Barry's is absolutely amazing!! The food hit the spot and I couldn't stop eating even after I was full. The bacon cheeseburger, Western bacon cheese, fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and Oreo/Butterfinger shake were all delicious. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks had the perfect crisp to them. The best part? The white sauce and fry sauce. Truly some of the best sauce I've had. In addition to all of the incredible food, the service was great. The atmosphere was clean and spacious with lots of seating. The owner, Warren, is a very kind and friendly individual who clearly cares about providing high quality food to his customers. Can't wait to come back here whenever I'm in the area again. When I asked her to repeat my order, I corrected her & she argued with me & then kept talking over me, while I was trying to get my order correct. They also forgot my shake... Please train your young employees that the customer is always right...especially before they pay for anything & you should never argue with a customer. read more

Went on a Friday morning shortly after opening in the drive thru. I didn't mind the wait, it was worth it. Portions are big and filling. Shakes are nice and thick. Fries are best eaten warm as they will get soggy if you let them sit in the container. Staff was super friendly. Idk why some reviews are so bad. I've always loved Barry's fries! They were delicious and didn't need any fry sauce but now there's no seasoning on the fries and have to smother them in fry sauce very disappointing. Also got the wrong change back! Went through drive thru total was $13.25 if paying with card I paid with cash they gave me my change and even said $3.11 is your change and only got $2.11 back so would've just been cheaper for me to pay with card! read more

Barry's has been a part of my life since the early 80s. They have had an awesome menu from day one. The service has always been above par and the restaurant always clean. Today my visit to Barry's broke my heart. We have never had to wait for our food as long as we did today. Every table was filthy and the dining room manager played on her phone rather than keep things clean. The garbage cans were overflowing.The food was still good but the decline in atmosphere is very noticeable. I feel bad that I couldn't give them a good review today. Service was good but food was not what we expected. The salad is shredded lettuce the chili on the chili cheese fries tasted like it was from the can. And the overall food was just okay. For the price I would have expected better tasting higher quality drive in food. But didn't get it. Very very yummy. Shakes are amazing (especially the cookies and cream), the burgers are great, fries are pretty good, and chicken is decent. Sometimes they are a little slow and a few of the workers seem like they have no idea what they're doing though. And there are lots of food left over on tables. But food is great. read more

Good burgers, fries and shakes. I ordered a hamburger with no pickles and really liked it. The burger was a thin patty with a nice char. The bun was soft and the condiments plentiful. The fries were on the soft side so not crispy. I had them add the spicy seasoning on them. The spicy seasoning was not on the menu, but I saw others on Yelp had the seasoning added so asked for the addition to my meal. I really liked the spicy seasoning and wished there was more seasoning on them. I had a bite of my little boys cookie dough shake. The shake had big chunks of cookie dough in it and the ice cream high quality. The fry sauce is not homemade but was a prepackaged sauce, as well as the ranch. The employees were nice and the long drive through line moved fairly quickly. If I was in the area, I'd stop by and get food here, but I would not go out of my way to get food. read more

When going inside, the first set of doors is push, the second set is pull FYI lol It was my first time inside, but I decided to eat the Patty Melt that they had because I'm a huge fan of Whataburger! It was actually really disappointing; it was not seasoned at all, no flavor whatsoever, and had to drench it in fry sauce for some type of flavor in it. It was my first & last time ordering this. Onion rings were pretty good tho. Obviously it's older building for sure, but I think it would be dope if it got renovated. It's pretty crammed in there; highly recommend the drive thru. read more

There can never be too many greasy spoons, and when they're as delicious as Barry's, even better! This may be one of the few restaurants, for me at least, where it is more convenient to park and eat inside than it is to maneuver through the drive-thru. It is always really busy and unless you're entering from the south, it can be difficult to get in moto the line. Despite the small parking lot, I still find myself coming back over and over again. Their food, their staff, their pricing. It's hard to beat. And their "white sauce" is delicious. It's an older building, but they have managed to keep it in good condition and they frequently are out in the dining area keeping it clean. One of the best spots for a burger and a shake! read more

