However, the waitress assigned to our section never greeted us, made no eye contact, and did not acknowledge our presence at any point. After approximately ten minutes, the hostess who originally seated us returned to our table and asked whether anyone had assisted us. When I informed her that we had not been served, she located another staff member to take care of our table. During this time, I observed that the waitress responsible for our section, Heather, consistently acknowledged and served white patrons seated both in front of and behind us, while completely ignoring the Black customers in her area--including my family. This pattern was clear, noticeable, and deeply concerning. I asked our server for the name of the waitress assigned to our section, and she confirmed it was Heather. Based on her conduct, Heather appeared to selectively serve customers based on race, which is unacceptable in any establishment. I am requesting that this matter be addressed promptly. Discriminatory behavior has no place in customer service, and no patron should experience unequal treatment in your restaurant.
