now had a feast of Wendy's and seeing no need to enter the building, kindly started eating the food right there. They even had the new strawberry frosty in a large size! However I was famished after my long journey I longed for a place to rest my legs. While the teenagers were in fear I decided I could use a servant or two. I threatened they must do as I say or they will meet the same fate as their friend. As my first command I ordered them to find a chair and bring it to my in timely fashion. They immediately ran off to find me one. However it has been multiple days since then and they still HAVEN'T RETURNED! To this day I am still unmoved, sitting in the Wendy's parking lot. However on the bright side I did get a bunch of free food and a handful of servants so I would recommend Wendy's to anyone in need of either of these two things!! read more

I think we can all say we have been to dozens of Wendy's locations in our lifetime, everytime I go and I order a burger without a bun regardless of what kind of burger (it could have 12 different toppings on it) it always comes with just the patty and cheese literally nothing else and I've always gotten so frustrated cause i never order it without the condiments but somehow I end up paying 7 bucks for a burger with nothing on it when I only asked for no bun. Well we ordered delivery from this location and we've never had any issues with what we normally get (never the no bun burger) but this time I thought I'd order the burger I wanted in hopes that it would be correct but I didn't have my hope too high, I also ordered a few other things on it and when I got it it was exactly what I wanted with literally everything on it except the bun, I know this probably sounds so dumb to be this excited about it but I kid you not I've never had a Wendy's make it correctly, also We've always had a really good experience at this location with fast friendly service read more

My rating based on my drive-thru experience. First, worker came across as being annoyed in taking my order. Then, a second worker asked if I would be fine for my 4-piece chicken nuggets to only have 3 nuggets because the 4th nugget wasn't ready. Then, on my group's three orders of nuggets, they forgot to add the dipping sauce on all three. To top off the poor rating, the hamburgers may not be frozen, but my bun felt like it. I order from this Wendy's a lot, and I usually get good service. I'm not one to write reviews, but this service was bad enough to write this one. Today when I pulled up, the girl who took my order couldn't stop giggling long enough to take it. I worked at Wendy's for over a year, so I know how things should be ran and how the food should be presented. The bacon fries I ordered didn't have any nacho cheese, just a bunch of shredded cheese that couldn't even melt because the fries they gave me were old. Oh, so many things to hate about this location. Where to begin?... Let's just sum up our most recent experience: My husband and I came here one evening and waited to be helped for ten minutes while the two stoned teenagers behind the counter tried to fix the incorrectly entered order before ours. They had only one register open, causing the person resolving the issue to prevent all other orders from being taken. As I watched them all shuffle to expedite the order I thought, "Maybe this was a mistake". We ordered quickly and clearly and we were given our order number. About five minutes later our order number was called. I went up to get it only to discover that the asshat before us took our tray with his own. I then told the stoned teenager about the mishap then repeated myself when he gave me a blank stare and let out a "huh?". I then proceeded to wait fifteen more minutes for my order to be replaced. But alas, they couldn't fulfill my original order because my first tray (you know, the one someone else took) had the last remaining salad on it. I ordered something different, received my order, and sat down tensely. Upon completion of our meal, my husband went back up to get our drink refilled. He waited for ten minutes. While waiting he was unfortunate enough to overhear one of the employees and his girlfriend as they discussed his intentions to purchase alcohol for her seeing as how she is underage. Finally the other employee shuffled to my husband and while filling up our drink said what every customer hopes to hear from the person preparing his food: "Man, I am so sick". The people that help you at front counter don't go far and beyond at all. The food was horrible I could have made better salad than that. Baked potato cold and old tasting !! I love Wendy's fries, and frostys, so every once and while I stop here to get my fix. The service is good, have had no issues, and the drive thru is always quick. They do not have a low clearance drive thru so my big work truck can easily go thru, that's a big deal for me, as most fast food places only have a 12' clearance. So thank you Wendy's!! read more

I got a jr. frosty ...but I had ordered a normal frosty ..so that was lame. The kid was really sweet though.

This employee working the late night shift opened the window and gave us extra sauce even after the store had closed. He was so nice and friendly, even though we were 10 minutes past the 1 am closing time. I would have been annoyed but he was so friendly and helped us after seeing us pull into the drive through. The workers were very rude and looked at me like they wanted to fight me, after getting my food I told this lady thank you and she just glared at me and didn't say anything else.