It's been a while since I've been to Barry's. I used to love a good grease pit burger.. and this one was a tasty pastrami burger with fries. But, alas, over priced.. and merely okay. I got the meal because it was cheaper than just getting the burger and fries.. but I don't like to drink soda..and so I indulged a little in a 7up with a little Mt Dew.. terrible idea.. anyways. The whole meal sits in the tummy for a while and is heavy as a brick.. but it's what I signed up for. Problem is, the owner is always there and the pervading attitude from the crew is apathy and condescension... It's really just your standard greasy burger joint and the building is nothing special.. might be about time for a remodel and rebranding.. but people still line up down the block for the drive thru, so if you've got a hankering for a good greasy burger, this place is for you. read more

I've been to Barry's on just a few rare occasions. I like the picadilly chips. The last time I went, I was bullied by the owner (I believe) for a medical condition I have with my skin that makes it very, very red, a diagnosis that's painful and incurable and that I am already very self-conscious about. Keep in mind that we're talking about the boss here. A 55yo+ (ish) grown man making fun of a female customer's appearance. This was not some 16-year-old teenager behind the register. It was SHOCKING. The cashier, who I'd also never met, immediately came to my defense and got in his face about it and made him leave, and then fell all over herself apologizing to me and saying how rude and derogatory the guy is to women all the time. She even shared some of the bullying she'd experienced from him as her boss. I could not believe this was happening. I was so taken aback that I didn't make a scene or even say anything at all, except to tell the cashier that I have a medical condition I can't help, and that I couldn't believe how bad this man just made me feel. And for what reason? No reason at all, other than to be a total jerk to a complete stranger and paying customer no less! Before driving off, the last thing the cashier said to me was, "If you ever have a daughter who needs a job, NEVER EVER let her come here." Shame on this man, big time. read more

Food is average. We ordered 3 cups of water and our total went up by around 10 dollars. We asked them how much each cup was and they said 2.75 for a cup of water (not bottled, not sparkling, not flavored, just tap water). Clearly I wasn't going to pay that for cups of water, and then they decided to give them to us for free when I told them I didn't want them anymore. So weird. read more

Fast food burger joint that is better than most. Drive past this place many times and always see long lines at the drive-in and said to myself this place always hopping, most be good. Nothing gourmet about this place and for that reason you not see me give anything higher than a 3 but its certainly better than Burger King, McDonalds, Wendy's. Had what you would expect, burger, fries and coke which is the combo although not a soda guy unless it's spiked with rum, whiskey or vodka but bottles water was not part of the combo. Service is fast and friendly but don't head there during rush hour. No pictures for fast food unless it's funny. read more

Cashiers were to worried about talking to each other then working. Order to wester cheeseburgers and they forgot the cheese??? I can order a western bacon cheeseburger at Red Robin for less money and they don't forget the cheese and have better service. Last couple visits have been sub par. I love going to Barry's with my family. We usually hit up the drive thru for some double burgers and grilled chicken sandwich. Best Pepsi and scones in town. Gives old schoolish vibes inside. I have a buddy in Spanish Fork that loves this place and turned me onto it. The food is always good, and the white sauce is dope. I always get the Western Bacon burger, and my buddy always gets the pastrami, so I can't comment on the other menu items, but its been great every time I've been. It is a LITTLE pricey, but its what to expect when ordering from a local mom and pop store, and the prices don't stop me from coming back. You're not gonna go wrong with this place, it can get busy at times in the drive thru, so often, getting it to go and ordering inside is the way to go. read more

I'm all about supporting small restaurants. I especially like to try places when I am traveling. This place was just OK for me. The food came out pretty quickly which tells me its premade. The burger was a little bit cold despite 100° temperatures outside. They don't make their own fry sauce either. I was excited to try the fries as people had talked about how excellent they were but they were just plain french fries with the tiniest a bit of seasoning sprinkled on as an afterthought. I do like drive in options because I have a dog and I can't bring him into the restaurant. However the employee could barely hear me , and I could barely hear her. This made for a frustrating ordering experience. If you're going to have a drive-through make sure your speaker is clear enough for customers and employees to hear one another.
