Received chicken with bacon which I didn't realize until I left but prior to that I asked prices at the window and worker rolled her eyes at me and thrusts my receipt at me...when I asked for her name and if I was rude to her she replied no and called me baby!!! We went and ordered ONE salad, with no alterations at all. The employee that took our order made NO mention of them being out of any of the ingredients needed for our one salad. The drive-thru line normally takes between 20-30 minutes. If you order inside, I normally takes just as long. I was the only person in line when lunch started, I did a mobile order, and it still took 30 minutes. Also, I've tried to use the mobile order parking and they won't bring you the food unless you go inside. (This location is barely better than the location on Wayne Ave.) read more

I was in drive through for about 30 minutes with only two cars ahead of me and when I got my food, it was cold! Fries were old, the chicken nuggets were very small in size and very cold, and my double Dave's cheeseburger and Jr cheeseburger were also very cold and not enough condiments inside of the Dave's double cheeseburger. Sometimes when I come through I'll get a free frosty, the food is good, and so on. Other times, I'll get Diet Coke when I asked for regular, I ask for no ice, or I'll get ice-full, and things get forgotten in my order. So much hit or miss. read more

I don't want to give it a one star because horrible! They had limited items and customer service was bad. I started this prior to Christmas because of a delayed flight and just finishing now because it bares to be shared. We had problems ordering food because there was limited supply. Then I finally found an item I wanted but it came without items because they didn't have the full salad for instance. I was okay with that but the screaming to the manager of if they had such and such and waiting for her reply from cook line was a bit much. Then we waited for ten minutes after ordering expecting food and it came out as a hot salad with cold potato and burger. No dressing not napkins to be found and one table that appeared to be clean enough to eat at. The place was empty. Secondly I don't condone profanity of employees when in public ear and eye sight. Not cool. The young man checking us out was singing a rap song with profanity and then proceeded to complain about the lack of napkins out when asked for some. He began swearing and more. When to pay it, it was like $19 and I thought that was kind of high. when I got my mean it was no where near what I older so I called the store talked to the manager and cuss him out and he told me not to talk him like that Yeah well guess what if you screw it up you wont get talked to like that,. Surprisingly horrible attitude here at the Vandalia Wendy's. I really enjoy the food here but have stopped going because of the awful attitudes of the employees. They hardly say anything if they say anything at all and just stare at you while they hand you the food. I've never seen anything like it. Tried this location 3 times recently and had issues each visit. Single's made wrong, paid for items not received 2 out of 3 visits. When brought to 'managers' attetnion about wrong orders food was remade after we had to drive back to location but item was shoved accross the counter at us 1st visit, 3rd visit manager YELLED at us and was the rudest person we have ever dealt with in a fast food place. We notified Wendy's corporate 3 times and they washed their hands of the issue as this is a franchise location so they don't really care. Will not be going back any any Wendy's locations- as not filling orders as placed, cheating customers out of items paid for and then rude service seems to be considered 'correcting the problem' -- that is what the location told coroprate they had done and when corporate was told location did not resolve issue they washed their hands of the problems. If possible I would give it a - 5 stars. read more
