The food was bland and Can toy believe they don't have pork anymore????? Oh Lord, Jesus! Why no more pork??? The steak tasted old and I asked for the chips to be hot but they were cold and super salty. I ordered the "Moe Meat" bowl. It lacked flavor to be honest. I am hoping it is just this location that had bland food. Taco Bell has more flavor in their tube beef than this place. I brought it home thinking I could doctor it up. But I may just trash it and move on. The service was meh. They don't smile as if they are happy to see you. It would be nice to get a smile for the price (2 combos, add guacamole and queso for $46). I love Moe's. It's like a every Friday thing for me until about two weeks ago when this teenager comes in carrying his pet dog, and before you say anything, it was not a service dog. I know people love their pets, but it's some places they don't belong. After a while, he got tired of carrying him and put him on the floor. Great spot on Main Street in Suffolk. Employees are friendly, restaurant is clean, and the food is always good! I'm a fan of the John Coctostan quesadilla! They are willing to add any and all ingredients to it, so you can add beans, rice, or other veggies. Very good and very filling. My wife loves their burrito bowls with guacamole and queso on the side. The free chips and salsa bar complete the meal perfectly. Also, make sure you go on Monday's to get a free upgrade to a meal! You'll get a drink included for the same price. My biggest concern is the parking scenario at this location. It's not very easy to get in and out of due to the stoplight right by the entrance. You may want to park closer to Panera since it's out of the way and won't be as busy. read more

We enjoy Moe's back home in Florida, and ventured here on Wednesday night for the local kid's night. The staff behind the counter was very friendly, and recognized my oldest's family as regulars. Food was fresh and hot and served promptly. One of the kids spilled their Queso shortly after arriving at the table and they promptly gave them a new one, no questions asked. Unlike most fast food restaurants, they actually came by the table a couple of times to ask if we needed anything and if everything was okay. Don't see that very often in fast food. Yes, Moe's is a chain, but for a quick good lunch or a fast dinner while out running around, it is one we will frequent as the food is always fresh no matter when you go. read more

This is my third time eating from Moe's but my first time eating in. The food is very good. Love the salsa. It's a lot like the one I make at home (I ate the three bears medium). Very disappointed in this locations lack of attention to detail! I have eaten here in person many times with no problem! Tonight however was a different story. I was working late and decided to place my order through the app, and my husband went and picked it up. (He did not check the order before he left the store). I had chosen the "make it a meal" option for my bowl, and had paid extra for a Cup of queso! However, when we unpacked the bag, we only got a side of queso!! The service wasn't bad and the staff was friendly and fast. The food however was not up the the usual quality of Moe's. The meat was very greasy. The salsas all had some of the same taste as though someone has used the bowl or something to make them without cleaning. This was my first Moe's visit. I went on the recommendations of my son and his girlfriend. It was not busy when we entered and I think every employee said Hi, welcome to Moe's. High five to who trains at this store. They were top notch and much better at customer service than more expensive resteraunts. The food was fresh and made with every little request The place was spotless. The only some what of a complaint was I did not care much for the pico de gallo. It was lacking flavor for me. Huge shout out to Brian Hollowell and the crew at Moe's Southwest Grill in Suffolk in Main St. They provided a catered meal for the nursing staff at Autumn Care of Suffolk to honor their hard work during this pandemic. The food was excellent, hot and ready on time. It was pouring down rain when I arrived to pick it up and the staff explained everything and how to set up the trays and provided sterno. The guys carried it all to my car and could not have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you for your kindness in celebrating our front line workers. My review is going to be on my recent catering experience and food quality. I recently ordered Moe's to be catered to a large group at a meeting I was attending. I placed the order several days in advance with no issues. I called the day before to confirm the order and the guy was super helpful and confirmed my order in detail. They delivered the food right when they said they would, and the lady set everything up. Which I can imagine would be stressful for her as our meeting ran over and was still going on while she was unwrapping aluminum foil and setting up lunch. I quickly received a phone call from the guy I had confirmed with the day before apologizing that they had mixed up my order with another and while all a majority of my order had arrived, all the toppings were still at the store. But he said he had already sent another driver out to bring me that stuff so it shouldn't be an issue. The second driver got there about 5 minutes later and the entire lunch was set up. I honestly would have given this a 5 star review had it not been for the mix up with my order. And it didn't delay our lunch since out meeting ran over, but it was a huge inconvenience to me having to constantly get up and answer my phone and to let people in/out of the building. The food was amazing as usual, and I was BLOWN away at the amount of queso we received. I ordered for 30 people expecting a small portion of their amazing queso, but there was a massive tray of it. Which was good because everyone poured it on everything. I would definitely recommend Moe's if you are looking to cater an event, while I had a small snag with mine, it was really minor that they caught right away and had already fixed when they called me to let me know. read more

