The drive through line was very long. Hey it happens, places get busy & workers get overwhelmed. However the amount of time it took for me to get my food from when I got in line WAS 45 MINUTES! A rough estimate of cars in front of me is 6-7. That's 12 mins per customer. There's no way.. so i popped my head inside. One worker was busting there butt another SITTING and saying "idc they can wait" while another had zero sense of urgency. PLEASE let corporate see this & get this location under control. This is probably one of the worst experiences i have had at wendy's. I had a simple order of 2 medium frosty which ended up being a 20 minute wait. When i got the first one, it was only halfway full and the second one was strawberry which was not even the right flavor. We then had to wait 20 minutes for a new chocolate frosty and the employee who brought it out gave it to another car before us. I love Wendy's. When it comes to fast food, Wendy's is usually my first choice. Wendy's was my very first job as I teen and I never got tired of it. I'm not sure if it's a new team but this location has been slipping lately. My neighbor told me she doesn't go to this location anymore because they ALWAYS mess up her order. I thought REALLY?!? I've never had a problem. The exact same day, I go to Wendy's, when I get home I realize they forget part of my order so I have to come all the way back. Next visit, I only had one pattie on a sandwich that should have had two. Today's visit, when I get to window, they almost charged me for someone else's order, and two separate employees came to the window confused and asked me what did I order. I really believe my neighbor jinxed me because ever since we had that conversation, I've had issues with my order. Now I'm questioning if I'll come back to this location again. read more

This may be fast food but I really love this location. My son has serious food allergies and he likes that he can come here and order food that isn't stuffed with bread or dairy products. Every time we come our order is super weird; we add stuff or take away a bunch of stuff and it is ALWAYS right. I can't even tell you how many times we have gone to a fast food place, got home and his food was wrong so we had to wrangle something from the fridge for him to eat. It is already difficult enough for a child to have serious allergies, but to be excluded due to the carelessness of others is heartbreaking. Not here, this Wendy's makes sure to get it right each and every time. I make sure to let them know how much I appreciate it. My only complaint is their lobby service is often very slow due to the high traffic in drive through. read more

I went to pick up my online order and after they took a while to locate it , I was told to go inside because they didn't have it ready. I mentioned I have a car full of kids and rather not take everyone out of the car and if I can pull up in one of the online pick up spots and have them bring it out. I had a reason for why I had a drive through pick up. It was the actual manager I was taking to and she told me TO DRIVE AROUND. I couldn't believe that she actually suggested I burn my gas driving around because they couldn't get my order ready in time and I had her repeat because I couldn't hear . She actually YELLED for the second time ,,DRIVE AROUND!!!!!'' I got yelled at at the freaking Wendy' s drive through ! The place is nasty to begin with but the way they treat their customers should be enough to get this lady fired. Extremely slow. Went around dinner time and the drive thru line was horrendously long. So we decided to go inside. What a nightmare. Only one register open and the two girls working there were working on two speeds, slow and slower. I dont think they really cared what was going on. It will piss you off something serious... Location: Directly on busy Godwin Blvd, which, in this up and thriving section of the city, serves as the main street before it officially turns into "Main Street". It's situated between Ruby Tuesday and 7-Eleven to its north and south and Obici Hospital across the street on its west side. Parking is plentiful although getting to the parking lot can be a little confusing at first. The access from the 7-Eleven side is constructed in a basic Walmart parking lot layout style, were one lane turns into another before swooping back into itself and becoming anew. Yeah, let that marinate! In other words, keep your head on a swivel. Interior: This a fairly new constructed site. When I used to live out here this patch of land was just trees. Ample seating and if you're a fan of wainscoting then this interior will place you in a state if nirvana. It's too much for me. The place is kept relatively clean including the bathrooms. Staff: Well, here's the thing. Can a staff be both friendly AND highly inefficient? Isn't that like a restaurant oxymoron? It's like, walk in and get a courtesy greeting and a smile to offset the 20 minute WAIT for your order! No bueno. For this to be labeled as "fast" food don't believe the hype. I've witnessed slugs move faster. On sheets of ice! But truth of the matter is that this falls squarely in the shoulders of management and highlights the quality of leadership, or the lack thereof. If this was a traditional sitdown establishment then the slow delivery of the product would be more understandable but the wait for a burger or a few nuggets is unsat! The weirdest thing is, the Burger King a block or so up the road suffers from the same affliction! Totally unreal! Final thoughts: Unfortunately, this is the destination of choice for many people because of the lack of fast food dining options in the area. Just went through Wendy's drive through and ordered 2 meals. 1 was a single cheese combo extra onions and extra tomatos. The burger had 2 onions and 2 end of the tomato. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous. Who is going to eat the ends of the tomato with the green/brown middle showing. This evening I went to Wendy's and it was very filthy where they cook at. There was food all over the floor and counters. Not only did it need to be swept but mopped as well. The counters needed a good scrubbing. There was a person getting something out of the steamers. The access water he was pouring it in the trash but then returning the object back into the steamer after it being over the water. I waited at least 20-25 mins for my food that is why I was able to see everything. This location needs to do better with them being cleaner where food is being prepared.
