The young man at the counter was having trouble with opening the cash drawer and left us standing there to go to the drive thru window to ask the manager, a woman, for help. He went back to her twice and finally she came to the counter-never addressed us, was joking with the young man, walked away. The young man then dropped his headset, at which point we walked out, as well as the customer in line behind us after seeing the circus going on behind the counter. Totally ridiculous behavior.
