Not trying to over exaggerate here, but I truly think that I just had the best food from Wendy's yet. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was by far the Best Version of itself, chicken was juicy, spicy and crispy. Yes I said crispy! Man! Just thinking of it makes me want another one. Lettuce, tomato and Mayo do a really good job with adding texture and keeping the welcoming heat from the chicken down to a small kick! Fries were good, piping hot! I was starting to think you could never got fresh fries from anywhere anymore. But Wendy's proved me wrong tonight, and I'm thankful for it. Had to go inside for some hot sauce for the wife's chili. Inside was nice. Quiet during this time of day. Very open space, looks enjoyable and spacious enough to enjoy a meal. I personally prefer coming to this location. The service is always Fast, Friendly and Efficient. Food is always good. But today showed how incredible they can be. Only a few minor things wrong like we asked for hot sauce for the chili on our mobile order and we didn't receive any. So we parked, I went inside and had to wait in line to ask for hot sauce which then made the chili cold. Pro Tip: Make sure you check your bags before you leave. Don't be like me and glance. The employees at this location around 7pm today wouldn't give this dog any water. It's over 105 degrees outside?! It's so bad some people these days aren't humane! I decided to buy the water. Today my partner and I got done shopping at Food for Less and I saw a female stray pit so we decided to look for water and there were none since I had cleaned out my car yesterday. It was 107 degrees today so I tried to see if I can get some water from Wendy's restroom but you need a code that is how bad the neighborhood is. So instead of getting water from their machine with my dog bowl I asked if I can get a cup of water. They told me a quarter and then $0.27 cents I realized they are making it hard for me to get water so I told them it is for the dog wandering and roaming in the parking lot on hot ground like cement and concrete. My bf took out a five dollar bill to break even though I left my change in wallet inside car. I only brought a quarter which is before tax but two Chicano chicks decided to defend their stance to an Asian couple who happened to rescue dogs and love animals in general. I have never order at this Dinuba location but only the Plaza one and the so called assistant said "it is not my dog" and in the line of "if we give all the dogs water...!" I told her it only takes one person and no one is asking for water to give to the dog. That shut her up. That is why I never work at fast food I am a minority and I believe in humanity toward lost and thirsty dog. I hope someone feeds that cute pit and she find shelter. The morale story is to make an effort and go back to grocery I exited find the bathroom to provide water to a stray and starving dog. Before this review I just put a canine canned food in my car and a huge water bowl just in case during this harsh summer heat. Just left this Wendy's. Ordered two chicken breakfast burgers and seasoned potatoes. We went through the drive thru and whoever rang us up was not friendly at all. We get home with our food and we opened our burgers, one was just a plain biscuit with honey on it. No chicken in sight. We drove all the way back only to hear the manager say that there's no way of knowing that we didn't take the chicken out to get a free replacement. What?! It was their mistake and carelessness. There aren't many ingredients in this breakfast burger and they forgot the main one. Just apologize and fix it. Don't accuse your customer of stealing a chicken pattie and tell them that you should be charging them to replace your mistake. Ridiculous. Went through the drive thru today and ordered a kids combo, 10 piece nugget meal, and 6 additional regular nuggets. Halfway home I realized I didn't get the 10 nuggets and only the 6 (missing 10 nuggets) I went back to the store got out and went inside to let them know. There was 2 girls working, one I presume to be the "manager" who proceeded to ask me to look in my bag to make sure they weren't in there and if I had my other bag so she could check, she then told me that there's no possible way I didn't receive the nuggets because they were the only two working there and they bagged them, and accused me essentially of trying to steal 10 chicken nuggets from them. Manager told me that she was "losing profits" because of this. I let her know that I was not driving all the way back, to get out of my car in the 105 degree weather, to lie about 10 chicken nuggets, she then gave me a dirty look, told her associate "that's on you for not bagging it right" and told her to give me the nuggets with attitude. I'm not sure why she felt the need to accuse me of stealing 10 chicken nuggets instead of just fixing their mistake, but this staff is terrible, is anyone else tired of fast food workers making pretty damn decent money, and can't even do the bare minimum? Also had to take my large drink in to dump out what was 80% ice so I could actually have more than a sip of a drink, I'm sure I probably ruined the managers "profits" there too read more

My husband and I went tonight wanting a salad. Was told they are all out of salad. This is the 5th time my husband my husband went there over the past three months and they didn't have salads available. If they aren't going to carry the salads it should not be on the menu. This is a management problem. The drive thru lady was sincerely apologetic when my husband expressed his frustration, which was nice to see she cared, but that didn't resolve the problem. I would not recommend eating at this fast food restaurant. I went into order food and the restaurant was extremely dirty. The trash cans were full and the trash was all over the floor. I've been coming to this store at least once a week since January 2021. I always order at least $20.00 worth of burgers/food. I ask for the senior discount and a senior drink. Until today, I got the 10% off senior discount and the courtesy small senior drink. Today I was told that I could have one or the or the other but not both. What? I'm trying to make sense of this change. The senior drink is given with no purchase necessary, so it seems odd that the business is willing to give a free small drink but not willing to give a free small drink with a $20.00 sale. It makes no sense for me. I understand that the opening of the new In-n-Out Burger down the street has adversely impacted this Wendy's business, but it shouldn't impact their customer service. I note that the employees have always been cordial, professional, and efficient, but today's new policy has caused me to abandon my loyalty to this Wendy's and move me to the new In-n-Out Burger where the food is less expensive. read more

Went to Wendy's on North Dinuba Blvd . In Visalia to get dinner and i just have to say the fries were so SALTY I had to throw them away. I mean the saltiest I have ever tasted I spit them out.