I love Mexican food and a fast food place that has a fajita salad is up my alley. You walk in and immediately notice it's clean. A plus. Then you see the glass encased counter with the familiar corral bar. Being my first Moe's experience, i was not sure where to order at end of counter or at register. So i decided to proceed until stopped. I made it to the register and ordered one fajita chicken salad from selection on board. A pretty confident price of 8 bucks should make this a super salad. NOPE. Nothing fajita about it except the chicken 5 strips of it (kind you pick up from grocery store). The size is same as Mc'D's. They offer a salsa bar of three kinds. Meh. You are handed your cup for self serve Coke products. The do offer wi-fi, staff was very friendly and service was quick, but value is severely lacking. Yep that's right, after all that they let us order salads knowing they were out of forks (cause they wrote a sign saying sorry... ) so I couldn't even eat my salad! They had plastic knives in case you wanted to make fun little chopsticks? Really? Manager doesn't just run across the street & spent $2 on a box of plastic forks for customers to get through the evening?? Where is the owner?? Who is managing this place?? I really love this Moe's location. We come almost every Sunday for their kid's night. The staff is always helpful and pleasant; they always have a smile on their faces. This last visit we came after doing some shopping and since I'd recently had brain surgery I was slow and sluggish and easily confused. I went back several times for things I had forgotten etc. NEVER ONCE did they get upset or frustrated or impatient with me. One young fella that's worked here awhile (won't mention his name publicly) is so awesome. He's happy and clever and authentically nice. I always love seeing him here because I know he will be kind as we wrangle kids and orders and the mass confusion that comes with having picky kids who are also Autistic. We live in North Suffolk & traveled out to this location because we were craving Mexican but something different than our local spot. The team was nice (enough) but after seeing the guy put only one scoop of chicken on my "alright, alright, alright" nachos, I asked for extra chicken. The guy told me I would have to wait for more (chicken) to cook & that it would cost extra. I agreed to pay extra but felt pretty certain that I would just end up with the amount that was supposed to be on them. In my estimation this was correct. I am the General Manager of a local cafe, & from what I can tell is that this team is unmotivated toward the brand & restaurant for which they represent; no loyalty to the company signing their paychecks. We specified no beans and beans came with the order so it wasn't a big deal. Then went to put tacos together and there's no tortillas, how do you eat tacos with no tortillas? This was a problem. Out of all the Tex-Mex Burrito places, Moe's is my favorite. I am so happy that they opened one in Suffolk. The store in Suffolk lives up to the Moe's experience I expect. The servers are friendly, quick, and not stingy on the meat. Take out bags are packed with free chips. (I don't understand how the other places charge for chips. Everyone loves free chips!) The salsa bar is definitely the cleanest and best maintained out of all the Moe's I have ever been to. This location has plenty of inside seating but like all other Moe's I have been to, avoid the Sunday rush. I am pretty sure that Sunday is the day they turn on the Moe's crave ray or kids eat cheap, one of the two. They also have one of those cool coke machines with the touch screen and a million choices. I like this better than the other guys because they have more of a selection of topping for the the burritos and the chips and salsa come with your food and you don't have to pay extra for them.
