What happened to this place?! It used to be a normal Wendy's. The service was ridiculously slow. The food was blah & the burgers we ordered didn't even have all the ingredients on them. There were probably more fries on the floor of the kitchen than in the fry warmer. This place was a total mess! The staff seemed irritated at every order they prepped, slamming each item of food on the counter as they prepped orders. Terrible service with incomplete burgers, yet it costs a fortune more than it used to. Overpriced under prepped food! At least complete the food before giving it to the paying customer. I really don't think anyone working at this place likes their job or want's to be there. We won't be returning, just flat out eliminated this Wendy's as an option to even consider. Lots of other places to spend our money to eat, & lots more options coming to this town. read more

I elbowed my way through DoorDash drivers and finally made it to the counter. Standing there unacknowledged, it tried to get the attention of an adolescent male behind the counter. This pissed him off but he took my order, communicating only in grunts, then turned his back to me. After watching several dozen DoorDash orders go out and realizing it had been over a half an hour since I paid for my order, I summoned the same pissy little boy and asked for my money back. read more

The manager literally licked her fingers to get a bag and no one had any gloves in. I only ordered a biggy bag and someone with way more then me who ordered after got there food first. I do not recommend them to anyone please don't go. there is a McDonalds across the street witch im sure has much better service. read more

Every time we decide a great Dave's Wendy's burger or chicken sandwich sounds great, we have to turn and leave, then I just get it to go, the dinning area is always dirty the manager needs to manage the entire place. They seem to hire lazy people who do not want to clean the tables or keep napkins stocked, or truly clean the floors etc. instead they stand around on their cell phones..such a disappointment. Most Wendy's are predictably decent, but not this Wendy's. It should be called slow food! We finally left and won't be back. They didn't even respond after we had waited for at least 10 minutes by their register to order. This isn't the first time we have had problems, but it will be the last. If you want fast food you might want to try a sit down restaurant. They'd be faster. Usually it's pretty fast, but we've been here twice in the last week or so and they've been short handed, slow, and have missed items ordered, or given us things we didn't order. We ordered our food at 9:10pm and went to get our order at 9:30pm, when we thought our name was called. When my husband went to pick up our order they didn't have it. They didn't even know what we'd ordered. When we finally got our order it was wrong. We weren't the only one either. Hopefully they get some much needed help soon. read more

So unorganized but that's not the worst of it. The staff consistently touch their face and then food. I saw an employ on multiple occasions touch nose and mouth then touch food. It's dirty. Corporate should investigate and make BIG changes! They have no idea how to run the drive through or the counter. They are rude to customers. Just a sad sad place. read more

What can I say about Wendy's let me think for a minute. Just kidding I lobe Wendy's who can honestly say they have never ordered a frosty and a fry and dipped your fries in the frosty, its a classic one of the all time greatest food combo's ever. Now onto the savory portion I think Wendy's has some of the best fast food chicken sandwiches hands down there good I enjoys them. We ordered from this location and they messed up our order tremendously. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and orange juices but when we got to the window they said they only had one sandwich and a water and that they were out of chicken. She then offered us a water and the breakfast sandwich before correcting it and then offering us the orange juice along with it. read more

this was BY FAR the worst experience i have ever had at a fast food restaurant. mcdonald's employees are like chick-fil-a employees compared to wendy's. i went inside one time and i did not see a single person behind the counter wearing gloves. the employees are incredibly rude and unreasonable and i am not a karen about these things but i wouldn't go here if it was the last place on earth. i would rather starve because fuck u wendy's read more

I wish this place would get better. I used to love Wendy's but the cleanliness and service has really taken a turn for the worst. The remodel makes it look better, but its dirty and it downgrades it. I really like how they re-did the store! The cashier was very quite and very slow. Food was very yummy! Always happy with their food!

I've been going to this Wendy's since they opened. Always good service and friendly staff. Never have gotten an order wrong. . . Well one time my Jr bacon was missing it's hamburger patty but that's when your friend works there and thinks it's funny for you to have a hamburgerless Jr bacon hamburger, good laugh. read more

Last few times we have gone they have messed up our orders, wouldn't bug me if it was just one time but it has been several times now. They either dont give us half of the order and still charge us or give us things we didn't order instead of what we really did order. Tonight it was both, in our order we had 2 fries and a regular bacon cheese burgerwe only got 1 fry and a kids burger but paid for what we actually ordered. read more
