The staff sucks and they don't know ANYTHING about the beers they have. Whenever I have gone, they always seem scatterbrained when I ask what beer is good or what's a lighter beer of their specials or monthly beers they have and no one ever seems to have any good suggestions or they just say well. The last table ordered this and I don't need to order what the last table ordered. I want my server who works at a brewery to know what beer is best for what I like totally went downhill in the last couple years. And they laid off their staff with no warning and then hired the ones they liked back on because I have a friend who used to work there and she let me know everything that was going on and how the new management is shit and people just honestly shouldn't go there because they don't know what they're doing and the management clearly doesn't care for employees to lose a job with no notice read more

I've given this location several chances because it's locally owned and close to home....but it's always a bust. Their beer is bad and their food is overpriced and mediocre. The overall atmosphere is cold and not welcoming. The Reuben sandwich is horrific, and both times I ordered pizza, it came out burned. TL; DR Well done casual, fun vibe Good service and food Moderate prices Thursday evening 6:30. I'm dining solo so I sit at the bar. Greeted right away, ordered beer and it came right now. The menu is typical pub food but most everything is made in-house. Several regulars all sat along the West side of the bar. They all seemed friendly. I had the prime rib dip which was good; about six ounces of beef which I'd say is a minimum at these prices. Sandwich was served with horseradish mayo ...pardon me, aioli, and a pretty good jus. The roll was good (I think house made, or locally anyhow.) Bartenders checked with me after food arrived (good), and didn't let my drink sit empty but were not annoying about it: professional. They don't take reservations but only a 15 minute wait for our party of 9 on a Saturday night! Hostesses were kind and accommodating getting us seated with two little ones in our group. There were old bikes and motorcycle things in this fun rustic brewery, never leaving the eyes bored. Music playing but able to talk to everyone just fine. Nice outdoor seating available and delicious food options that surely everyone can pick something they like! We had fried pickles, spinach, dip, and cheese curds for an appetizer. We were quoted 40-45 min which we agreed to. It took over an hour to be seated. A group the same size as us came in and immediately the hostess told us she was going to sit them first then grab us. Mind you, we had a baby with us and had been told our table was going to be ready soon multiple times at this point. This was distasteful. My husband's food came out 20 min later than everyone else's as well. It would have been better if it was communicated that his food was going to be significantly delayed. Looking for somewhere close to our hotel. The parking lot was pretty full (they share with other businesses) but when we walked in, we saw there were plenty of tables available. We were seated immediately and within a couple of minutes our waiter was there. We ordered two of their beers, Honey Bandit & Ape Hangar. They came in large mugs for $8.00 which is extremely reasonable. We both ordered the soup of the day - Tomato Basil. It was warm and rich and perfect for a cold and rainy day. For dinner we both ordered the Steak Salad - medium rare. The meat was perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and tender. It was set on top of a bed of mixed greens, tender and crispy asparagus, corn, pickled onions, and crumbled blue cheese. They came with two containers of blue cheese dressing. I asked for a smaller bag for a smaller "to go" order, I paid a ridiculous amount of money for a side of firecracker slaw and coconut shrimp and apparently you can't have a smaller bag than one that would fit a small Cadillac. Also...firecracker slaw should be more than italian dressing and extra pepper. Update your menu. It's boring. Refresh your staff. And ask them to maybe shower and care. Clean your restaurant. Good spot...stopped by on way home to Vegas after being in American Fork...cool interior, somewhat like a garage...strap tank is an old Harley Davidson term hence the name and garage feel...the beer was good, even though in Utah it's topped out at 5%....it was the ape hangar IPA...nice taste, very subtle...the food was good, the spinach artichoke dip was tasty, the pita slices were warm and good to dip into the spread...the coconut shrimp was cooked well, deeply fried with a nice texture...the accompanying orange marmalade dip was outstanding...the service was fine although a tad on the slower side, in her defense she was by herself behind the bar and there was a sizable crowd at that time of day....also, being from Vegas we are accustomed to faster service so she was fine...all in all a good experience and would return if in the area again...family friendly as well so there is that too!! First time at this location. Love the decor. Visited during lunch. Sat at the bar, was greeted within a reasonable amount of time. Started out with a banana Hefeweizen , it was good but didn't notice a lot of banana taste, compared. Bartender was great, only one working the bar seating and drinks so it took a minute to order. Order coconut shrimp, it came out quick, hot, and was delish. Marmalade was good enough to drink alone. Service. Let me walk you through one of my top 5 worst dining experiences ever. To put it in perspective I'm going to give full context and time frames. My party and I arrive at the restaurant at 5:30 pm. May 13th 2025. We wait about 5 minutes to be sat in the back of the restaurant as we were a party of 10. No big deal. We get settled at roughly 5:40 and proceed to wait for our server. By 5:55 our server Konani makes it to the table to take a drink order. No big deal, it's just 15 minutes. Surely that isn't going to be the theme of the evening... right... keep in mind a few members of our group ordered alcohol and she had collected our IDs. Keep in mind she made jokes about how she was going to "STEAL" them. By 6:15 she has returned with our drinks. We have now been at the restaurant for 45 minutes. And only our drinks have arrived and no food has been ordered as we