Normally we LOVE quick stops at Wendy's. They have great salads and their chili is to die for. Well, that certainly was not the case here. If I were to summarize it, I would say we were really ripped off. To begin with it was busy. The inside and outside lines were long. Of course, we ordered a large chili and a large frosty. The chili arrived in a small container and so did the frosty. Well, had to admit on a couple things the cashier had to be corrected on the order so maybe the expediters were moving faster than the changes were made. I have no clue. The day was sunny so we took the food and sat outside on the picnic tables. We thought about taking the items back to get the larger size that we had actually ordered but as I said, the line was long. Then, we tasted the chili. It wasn't just warm nor was it lukewarm. It was out of the refrigerator COLD! So back in we went. The manager had a fit and said they weren't serving chili and I shouldn't have received that. She took the chili and that was that. There was no offer of refund and there was no offer of replacement. She was done and I was ticked. We paid for lunch. They took the money and we did not get what we paid for. Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant and this location is one of the best. They are often pretty busy but they always have quick and delightful service. This location is only a couple years old so it is very nice on the side I just went in for the first time today. The new breakfast is very good too, best fast food breakfast around. read more

I DoorDash pretty frequently. Tonight we decided to DoorDash Wendy's and received terrible service. We only received one out of our two orders and when I called the DoorDash driver he was extremely apologetic and offered to go back to the store. I called the store (Wendy's) and they blamed DoorDash and told me to contact them to get my money back. I'm very disappointed in the service and will never be coming back here ever again. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY!!!! Came in today 7/18 @ 9pm, drive thru. After I ordered and drove up tot he pick up window a lady (possibly manager?) Informed me that they didn't have any nuggets but if I was willing to wait they'd make a fresh batch. I waited happily Despite me being happy to move the lady offered me frostys for the wait, she didn't need to do that but it was very kind of her. She was doing an excellent job keeping g her customer happy. When they brought out my food, not only did they ensure my order was complete, correct AND given additional sauces I requested... The food was PIPING HOT!!!! I just moved from California where I lived next door to a Wendy's. I loved it there but I've NEVER had better service and YUMMY FOOD as I did at this Washington location this evening.
