Should have looked at the reviews - but that's on me it was late and they were open, but being open doesn't mean it's worth it. I ordered a spicy chicken with ketchup and mayo, instead I got a cheese burger with lettuce onions tomato and pickles. I ordered a Dr Pepper, I got a root beer. Literally just need up throwing it away and wasting the money, I get that people don't take pride in their work anymore, and unless it's Chick-fil-A, fast food is dead but come on how hard is it to just read? I was traveling from New jersey down to Georgia we stopped at this Wendy's for lunch. I was the only one on line nobody acknowledged me. I asked if somebody could take my order and they said somebody will be with me. The employees were in the back laughing and cursing not doing their work. I like the family container of chili for $10.00. Feeds six of us. Easy dinner. It's hard for me to get in and out because I have to cross traffic. I have to wait for the light to turn red They have finally replaced the speaker at the order line. This Wendy's is absolute TRASH. We waited just to order and then when we did we waited 15mins. After 15 mins I went in and my Order was wrong. They said they ran out of things but failed to tell me that. I asked for a refund and it took ANOTHER 20 mins just to get a refund. The manager's name was Craig and he actually sent someone to give me the refund. Never received an apology or anything. He couldn't even give me the refund himself. TRASH read more

This Wendy's has gone downhill fast. I have had multiple horrible experiences in the last 2 months alone as a food delivery driver. The evening employee at the window is extremely rude. If you are trying to get food after 1800, good luck. The main doors lock before 1800 and if you are trying pick up an order for delivery through the drive through because the doors are locked, you are informed to come inside to pick up your order. I explained to the girl at window that the door was locked and she rolled her eyes in return, cocked her head to the side and leaned out the window saying that I was wasting her time by telling her this and that all deliveries must come in. She had another employee unlock the drive through side door for me to come in and pick up the order. After entering, I asked if everything was in my order, I received a nod of her head and slid my food across the counter to me, followed by her pointing to the door. I am a delivery driver. I came through the drive thru with an order for a customer. I was asked to pull in a spot and wait on the order. No big deal. They bring out the customer's order I was waiting for and asked me to call the customer to see if the customer would be willing to substitute the order for something other than chili. I called the customer while the cocky young girl was handing me the remaining portion that they had prepared of the order. The customer requested to just cancel the order. I passed on the customer's word and handed the order back to the girl. As I was pulling out of my parking spot I had another order come through for delivery. I go back around to the drive thru window and once again the team asked me to pull aside while they got the order together. I waited a good 15 minutes. The same cocky girl comes out laughing hysterically with her work buddy and hands me the order. I look as the girl goes back in the building and it's the same exact order they previously handed me for the previous customer. The app representative canceled out the order at the last minute..I was instructed to keep the order or dispose it at my discretion. The drink had no ice. You could tell it sat a while. The top was watered down. I opened the bag the fries were rubbery and cold. Everything was far from fresh. ​I work with this store on a regular basis. It's nothing but games with them. read more

Wanted a bowl of chili, so went thru the drive-thru. Should have made it at home. I am aware of how their chili is made with unused hamburger patties, however, the beef in this chili was so hard they must have used those patties that were over cooked. And the beans were undercooked. The staff at the window was rude. And they forgot my chicken nuggets(that are way overpriced anyway). Horrible read more

Waited an excessive amount of time in the drive-thru just to get to the speaker and have them say they don't have fries or chicken nuggets! Really?! No fries tho? Do yourselves a favor and skip this headache and go the extra few minutes to the Godwin location where the customer service is a lot better and they not only have the item you want but it tastes fresher! read more

The young lady who was taking my order, continuously interrupted me while I was trying to tell her my order, which was a pretty simple order. Then I pull around to the window and the manager is bagging the food with NOT a MASK in site. Another young man walks by the window without a mask. I was then told that I needed to pull my vehicle up bc we were waiting on near, but when they brought my food out all 4 of my sandwiches, nuggets, and fries were cold. This is one of the worst experiences I've had at a fast food since COVID19 started. My wife and I go out very rarely. We made the mistake of not eating before we went out. After the show, we decided we wanted to eat. Wendy's was the best option as far as we were concerned. We went to pull into their drive thru at 10:40 pm, and they had a delivery truck across the drive thru. The guy standing by the drive thru board told us the drive thru was closed temporarily and that the lobby had closed at 10. Who the hell takes a delivery for their store, and closes it during advertised hours? I'm sure Taco Bell appreciated the business. read more

Poorly managed. Always long waits and orders are usually missing items. It's a shame because I otherwise love Wendy's.

As with any yelper, we tend to make a mistake every once in a blue moon with our dining choices and this is mine. We had a huge family to feed so we ordered 30 .99 cent burgers and 10 fries for a family of 14 with a wait time of around 30 mins which is an average of 1 min per burger which isn't too bad. Customer service was ok but they were accommodating with our big order. The burgers tasted ok but the bun was dry and the fries were partially cooked. Probably due to the fact that they had to make them quick! All in all it was an OK meal but not something worth repeating in the near future. read more
