I would like to start by saying most of the staff was polite and was on pace but what ruined my experience was the manager named Christy i got my food and who rung it up was very polite and sweet but once I walked away after who rung up my meal said "have a good day" I heard Christy say "but dont have a good day here" then continued to talk crap about me as a customer when I just wanted some quick food. I find that unacceptable especially for a manager. I feel like some type of action should be taken for how she was freely allowed to say such things about a paying customer. read more

I honestly have no idea why this location is so popular. Every single time we go there is something wrong with our order: lettuce when we asked for none, no straws, wrong sized drinks, etc. It is always something small, but it has gotten very old. I have sent in a review through the receipt, and received a very scripted "apology" from the manager which helped none. read more

I get Covid has drug everything down but I went there this evening and ordered a medium frosty instead of saying we are out or it's not ready they proceeded to sell me one let me pay for it and everything handed it to me like it was all good.. The server there was rude. I asked for a packet of hot sauce for my chili and she just rolled her eyes. Later on, they ran out of sweet tea and I asked if they have any more and one of the workers said " DAMN" in a rude way. Never going here again! read more

Ate there today (06/29/21). I'm really not about writing reviews on here about my experiences with restaurant's. I truly realize that restaurant's are having it hard during COVID, but today was really one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Wendy's. The girl that made my order put a few old fries in the cardboard fry container. Leaving them there for five minutes while frying more fries. She turned around and put new hot fries on old cold fries for my order. I watched! Then, there was a older gentlemen with long stringy sweaty grey hair. NO HAIR NET! Rubbed his hands, both, thru is hair, whipping them on his pants, then grabbed food in front of him and continued making sandwiches. NO GLOVES! I could not eat my meal after that. Upon walking out the FRONT door, their was about 200 cigarette butts laying right there at the front door. I took pics of the cigarettes. I'll see if I can put those on here. Again, I'm sorry. Went inside to sit down for an early dinner and while the restaurant looks nice, the table was dirty and there was some sort of spill all over the floor by the soda machines. We waited quite a while for someone to even acknowledge our presence and when we were finally greeted it was by Trinity. As I gave my order, asking for no cheese on my burger and no cheese on my salad, she behaved like I was an inconvenience to her. After paying I looked at the receipt and realized she had charged me for a full salad and not a half like I had asked for; not a big deal. But when our food was finally ready I saw cheese on my salad and told her that I didn't want cheese on my salad. They called in a remake and I figured I better check the hamburger as well; sure enough there was cheese on that too! When the remakes finally arrived Trinity looked at me and said, "You should have told me when you ordered." Really?!? I mentioned it multiple times when I ordered the hamburger and when I ordered the salad. Obviously she was too inconvenienced by my ordering food that she couldn't listen in the first place and then had the nerve to blame me for her mistake. The salad was fresh and I enjoyed the food- just wish the place was cleaner and had staff that didn't blame the customers for their lack of service. read more

I'll be going to Arby's from now on. Employees act miserable about their job. They gave me the wrong drink in the drive though and could not tell me which one was the Coke and Dr Pepper. They were both Cokes. So I pulled around and walked inside. The MANAGER ignored me at the counter along with the girl taking orders. I asked if I could refill at the drink Machine but oh guess what. They were out of Dr. pepper like always. So I went back to the counter and another 5 minutes passes of being ignored by EVERY EMPLOYEE I ask if they can put Dr Pepper in my cup from the drive though line since they were out. I got an Eye roll and my Dr Pepper. Mind everyone I'm in my pajamas. Oh and my fries are cold. read more

Awful. Slow, grumpy woman on front register telling complaining customer, "You'll get your damn food" after we stood in line 20 minutes. Drive-thru was humming, but several employees standing around, looking. Owners need to get rid of the mean woman. read more

This is definitely my favorite fast food restaurant. I come here all the time. Are usually get the four for four. They are usually very quick with getting the food ready and to me. And when they do take a long time they apologize and are very kind. They have great food too, my favorite anyways. Love y'all! read more

We've eaten here a lot and lately it has gone down hill. Our order the past 4 times we've eaten here has been wrong. The cashiers are always blaming the other for the order being wrong. Need to train the people you hire to do there job without blaming one another and to be friendly to the customers. read more
