The Wendy's on Clay St in Vicksburg MS just got a Corporate call on them. If you never come to the intercom to take my order after I had been sitting there a very long time then you try to charge me the person that pulled up behind me later on price...then tel me to go back around then yes you are getting a complaint. The young man that was out there saw us and begged at us to come to the windows because he actually saw how long we were out there. So yes, you got corporate called on you and yes corporate and I will go all the way with this investigation. I don't want no free meal. I want you to be more professional and learn from this. Wish I read these prior to ordering a meal. The baked potato, which you really can't mangle, was just average But don't even bother getting an iced coffee, b/c the don't know how to make one! Hard to enjoy your visit with some jerk yelling at employees so loud you can hear it with the window closed. From the reviews you would think it's a good thing. I'm not one to judge too bad but y'all...this girl looked me in the face and said 10 minute down time. I said ok. Drove off, waited ten minutes, came back. Wouldn't answer the headset. Drove to the window and she tells me the system down while she is yelling at her boyfriend on her phone. She tells me the system is down- I say I have a mobile order. She says oh never mind- pull to the parking lot. Then she screams out "what ur name?" Currently been twenty minutes and waiting for my food so there's that. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The food was overcooked buns were smashed but worse than that closet where cleaning supplies were kept was left open for any child to have access to. The bathrooms were awful I had to leave to go somewhere else to use restroom left half my order uneaten. read more

Wasn't sure if they were in business, yelp didn't have any reviews yet. It looks like a newer location and we were glad to see that they were actually there. We did the drive through. The service was great, a little slow, but solid. We had 4 - 4x4 meals and they each came individually bagged so it was super simple to make sure they were all there. A number 1 and a side salad. We asked for mayonnaise and ketchup, and received both packets in each bag. We asked for ranch dressing, and it came in the bag. They only serve Coke products and do not have them on the DT board. If you don't know Coke products, it is difficult to know what they really have to offer. No problems with this location. read more

Customer service was terrible!! Very rude! If you work there and don't like your job find another job!! I didn't get the 3 girls names that were at the window but they all three need an attitude adjustment or to be fired!!! On 11/8/19 at around 6 pm the order we placed was not the order we got. Evidently we got someone else order. Possibly.. I do not know. We did not check it but it was totally wrong when we got home. I love the food but the packs of catsup are horrible. Why do they use a name brand catsup? I swear I used about 6 packs of catsup for one burger with fries and the catsup did not even taste good and the amount in the pack was about one forth of the amount of catsup you get in a pack from Burger King. read more