weren't given the option. As she is dropping off the drinks we put in our appetizer orders, she hadn't given back our tables IDs yet. Fast forward to 6:40 we have now been in the restaurant for an hour and 10 minutes and have just gotten our drinks and appetizers. Bare in mind she still hadn't given anyone their ids back. We place our food order. And of course everyone had already finished their drinks because it had been over a half an hour since they had been brought to the table. No refills were provided at this time. Fast forward to 7:15 we have now been in the restaurant for nearly 2 hours, with 1 round of drinks, our appetizers, and now half our food makes it to the table. Imagine our surprise as more than half of everyone's food was prepared incorrectly, I don't blame the kitchen staff, I do believe our server Konani had rang the orders in incorrectly. Bare in mind, still no IDs were given back, and 3 people at our table didn't receive their food. Our server asks one person what they had ordered and tried to scurry away but I stopped her and asked if she could get me a glass of water. As it had been over an hour since we had gotten our drinks. Fastforward to 7:30. She has brought one of the missing meals. Oh and I had forgotten to mention this earlier, but a member at our table hadn't gotten his drink at all to begin with until this point. Before she leaves again we quickly asked her to return our IDs as she had them in her pocket for nearly 2 hours. And that 2 more people hadn't received their food and that I needed a glass of water. Her next return to the table was hastier than every previous encounter, cool. Did she have the missing food with her? No did she have the missing drink with her? NO, did she have my simple glass of water with her? NO! What she did have was 2 glasses of Beer that nobody ordered and gave them to me as a substitute for water. At this point I was fed up with the situation and wanted to leave. So I went to the service station and asked for to go boxes, for the food that was made wrong, packed up my stuff and headed for the door. Before leaving I asked the hostess to send a manager to the table to reconcile the situation, imagine my surprise when my party had told me a manager never came to the table. On my drive home I was informed that the missing food and drink had made it to the table at roughly 8:10. This is a long review I know but remember how at the beginning i mentioned that we got to the restaurant at 5:30??? 2 hours and 40 minutes later our table got the food that we ordered. ABYSMAL service. With a capital, IM NEVER GOING BACK. Konani should not be a server. She was clearly incapable of doing the job, along with that other tables in her section were also very upset with the service they received, and managers actually visited their tables. The restaurant was less busy than I had personally ever seen it. Way to take a celebration amongst coworkers and turn it into a multi hour nightmare. If konani is looking for another position, id recommend making her a bathroom attendant. Because her service is shit. And to the managers at the establishment. Do better, hire better, the market is flooded with applicants. I know, I just hired 18 people for foodservice jobs. It isn't challenging to make sure that your staff is competent and capable of completing tasks as simple as serving tables in a section that fits 7 tables max. In summary. I doubt any of us will be back, AND what a tragic loss because previously we enjoyed the food and atmosphere. To all readers I would recommend requesting a different server than Konani unless you want her to steal your IDs, make all your food incorrectly, and extend what should be an hour, hour and a half dining experience into a never ending nightmare. We had been there the weekend before and ordered the strap tank Bloody Mary which comes with all the fixins- bacon olives celery carrot etc Today we order the strap tank and it with lemon and lime. When we ask the waitress she tells us the bar is backed up. So your bar is backed up but you're still going to charge us extra for everything we didn't get. Then every round ordered came I. 3 different glasses. So we did the Starbucks, fill the cup challenge. We definitely got shorted twice! Management better step it up! This is brewery visit #228 for me.it's cool that it is motorcycle themed and right next to two motorcycle dealerships, Harley and Legend. STB has a big indoor space. Definitely not your little neighborhood brewery. Horseshoe shaped bar with about 25 seats or so. No flights here by bar policy, but I could get two tasters at a time. First up was the ALTernator Alt bier. Nice color but a little lime on the nose. Kinda weird. And then I got lime on tasting it as well. Lime is, to say the least, atypical in an altbier. Perhaps there was a little lime on the glass. Ape Hanger hazy pale ale was next up. This had a great but light hop aroma and the flavors were good. Not heavy on the bitterness at all. Wonderful Wassail followed. This is a cider-beer hybrid that you don't find very often. A graff has some of the great characteristics of a cider, refreshing and flavorful without the stomach numbing sourness that some ciders have. This was pretty tasty and would be really good with a few spices added around Christmas. Pie or Die fruited sour is billed with flavors of key lime pie and Graham crackers. I definitely got key lime pie and the Graham cracker follows at the end. This was actually a really good beer. SWPFTD is not a sour beer fan but even she might enjoy this one. I ordered up an appetizer of meatballs and onion straws, and decided to go with a pint of the Ape Hanger to accompany it. I didn't love the meatballs unfortunately. They were pretty dry and needed a side of BBQ sauce and swigs of beer to wash them down. On the positive side they were flavorful. Amanda was working the bar and she was friendly and attentive without being pushy. This restaurant has a pleasant patio and a great menu. Parking is very easy and will only be a problem when the restaurant is very busy. Great beer selections although they may not have every beer available when you get there. I ordered the fish (cod) and chips. Unfortunately the cod was not very flavorful and the batter was heavy and tasteless. The chips were fine. The waiter was very attentive and the misters kept the patio nice and cool.
